    Had to call Office because he forgot to put on my physical to have surgery that I had a heart attack and open heart surgery and that I was diabetic. These are things that I think were important to my surgeon and anesthesiologist. Needless to say, I now have a new doctor

    It went very well! I had been dealing with shoulder issues for about a year. My range of motion was severely limited. After a couple of cortisone treatments, my shoulder Doctor said my next steps were an MRI and surgery. A friend at work recommend Dr Phipps and he did a great job helping me to regain my full range of motion. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He throughly explained my issues and put together a treatment plan to address it.

    I have never had such an abysmal experience with a medical office. Dr. Hansly is a cocky young doctor with poor bedside manner. His ablility to answer questions left much to be desired since he did not answer any that I posed to him, even ones that he did not need test results to answer. He was a bit condescending, belittling my concerns that obvious turned out to be legitimate. His staff is OK. The one who hung up on me obviously could use a refresher on professionalism, but most of them held up fine against my firmly asserted concerns. I was not happy with the outcome of those phone calls, and I took serious issue with some of their policies and the professionalism of their provider, but none with them personally. That said, overall they were not the friendliest bunch. You'd think they'd be a bit nicer/more patient with someone clearly afraid of having cancer. The logic that I "would have heard from the doctor if there was a problem" is flawed for a number of reasons. One, the radiologist who filed the ultrasound report obvious found a problem and clearly stated on the report that it could be cancer. Two, the other urologist obviously saw it as a problem since he got me in to see him immediately and scheduled an MRI. They are simply making excuses for Dr. Hansly's neglect. Had he reviewed my test results, called me even once (I never got a call, to this day), or went over anything with me-- rather than just let my test results sit, results that may yet indicate cancer-- I might not be writing this review today. What if I weren't as technologically savvy as some of his other patients? What if I never read the ultrasound results online for myself? What if I didn't understand the medical jargon? I would have never have sought out the additional tests and the alternate doctor. I would still be sitting here nearly a month later waiting to hear back on what could be cancer growing inside me. Refusing to speak to me because I followed up with a different urologist is absurd and childish. This is not a romantic relationship. I did not cheat on his office. I did not go behind his back. I sought a second opinion, and I sought it quickly. It was still his office that ordered the test, it was his office that held the results, and it was his office *I paid* to look at those results. I want them from him. This round robin his office forced me through was entirely unprofessional and frankly ridiculous. Cancer is not an issue to be brushed aside, nor neglected for even a week, and I wanted a provider who cared enough about his/her patients to immediately followup on tests that he/she ordered. I wanted a doctor who would not neglect their duties. That is why I sought a new provider so quickly. I felt utterly neglected by my doctor. If you want reasonable assurances that medical results will be looked over and that things like cancer will not go overlooked, I implore you to seek another provider.

    I was impressed with the doctor's thoroughness, caring attitude, and the fact that she listened to EVERYTHING I had to say. She actually cared! She didn't "rush" me out of the office which was also a plus! She took her time with me, talked to me. I just love her! I would highly recommend this doctor if you have allergy issues or immune issues. She knows her stuff!

We're trying different medications that fit with her sensitivities and allergies, and I can't say enough about both his diagnostic skills and interactions with patients and caregivers like me.     Because this practice (Dr. Lana specifically) did not believe me about my dates of conception, they did not follow up on an ectopic pregnancy that destroyed my one good fallopian tube, meaning that I eventually required IVF to conceive. This was the worst event, but I had many other minor experiences there, such as administrative incompetence and poor bedside manner. I would never go there again, and I strongly discourage all of my friends from doing it as well.

    I was very pleased with all aspects of the office visit.  I was given a friendly appt. reminder call by a real person. (not automated)
    The office staff was professional , as well as warm and friendly.  Unlike  large offices, I was given personal attention and made to feel like a valued patient.  The waiting room is small but clean and welcoming.  It has a small beautiful aquarium to enjoy.  The Best part is I was not kept waiting.  The office visit was right on time!  No long waiting in the reception area or exam room!
    Dr Denardin  was friendly and professional.  I felt as though she took personal interest in treating me and the other patients as individuals.  She took her time with me and encouraged me to express concerns and ask questions.

    Billing and Administration was professional and organized.

    I would certainly recommend  this medical practice to others.( especially those interested in a small practice with individual attention and  appointments taken on time.)  And I look forward to using this provider in the future.

    Fractured my left ankle last summer and went to St. Joe's Hospital..   They took an x-ray and I had a fracture that needed surgery.  I was referred to John Karpie MD at Buffalo Orthopedics.    He was very nice and knew what he was doing.  I needed to go to surgery that night to have the ankle put into place and surgery about a week later to have a plate and screws put in to fix the break.   I am a diabetic so this was a problem for me.   Dr. Karpie did a great job in putting  my ankle together and then referred me to physical therapy.    He is very caring and is very prompt with his appointments.   He is now treating me for trigger finger and the cortisone injection helped a lot.   He did a great job with the surgery and I am happy to be walking again.  Office staff is wonderful too.

    No matter what appointment time you book and even with calling ahead to see how far behind they are with their schedule. you will still sit there for over an hour and a half.  Not sure if he has too many patients but we have been with him for over 20 years and nothing has changed.  Will finally start looking for a better alternative.

    They test the hearing aid and they can sync them up to my i phone.  I like that he is very professional in his demeanor.  He is a great supervisor to the people that work with him.  He takes time to explain your hearing issues with how they are based for you individually.  I have referred patients to him.
