    I didn't receive a call for the appliance store nor the repair service. I called again today, and complained to Jennifer. . She was nasty and told me to call another service and that the appliance store won't help. Mind you this washer is under warrentee which was just delivered 2 weeks ago. So I called back again to speak with the owner or manager. Of course they stated they were not in the office nor was Jennifer that I spoke with 2 minutes before. Don't use this applicance store because they don't treat customers with respect nor their valued loyality.

    The two guys Jose and forgot other's name,....were wonderful......They replaced the water line and pulled out the refrigerator so that I could clean behind and underneath.......They also checked my dishwasher to make sure there was no water leak that could be overlooked.

    I no longer live at 103 Fairway Drive........

    This went poorly.  Was charged "diagnostic" fee twice.  Every time a different problem.  It is still not fixed and the owner suggests I spend another $300 to replace all the lines.  I will go to someone else before I will give him another $300.  I am seeking another repair person for my future appliance repairs.

    A good experience from start to finish. Willman has good phone manners, and so setting up an appointment was easy, with efficient communication. The repairman showed up at the early end of the time estimate, not at the last minute, and was friendly, courteous, efficient, and honest. The cost of repair would equal the cost of replacement, and he flat out said that, with no song-and-dance designed to run up the bill.  The service cost was reasonable, about $40 less expensive than another service I had called. I would, and will, recommend Willman Service to anyone who needs and appliance repaired.

    Mario was great, he communicated very well giving us our options and explained things well. Someone could only be at the house a certain day and time and he was able to get the work done at that time, that was very helpful. The job was done quickly and professionally. He very honest and reliable.

    We all came to the same conclusion that the cost of the part and the age of the machine didn't warrant the cost of a repair so we just paid for the service call. However, he did offer to check the clothes fee. He made sure the vent to the outside was clear and that the hose was in good shape which was a kindness.

    Econo Appliance Repair
    Dishwasher tub not draining and would not turn on despite power going to unit. Circuit breakers all ready reset. Called on Tues scheduled repair appt for Thurs 10-1pm. They came fifteen minutes early 945am. Very punctual. Two men arrived very knowledge about Bosch Dishwashers with a very organized briefcase of tools. Accept credit cards. Able to swipe onsite with phone.
    Bottom line. Would use again. They repair all brands of appliances even all the German made brands like Fiskar. Also, fix

    Refrig broke and stove needed repair, they came looked at problem, said they ordered parts and never called or returned, leaving us with broken refrigerator and stove burners. Would never use them again for repairs.

    They came early in the morning Saturday and were on time. Scott said that he did not know how to fix it and said that he was going to call someone else who knows and was going to contact me back on Monday. He thought it was a computer panel problem on the dryer. He was there for a total of 15 minutes. He never called back. I called the company back and they said that Scott would get back to me. Scott never got back to me again and when I was in contact with the company again all they cared about was getting my credit card information. They did not care about actually solving the problem. I gave them my credit card information. Then, when I called again they said that they do not make the part anymore. I will not use this company anymore for complicated manners.

    tAs soon as Scott walked into my kitchen he knew by looking that it was my refrigerator, not my diswasher, that had the leak.....
    He went right to work taking the bottom of the dishwasher off to check under it to make sure there was no water.....After he confirmed that it was not the dishwasher, he pulled out the refrigerator and there was all the water!!  He went right to work, shutting off the water, and then getting new tubing to replace the broken tubing and whatever else he needed for the repair......
    It took him a few minutes, after which he wiped up whatever water remained on the floor......He turned the water back on and put whatever he took out from under the sink back....
    My leak was fixed promptly and Scott was a very pleasant, professional person.....
