    NIGHTMARE!!! When I went in to pick up my new vehicle, the Sales Manager, Larry Cole, tried to exhort more money from me. The salesman and I had already negotiated a down payment and zI was told how much my Cashier's check needed to be for he pick up. I felt he was holding my car hostage. I argued with him and told him he is a THIEF and a LIAR. I wrote a personal check and left. I never fully inspected my new vehicle because I was so shaken up. When I got home, noticed my car was dirty and the clock had the wrong time on it. In going through my paperwork, I discovered the New Car Get Ready Inspection which was never done - blank and unsigned. I tried to bring my grievances to the GM, Ted. He was uncooperative. I am a 64 year old widow. What should have been a pleasant experience turned into a nightmare. Stay far far away. I am now contacting Corporate Mazda and my personal attorney. I loved my old Mazda, a 2014 CX-5 with 26K miles on it which they now have for sale for $15,999. They will. make quite a bit on it. Thieves, liars and con men. BEWARE!!!

    My husband and I stopped in to see the car. Both Mark and his receptionist were very friendly. Mark took us out to see the car then gave us the keys to take a test drive. It was definitely what I wanted and was in great shape. Mark helped me secure financing and we set an appointment to pick up the car. When I got there Mark had the paperwork all ready, we got everything all explained and signed then went outside to get the car. It was all ready for me. Mark had it beautifully detailed and the plates had been moved from my old car to the new one while we signed the paperwork. I have never had such a smooth and quick car transaction before (either new or used). Thank you to everybody at 2010 Auto Sales! I am now going into winter with a great running, great looking and safe car. If I ever get tired of the car or when it has lived it's life out, I will be heading back to Mark for a new one.

    They drove the car all the way to my home to look at it. I couldn't believe how fast he did. He said we will take care of everything, the only thing you have to take care of is get it inspected. They had to take it away and bring it back. No I wouldn't use them again because I really want a Nissan and they don't sell them.

    I mainly use the dealership, Fuccillo Ford.  That's where I purchased the car and I bring it in there for service.  I was probably last there three months ago maybe.  I bought my wife's car there about a year or a year and a half ago.  I give them A's on everything.

    I've been going there for 8 years, ever since I purchased my car. It all went very smoothly and I didn't have that normal feeling that you have when you buy a car, you know, that you have to go back and forth about the price and that type of thing. It was, they gave me an excellent price, I was trading a car in, they gave me an excellent price on that. It was very quick, we weren't there all day long going back and forth, which is what I wanted. I was able to get an excellent deal for both the trade in and the cost of the car and it was done. Unlike a lot of dealerships where they play around and you know, pretend to speak with a manager and they don't and they take the keys to your car and they do all types of things, but I didn't have any of those experiences, so I was very pleased about that.

I look at Carbone, but I look at another place and compare the two, and see if I can get some leverage with one against the other, because they?re competitors. They are both Honda dealers.

    I think they do a great job taking care of the cars. They don't misrepresent things. They tell you and they show you. They are willing to be understanding if you have to delay service. They tell you what can be done now. That's good.  It was ok. We did a little bit of trading. I got them to throw in a couple of accessory things. It was a used car. I thought their salesman was good. I mean, you expect a car salesman to be a car salesman. He wasn't underhanded or misrepresenting anything or that kind of stuff. I talked to the bosses sometimes and so forth. They're car dealers, and used cars are where the money is at, not new cars, so you expect them to get the price they need and you don't trust them really. Their not really pushy. Professionalism was very good for being a car salesman.  Do your research on the cars and the prices in this area. For that car, a used car, the prices are very  negotionable. Just stack yourself up with information. It's not like their going to try and cheat you, but that is where their money is made - used cars. The salesman was ok.
