    Manchester Harley-Davidson
They lure you in with advertised used bikes at low prices and make promises that the bike your interested in will be available when you get there and then surprisingly it just sold before you got there. It's bait and switch scam, they want to push you toward a new bike or higher priced used bike. I asked to still see the bike and they make excuses that it's in the back being prepped for new owner and you can't see it. I don't believe the bike even existed in their inventory. There a scam artist operation using fraud techniques, don't bother going there there's a lot of other places to buy a Harley.

    PCW RACING
I called several shops prior to taking it to PCW. It is a newer type system. Most other shops had never heard of it, one spent his time arguing with me about the merits of it because if he never heard of it, it probably wasn't good. These guys were aware of the new developments in the industry and were excited about doing the work. All work was done correctly and they even had to do some modifications to get it to fit my bike. Bike runs great now, couldn't be happier, highly recommend.

    GRIFFIN MOTORSPORTS INC
As they've always done in the past, Griffins did a great job with this upgrade work. Installing Galfer lines requires a fair amount of imagination, a considerable amount of skill and a large dose of patience to do the job correctly. The service department at Griffins has all that and more. I've had my motorcycle serviced at Griffin's since 2012, when I purchased my DL1000 V-Strom new from them. And each and every job they've performed is always completed to the highest standards. If Griffins has serviced your bike, you can ride worry free. Everyone at Griffins knows bikes. It is a family operation and you're treated as family as well. You'll get great advice there - whether at the parts counter, with showroom personnel or in the service department. Griffins is the right place to make a new motorcycle purchase. Their price points are probably the most competitive in the area, and their selection of Suzuki motorcycle models is quite extensive. That is why I made my new bike purchase there in 2012, and I have been well taken care of with fine service, parts and advice ever since.

MAX BMW Motorcycles - New York
Max BMW is always accommodating. They pre-ordered the part I selected and installed it as part of my scheduled maintenance at a reasonable rate. Loaner bike was provided to avoid wait and transportation hassle. My bike was ready as promised with no surprises or issues.

    PCW RACING
It is a very small motorcycle repair shop. John Ganey is the owner. I have several motorcycles. They always accommodate me. I am just impressed with the knowledge that they have and the performance of their work on motorcycles. They never fail to impress me with what they know and what they tell me about things. Their prices are competitive. I get what I pay for; they always do incredible work. There is definitely value in the money I spend on them.

MAX BMW Motorcycles - New York
I am very happy with them. Being a BMW dealer they are probably a little bit overpriced, but I feel it's worth it to take care of my BMW motorcycles. I have been very happy with their quality. Their responsiveness is very good.

MAX BMW Motorcycles - New York
These guys take the guesswork out of replacing parts because they know from experience which products are preferred by riders of which machines. They do good work and even give a slight discount at times if you're having several things done. There is coffee in the showroom while you wait, but they are more than happy to send you off for a test drive on a floor model instead. The help is friendly and approach customers with an attitude of comradery rather than seeming like smug know-it-alls.

    JJ's Cycle
I met with Eric the manager and discussed what I was looking to change on my motorcycle. He showed me several handlebar options and when I decided on the type I wanted he immediately placed an order for me. He said that if they were in stock they would have them there the next day, if not it would take an extra day or two. When the handlebars arrived Eric called me and we set a date to have them installed.  I dropped the motorcycle to the shop the night before and they were to be installed the next morning.  However, the mechanic that was scheduled to install the bars was unable to, due to circumstances beyond his control and the installation had to be postponed until the next day. Eric called me the next morning and said that the install was almost complete and to come into the shop for final adjustments. When I arrived I was escorted to the service area where I discussed where I wanted the final position of the bars with the technician. About ten minutes later the job was completed.  When I was cashing out I noticed that the shop owner did discount the labor charge. Other than the delay, this was a good experience and I would probably use their services again.

    MATT'S HONDA
Had a bike accident and brought it to Matt's in order to get fixed. I got an estimate and made the incredibly stupid mistake of paying them in advance of the repair. They had the bike until October. Told me over and again that it would be ready in a couple of days, but when the time came always got a lame excuse. Then they told me that they could not get a back fender for my '90 virago. I found one used on E-bay in 10 minutes. Finally had to get the Consumer Frauds Division invloved from the NYS OAG office. Owner got really rude and basically lied to the AGs office. Finally got my bike back with the repair made. Work was good, but I would never go there ever again.

    CUNNIGHAM PERFORMANCE CYCLES
They did not fix my master cylinder. They were irresponsible. After I got it back I had to fix it myself. They were absolutely indifferent. I would absolutely not use them again in the future.
