    The service was very good. He schedules his physicals on days when he doesn't see other patients. I don't like to go and sit at a doctors office with sick people when I am not, so he schedules physicals on a day without sick people so I don't get sick. He has always called me back same day whenever I have had to call him. You always have to wait. The communication is very good. I don't see him anymore than once a year or twice a year if I get sick, so whatever he is doing is effective. You need to pay for services up front, and if they don't know how much the service is going to be, they will bill you.

    I am going to see him again this Saturday for my six months checkup. I see him regularly, every six months. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He gets the job done and he is available. His medical group that he works for has things organized so that you do not have to wait for a long time. Their office has a nice atmosphere.

    Got into waiting room. His nurse was very friendly and polite. After height, weight and blood pressure/temp, I was show to an exam room. Dr Goh came in promptly and started by asking some questions about my health history. He did not leave a stone unturned and got into some depth on my cancer history. He did the basic eyes, ear throat and chest exams very efficient and polite. He made a few recommendations- like blood work and a lab because of my cancer history. He was polite, through and concerned about my well being.

    I took my 94-year-old mother for a medical issue. The wait time in the office can be a little bit long, but not anything that caused a problem. Dr. Centonze treated her with respect and care, which I admired. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    The office had me come in that very afternoon, listened to my concerns and treated me with preventive measures. I had follow up blood work done first thing Monday and got a call from the office by Wednesday with the results
    I love these people. I often have to wait when I have a scheduled appointment, but if they are running behind they will often call me to have me come in a little later to reduce the wait time. Once I do see these health care professionals, I am treated as if I am the only patient they have. I feel valued, and that my concerns are heard. I believe they really care about my well being. I have a routine physical scheduled at the end of this month with this provider office.

    They seem to be very genuine as far as their concerns for you. He is very computer savvy, even when I have an appointment, we'll go over what we need to go over but then he'll even explain it to me on the computer so I find that quite interesting. He's the leader in that as far as the area, he's actually a part of a computer pilot program here so he seems to be one step ahead, he's not afraid to try anything new, and he seems to stay up on all the new developments on the medical field.

    Dr Dickinson had not read my chart prior to coming in to see me. My last routine visit was in February of this year and I had advised the office I was discontinuing birth control pills. Dr Dickinson acted like she had no idea I had done that. I have PCOS and am working under the guidance of an endocrynologist to regulate my hormones without prescriptions and have been experiencing a lot of improvement. Dr Dickinson poo-pooed any success I have had this year and told me hormonal birth control pills were the only way to regulate my hormones. She refused to review the blood work reports I brought with me, telling me to have the receptionist make copies and she would review them when she had time. Dr Dickinson told me to return in several weeks to have a non-hormonal IUD inserted. When I checked out with the receptionist, I was refused an appointment! I was told that I had to wait until my insurance approved the IUD before they would schedule the appointment. I said that was ridiculous, that my insurance does not require prior approval before services and that it is a high deductible plan which renews on 12/1. Therefore, I was aware that I would have to pay the full amount out of pocket and was prepared to do so. The receptionist Adriana said it didn't matter, that was their policy. I asked her to treat me as an uninsured patient, she told me that this office does not accept patients without insurance! I offered to prepay in cash, she told me they do not accept cash as a form of payment! At this point I was quite angry and told Adriana that I wouldbe finding a new OBGYN office. I called the office several days later and spoke with the office manager. She said that normally they do get approval for procedures before scheduling but that if I knew my ins has a high deductible and was prepared to pay then I should have been given an appointment. She gave me an appointment at that time. I have continuously been underwhelmed with the service I receive at this office. The nurses are unfriendly, there is no follow up and very poor communication. Had I not called the office manager myself, she would have ordered a hormonal IUD when I specifically stated I wanted a non-hormonal one. I returned in 1 month (yesterday) to have the IUD placed and have to have a follow up visit next month. When I was there yesterday, I was asked again if I was still taking the birth control pills I discontinued in February and Dr Dickinson had not reviewed the blood work results I left a month ago! After that I will be in the market for a new doctor's office!

    I have severe pain and couldn't get an appointment for 7 weeks. I'm sure he's a good doctor, but who can wait 7 weeks when they aren't able to walk? I was placed on hold for 4 minutes and the staff didn't offer to put me on a waiting list. Not impressed.

    They are excellent and he is fantastic. The man is very busy and an excellent foot Doctor. Usually when I call in, because I am a regular patient I don't have a lot of trouble getting in. They are very, very accommodating. All the girls in the office are excellent and he has a great bedside manner. He is a nut, he makes you feel very comfortable. He knows exactly what he is doing and how to do it. I have never had any problem with his billing, never. I plan on using him.
