    On a chilly weekday morning, we noticed the thermostat was 3 degrees below the point that the boiler was to start.  When I went to check the boiler, there was no sounds from the boiler.  I called promptly at 7 a.m. (their opening time).  Their response was prompt.  The boiler was repaired (it was a burned out element that triggers the boiler to start) and I was on my way to work by 8:30  The next Sunday, the heat went again.  Quickly responded again.  This time it was electrical.  They said they would give it  few days and send a bill if they didn't hear from me in a week.  When the bill arrived, it was very reasonable for an off-shift call.

    Overall, the job was satisfactory. A price was agreed upon and a contract signed on the day the estimator arrived to survey what needed to be done.  It was explained Hulme had bought out the paving company that would be doing the work and the people doing the paving were experienced and professional.  No date was set for the work to be performed due to the weather and temperature conditions required. That being understood, I was told I would be notified when they would arrive to perform the work.  Thus, it was to my surprise to get a knock on the door the morning equipment was arriving to learn they were there to pave the driveway.  I had to hustle and remove a trailer, my car, garbage cans, etc..so they could begin.  
    The stone part of the driveway needed to be dug down and since it was filled with driveway stone, I approached the workers to see if they could dump it on another driveway behind my house.  Well, it seems they had other designs for the stone to be used elsewhere (without asking me) and had loaded it on one of their trucks for delivery.  Fortunately, i was able to preserve part of the stone for the back driveway and they did deposit it and smooth it out which I was thankful for.  Except for that hiccup, I found the pavers to be friendly and easy with which to communicate. 
    The paving was completed on that day and looked to be well done.  With the first rain, however, it could be seen that a small area was slightly depressed and water would collect there.  It is not a major problem at this point, however.  
    In summary, the driveway looks fine and no problems have arisen to date.

    I paid him for work, and he never finished the job. I gave him the money for materials and he started work. He came to me and said he was having some personal problems, and asked for the money up front. I gave it to him, and I never heard from him again. I took him to court, and he never showed up for that.

    Needing a replacement for my 13 y.o. Quadrafire, I went to Morg's showroom. A thorough explanation of the features and options available in the wood, pellet and gas-fired stoves was provided along with prices and availability. I settled on the updated 3100 model which was available with a special offer discount and federal tax credit. I also ordered a new stove pipe to tie in to the triple wall chimney.
    I arranged for delivery and installation which included applying for a building permit required in this area. Morg's had the form printed out for the permit and I made a trip to the building codes' office.
    They arrived on time on the date we set up for delivery, removed the old stove, and installed the new one. The installers went over the features of the new stove and made sure everything was in working order which included starting a small fire.
    All in all, a completely professional and pleasant experience with a family owned and operated store!

    I wanted 3 trees removed from my lot. They came, surveyed the site and gave me a written estimate. When I called to accept, they gave me an approximate wait time of three weeks, which was fine. It was a little less than 3 weeks when they called and asked if the they could come the next day which worked out to be great. All 3 trees were cut down in a little over 4 hours. They cleaned up the debris blew away the chips as best as possible.
    I found their work to be very professional and conscientious. They asked questions and were mindful of my property as well as that of my neighbors.
