    Excellent. I requested a quote on December 10 2018. I received a call within 2 hours of putting the request in. A plumber was at my house that afternoon. Tom was excellent, on time and extremely courteous. I would hire again.

    Tim returned my call about 15 minutes after I made it late in the day. He responded to my vague, panicked description of the noises I was hearing in my septic system with questions that enabled him to suggest what might be happening and asked if he could come that evening about 8 pm. He arrived promptly, got right to work prying off the rusted cover and described how the system should function and what the problem was with the pump. He proposed installing a new pump and new cover because it was rusted on the underside and pieces were falling onto the pump. He would also seal the cover to the basin to prevent possible odor. This is typical of Tim's work. Another plumber would just replace the pump but Tim completes the job leaving me with a beautiful septic system and pristine work area. He also installed a kitchen faucet all at a reasonable rate. Tim Mink is my only plumber from now on.

    DO NOT use Rolling Rooter for indoor plumbing!! I was recently told by someone I spoke to from their office that drain service is their primary business. We were never informed of this when we called to utilize their service. We have used this company twice for a wax ring replacement on the same toilet. First, in May of 2010 after a toilet leak which lead to a ceiling collapse on the first floor and again in October of 2016. In our situation, the toilet drain flange is 1 inch below the level of the floor tile. The 1st plumber in 2010 placed a double wax ring. We then had the 1st floor ceiling replaced. This lasted until October of 2016 when we discovered that it was leaking through the new ceiling placed in 2010. The 2nd plumber who came out removed the silicone caulk that the 1st plumber had placed at the base of the toilet. He discovered the rings had dissolved and lost their seal which caused the leak. Again, a double ring was placed. He did not replace the silicone caulk nor clean up the caulk that he had peeled away from the prior plumber. It was left on the floor, which I discovered after he left. On 6/24/17, we discovered another leak from this toilet only 8 months after the plumber had done the last repair. It was leaking down through our ceiling again. We found the the same issue causing the leak. The wax ring had dissolved and lost its seal. Neither of these plumbers identified that the situation required a different fix due to the flange being below the surface of the tile floor. I called to speak to someone at their business letting them know what happened. She mentioned that she would speak to the owner. I heard nothing back. So I called about a week and a half ago. Someone took the message and said someone would call back. I heard from no one. So I recalled and I believe I was speaking to the owner, although he did not identify himself. I explained what had happened and mentioned the 2nd plumber saw the wax ring failure but he chose to deny any responsibility, said it shouldn't happen and hung up on me.

    Very responsive, immediately called back and fit us into his schedule in a timely manner. Showed up early to appointment and performed services in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend and personally use again.

    I had a price from another well service company but due to their scheduling problems I would be out of water over a weekend.I called Hanson's and they were there in 20 minutes ready to work.Todd accessed the problem pulled the pump and discovered that it had failed after 15 years.The pressure tank also was very old and was water logged and leaking.Todd started replacing the pump and Joe showed up to assist Todd in finishing the job.They started at 2:30 and were done by 5:30 including removing the old tank and taking out  an old filter system.I had my water back for the weekend,the installation looked neat and professional.I can't say enough about this company and their workers.The lesson learned is shop local but do business with a company has the depth and number of employees to take care of you when have a problem.Also the price of the work was $600.00 less than the other quote.

    This provider went to Home Depot and good a free replacement tank for me since it was still under warranty.  I was only charged for the installation.  He called a company to remove the water for me.  He also installed my water line for town water.

    Last winter (2014) JDJ Comfort Systems replaced our malfunctioning furnace. They did a 5-star job. By this I mean they were very
    knowledgeable, flexible (open to our ideas), courteous, efficient, and always followed through. It was a very positive experience and we ended up with a higher-grade furnace than we expected!

    It went well.  We purchased the inspection/service on Angie's list for $99.  They  technician was prompt and professional.     He suggested recharging the refrigerant for an additional $160.  We deferred to his expertise and agreed to do so.   We were very happy with his work.

    There were two people that came out with their truck.This was our first house and this was our first time having the septic cleaned. They educated us about the septic system and how often to have it done. I would call and they answer the phone directly. Also, they were the lowest bid we had gotten. He had actually done work on this tank before I had purchased the house and he was familiar with it. They didn't even need me there because they knew where everything was. I left them a check on my door and they left me the receipt. They were great. I asked several questions about the septic tank and he was happy to answer.
