    The level of care was excellent. Both the dentist and the hygienist were thorough, informative and pleasant. It seemed a bit pricey, perhaps due to the fact that it was an initial visit and that I have recently moved to the area from a more rural one.

    It was a wonderful experience!  I have been going to Dr. Sturr for years.  He is a very competant Dentist and his staff is as well.  In the past when I've had an emergency (crown coming off or something else) they have gone out of their way to get me in to see Dr. Sturr immediately.  One time the Dr. was going on vacation and was leaving his office at noon time.  I called their office around noon that day telling them I had an issue that needed to be dealt with immediately and they checked with Dr. Sturr who said to come on in and he would wait for me to take care of it.

    I highly recommend Dr. Sturr!  He is amazing!  He has a gentle touch and is caring. He also has a good sense of humor.

    Everything went well. He overcharged patients. I had wonderful insurance and then he charged me an astronomical price, outside of my insurance. It turns out that I paid him way, way too much. They were very professional. Everything was great with Aspen. I really liked them. They're closed. I would use Aspen Dental again. The staff was wonderful. The waiting room could have been cleaner. I had to wait no more than 15 minutes for my appointment.

    Dr Giarrusso's appointments are always excellent. He is friendly, gentle, careful and knows dentistry! If a patient has an emergency, he always tries to fit them in and also suggest what the patient should until then. I've gone to him for many years. He has encouraged good hygiene,etc and has changed my dental care positively. Definitely an A+ person!

I've been going to this dental group for over twenty years and have always been happy with the service and treatment. Dr. DeMichele is very sensitive to the patients comfort during a procedure and does great work.

    He has a wonderful staff. He is very honest, and lets you know the prices ahead of time. At one time I drove from another state to see Dr. Dietz. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get an appointment because he's so busy. However, once he came in on a Sunday for a friend of mine, and she wasn't even his patient! He's been my dentist for 22 years!

    Michael Kaczor DDS
    This Dentist took on job he was not qualified and competent enough to complete. I was to have my upper caps replaced with implants and  crowns. it was a year long procedure before I even got to the end where the crowns were done.  Dr Kaczor was very meticulous and seemed to spend a long time measuring and planning.

    He ordered the first crowns with pink tops made to look like the top of my gums. Dr. K said he had to because the crowns had to be long due to my bite. when he put them in for a test run, I looked like a clown. I was horrified. They were long teeth, like a horsed with pink tops. I should have walked out then when i had the chance. Who knew what was to happen. He send them back to the lab for a rework before the permanent installation.

     On May 3rd I was scheduled to have the permanent crowns placed. Dr. Kaczor had his partner in the office actually install the first crowns, I had never met because this dentist, and wasn't informed that Dr. Kaczor himself wasn't going to place the crowns . Apparently he didn't feel qualified to put them in, even though he was the one who designed and measured the crowns. I was very upset because I didn't feel comfortable. This man was a stranger to me. I had never seen him once in the whole time I was coming in.  This dentist had a terrible time because they lacked the correct tools for the job and had to keep going down the hall to borrow tools from the endodontist  who did my implant surgery. It was an unsettling experience perhaps comparable to being  on a airplane and finding out the pilot is only 10 years old. When it was finally done the teeth looked like horses teeth because they were still too long. They literally had to take a big rasp and file them down. OMG, what had i gotten myself into.

     Saturday June 3 the front cap snapped off!  i was mortified and panicked. I called the office emergency line. I spoke to the partner who had installed the crowns. His response was, I can't do anything about that on a Saturday.  He told me he would get back to me after he talked to Dr Kaczor about it. Nobody got back to me. I had to call myself and when I spoke to Dr Kaczor about what had happened and that I had called and spoken to the other dentist, he said he didn't know anything about it. What a surprise. He finally saw me on June 13. I met with both dentists. They both said  that it was a good thing they saved all the instructions and whatever materials he used to design the first crowns because the whole thing had to be replaced. They would order the new crowns and have then in the office by June 20th. at 2:00. 

    Dr Kaczor  had me  come in on the Saturday  before when the office was closed to remove all the caps.   He spent over 2 hours with a hammer knocking  the crowns out of head. what a nightmare. I was shaken to the bone when I left the office.

      He replaced the whole set of crowns.on 6/20.  At that time He wanted to know if I ground my teeth at night. I told him I didn't know . I asked him if he would have been able to tell when he first evaluated my teeth for the implants. Before I had any of the work started. No he said. he ordered the occlusal guard for me and I wore it as soon as I got it. It was towards August and I was billed 385.00 for it on August 10.

    On  Sat, August 26th, one of the brand new crowns snapped off.  Now Dr Kaczor is really upset and says he has a large amount of money in my mouth and he just can't afford this. He filed the tooth off to make it look acceptable.  It keeps breaking and  he keeps filing the tooth each time  I come in.  After  the third time he had to start using pieces of porcelain with glue because the tooth was getting so short. Dr. Kaczor is complaining  in a major way by this point. He keeps telling me I am giving him a nervous breakdown and he can't sleep at night. He already had so much money invested in my crowns and the porcelain is so expensive.  On the 4th visit for him to attempt to glue porcelain on the tooth, he lost 4 pieces going down the drain before he could get one glued on. he was so upset and keep complaining how he couldn't believe it was happening because the porcelain was so expensive. By now the crown on the left side in back, the last one in my mouth, had cracked and split. he said there was nothing he could do about it. I get a bill for 1,000.00 for the repair work.

     By now it is into October and I am so upset and having many discussions about how this shouldn't be happening to my teeth.I tell Dr. Kaczor that I am going to consult with another dentist about the situation.  On Nov. 9th at 10:00AM , Dr Kaczor calls me at my office. He tells me that he doesn't want me to see another dentist. He asks me to come into the office on  Tuesday , the 14th of November. following  He and the other dentist would file down all the teeth because he thought they were too long and that was causing all my problems.  I ended up saying OK, I won't go to anybody else, You can file down the teeth. However, I was so upset and I didn't have any confidence in him and was afraid (finally?) to go into his office and have him file my crowns down.  By 11:00 I phoned a woman I knew who worked for another dentist. I was definitely going to see somebody else.

     On Nov. 13th. I called Dr. Kaczor's office and told them that I was canceling my appointment for the next day and that I had decided to get a second opinion after all and that I would contact Dr. kaczor after I had seen the dentist and would tell him what I had decided to do. On Nov. 14th at 10:00 I got a phone call from Dr. Kaczor. He was furious and upset that i was going to see another dentist. He said he had between 7 and 8 thousand dollars of his own money in my mouth and that he was young and couldn't afford to lose that kind of money. He told me he had not been given a chance to look at the teeth again to make the necessary adjustments that are necessary in cases like mine. He went on to say that he didn't want any other dentist touching my teeth . He said he wanted me to come to his office so he could take pictures of my teeth. He didn't want to be blamed for something he didn't do. Dr Kaczor  said my teeth were putting him through a living h***. he harassed me at the office over this until i had to stop taking his calls.

     I went to see the other dentist who said the crowns were not done correctly and that he didn't think I should pay him. he said that Dr. Kaczor didn't have my bite right and that they should be redone. He didn't want to get involved and suggested I get a third opinion.

     I went to a specialist for a third opinion and was told the same thing. about a bad job being done. I didn't go back to Dr. Kaczor because I didn't trust him.

     I couldn't get them redone by another dentist because I had already spent all of the money by taking out a home equity. I didn't sue because Dr Kaczor was really unhinged over this whole thing and i didn't have the heart to do that to him. He was young and had 5 children. I didn't have anybody to turn to and I have suffered tremendous emotional damage this whole time and It has taken me al this time to have the energy to write this. I owe my friend and coworker a thanks for having made me document this whole procedure because if I hadn't, I  would never have remembered the details.
    I did end up going to a specialist who said he was going to work with Dr Kaczor to have him pay this new dentist to re do the crowns.. He said if he couldn't get him to do that he said I could go to the dental arbitration board. he said first he had to fix my bottom teeth before he could do the restoration on top. He took over a year to do that . When it came time for him to do the top restoration he said Dr Kaczor wouldn't pay and that I would have to take it up with dental arbitration board. He gave me the information, I called them and when i got the forms it said there was a 2 year period only and i had just missed the two year time limit. If this specialist had addressed the top restoration first, i would have been within the time limit and perhaps been able to resolve this. Now it is hopeless. I owe many more years on my home equity still and I not only look awful, but my caps are irritating my gums and they hurt. I will attach pictures. it's too late. I wish somebody could help me.
