AAndrew and his family are top notch. They are easy to work with, understanding, responsive, and calm when faced with the anxieties a family experiences when they find they have bed bugs in the home. I also want to note that the Best Pest Control team understands that bed bug dogs are useful in detection, suggests them when necessary to lessen the expenses of treatment, and importantly, insists that an outside company provide the dog so that there is no conflict of interest. My family benefited greatly from hiring the dog first because we ended up only having Andrew's team treat a couple of rooms, rather than the entire house, but the dog was hired on Andrew's suggestion. In summary, Best Pest Control is extremely professional and prompt, and I would recommend them without question. I also will be hiring them for other pest control problems in the future.

AThis is a great company. No one really wants to talk about pest control but here in the country, we need expert help to keep our home pest free. This is the second company we have used in the past 15 years and I wish I had found them sooner. This is the best and most organized company around providing this service in the Hudson Valley. Our regular technician, Jermaine, is great. He is really more than nice because he is friendly and super competent in the job he does for us. We hope he will always be our technician.
