    Every thing was done perfect. Professionally. Explained in detailed what was going to be used and what to expect for drying time. No mess from owners equipment in my resident. That was wonderful in its self. The price was outstanding for the service , outcome and professionalism and knowledge of their product and what to use on my personal items and their fabrication make up needs. I have used this company for nearly 11 years. As a Real Estate Salesperson not only on my private resident and family members. But I have recommended it for clients and use on rentals. The cleaning products are save and helpful for those with allergies in this adironack living. Rentals that allow pets. Cleaning with enzymes A better way in Safeway for a turnover for the next rental or tenant . Pricing and scheduling along with customer satisfaction is outstanding. I just want to mention I have also reached out in times of disasters. Water destruction service tek was there to clean it up and leave high powered fans to help prevent mold or mildew. Works with my insurance company. Certainly made my life less stressful. So don't think this is just your average carpet cleaning company. Service -tek is your solution.

    Purchased king size split while at big E. All the staff (Ed) were very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decisions. Delivery was scheduled and went good. Ordered second bed for family member. This was over the phone and Ed helped us with our purchase. Again, delivery and set up went great. Will definitely do business again. Still keep in touch. Always mode to feel welcome.

    On our initial visit Pat Bove showed us a range of bed types (all Englander brand) and answered our questions very knowledgeably. We were impressed that there was no pressure for a quick decision. We researched the Englander brand online and felt we could trust it. Again there was no pressure when we returned with a few more questions. The price was fair. He set a delivery time at our convenience, did a clean setup, and removed the old set and frame. The new mattress is very comfortable.

    Paul is wonderful! His store offers a ''sleep center'' with a number of different Tempurpedic models, and his knowledge of the company and products is quite impressive. When I first entered the store, Paul introduced himself and gave me an overview on the mattresses he carries. He then left me to take a 15 minute nap on each of the beds (6 in all!). Though I was in the store for almost two hours, I never felt rushed or pressured; Paul even kept the store open past close so that I could take my time testing everything out. Being a higher priced product, I knew I didn't want to make a decision on the first visit. My next visit was three days later, & when I walked in, I was impressed that Paul was able to greet me by name! Still having trouble deciding, Paul told me about his return policy.     Bobs Handyman Service
    They came on time with a U-Haul. They came on the day they were supposed too. I Hired 3 movers for the move. They completed the move. The reason for the low rating was due to the following reasons. 2 of the three movers seem qualified the other mover was slow and not experienced. The movers came with nothing but blankets(no tools, I had to find them tools, meanwhile they were staring around). They moved fast but were disorganized. What made me rate them even lower was the fact that during the move into the new apartment they lost some of the tools and hardware for some of the furniture, and the weird part was that they didn't reassemble the furniture correctly and many of the pieces were not fastened correctly or not at all. Mostly all the furniture that needed to be reassembled were missing parts because they were disorganized and cut corners. My bedroom set had some electrical that was disassembled and not reassembled at all and hidden behind furniture. My bunk beds are now missing about half the hardware they started with. They had not idea how/what/where to reassemble furniture or where the missing hardware went. Will not use again in future.

    First, Resnicks makes their own box springs which are quite poor quality (a wood box literally) but is guaranteed for life. The box springs are not forefront in their store. We tested & compared the mattress to others & thought it was a decent buy. However, within 2 months the middle was sagging a lot & my daughter weighs just over 100 lbs. My husband went back to them & was given this big run around on how to get it fixed under the supposed one year warranty. We will probably have to go buy a new mattress somewhere else - a very expensive mistake.

    Metro Mattress
    Our son was a premie and never sleeps well unless he sleeps with us. He gets regular nose bleeds. They leaked right through the protector pad. When the protector leaked I called the store within 5 days and asked what I should do. I thought I should call the protector company but the sales woman we worked with said to call her if we had "any problems", so I did.  The store employee that sold us the set told me "she would contact the company for us". I pursued this with her for awhile, probably about a year and finally gave up. For the record the mattress warranty specifies "no cleaning fluids are to be used". By mid 2014 the mattress had a high lump in the center and both sides sagged very badly. I frequently roll right off the bed. We reported the issue to Metro Mattress in Latham, the place of purchase. Mattress Marshals came and inspected the mattress. The woman that came told me the mattress had failed and had over 1 1/2" of sag and should be replaced. I got a poorly copied form letter (black toner streaks all over page) that looked like it was copied many, many times, denying our claim because of the stains. The letter didn't even have a name at the bottom or a number to contact them. On 8/16/2014 I called the store in Latham and found they had no manager. I was told to contact Andrew Norris in Glenmont, NY. He said he would look into cases where the Comfort Care protector pads failed and would call me back on Monday 8/18/2014 and update me. He also told me to try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the stains. This did nothing. I hadn't received a call by 8/29/2014 so I called the Glenmont store again. Andrew was in Syracuse but the employee said he would contact him and have him call me that day. I received a call from Mark Bell, Director of Customer Service Relations in Syracuse. (Isn't Customer Service supposed to be nice and help you?). Mark started off by being mean, nasty, insulting and unprofessional. We spoke for 5 to 10 minutes and I got so frustrated I hung up. He did mail a copy of the Mattress Marshals report to me. I don't know if Mattress Marshals lied to me, or Metro Mattress altered the report, but now it shows the mattress only sags 1 1/4". I am pursuing having a local television station's Consumer Reporter interview us so they can show how companies like Metro Mattress and mattress manufacturers treat consumers. I am also going to tell everyone I know, whether they are looking for a mattress now or in the future NOT to go to Metro Mattress because of the way they treat people AFTER they spend their money their.
