GREAT Professional; took loots of pictures to show what he was talking about; since repair I have not had problem and we've had several torrential downpours. Would use him for other needs.

I reached out to Doug after another contractor cancelled at the last minute. It was urgent that I get the upper part of the house stained before the new roof went on - giving Doug just a couple days notice. He showed up and did an amazing job! I will be contracting him to finish staining the house and garage! Thank you for assuring me that there are still people out there that really care! I can’t express my gratitude enough!!

Great! Brandon was very nice, worked quickly and did a fantastic job on replacing two living room windowsills that one of my dogs chewed. Amber and Michael were responsive and friendly scheduling the appointment and coming out to the do the estimate. The only reason I didn't give all As is because i think they were supposed to come the day before for the job. It was fine, though, will still call them next time in a heartbeat. Very happy overall.

Luis was very pleasant and thorough and was proficient in his time and workmanship. Cleaned up from his work on the inside and outside. Would use them for other projects for sure.

    Brian Donovan
Brian added a bathroom with tile shower and floor, guest bedroom, large closet, and finished stairs in basement. An egress window was installed. He was always professional and gave evidence of skills with design, carpentry, electrical, tile installation, heating and venting, painting and plumbing (assistant for putting in plumbing through cement floor). He incorporated my ideas along with offering great additional suggestions for design. All work stayed on track within projected timeline with Brian on the job directly sometimes with an assistant. Brian sent daily text updates with pictures. Everything was beautifully finished, works perfectly, and gives evidence of an expert craftsman. If you are considering hiring Brian to work on your home, yes yes ...hire him. I am totally happy with his work and collaboration.

Larry did an excellent job in a timely manner and we are very pleased with his work. We had gutted the downstairs of our house and needed a finish carpenter. I wish we would have engaged him sooner, but he fixed issues we had with several doors that needed replacing and reframing. We will be keeping his number handy for any future projects in that house!

    Rochester General Contractors
This contractor's work is substandard, sloppy and he badly manages the budget. After paying 1/3 down on a $30,000 project, Bill quickly ran out of money and claimed he couldn't pay his subs. He had a bad experience with his previous job not paying the final payment and we ended up paying the price. We were paying for materials and at one point, paying to keep his subs. In the end, we lost money and had to let him go before the job was finished. He made a mess of our concrete slab and it ended up being pieced together because he estimated the amount needed incorrectly. Buyer beware with a major project.

Over the summer, my husband and I took a gulp and committed to a giant (for us) project, remodeling our kitchen, pantry, and powder room. Our contractor, Seamus Langton, came highly recommended from close friends, and I have to say, he exceeded all our expectations. Seamus was clear about the project scope, timeline, and cost. Once the work began, he was there every morning, arriving at 7:30 a.m. sharp. Plus, the work site and our home were always left clean at the end of a day’s work. Seamus is also meticulous, with no small detail escaping his attention. Whether it be recreating a molding consistent with the style of our 1920s house, or intricately patching our quarter-sawn oak floors, Seamus made it happen. If you’re looking for a general contractor, for any kind of house project, large or small, we could not be more confident in recommending Seamus. He’s a talented craftsman, a dedicated professional, and a genuinely kind person.
