AT-Mark Plumbing Heating & CoolingGiven that it was an expensive and unexpected repair that needed to be made, T-Mark was great. Jeff not only came in with the best price, but he broke the pricing down into two parts - one if they didn't have to break into the street and the second if they did, since he wouldn't know until he dug through how much pipe needed to be replaced. Even at the quote stage he sent one of his crew back with a longer camera scope to see if they could get a better idea of how extensive the damage was. Once they started digging, Jeff realized that they would not have to dig up all the way to the middle of the road, they could just insert the new pipe into the old from the curb to the mainline, which saved some money, but he also realized that unless I put a sump pump in the basement, there was no guarantee that I wouldn't get more water in the basement in the future. So the money I saved by not having them go to the street, I spent on a sump pump and I am glad I did. They rerouted my interior basement drain lines, put in the sump pump and cistern for about what they had originally quoted the whole project, and given all the snow we had this winter and the rain and drain off, the sump pump has been very busy. It is so nice knowing that I don't have to worry about water in the basement and the suggestion for the sump pump was great, so money well spent. So glad that Jeff was looking out for my best interest when he suggested changes to the original job, and even though it took them more time it saved me in the long run.- Anne M.

ACellino PlumbingI recently purchased my home and noticed I was having issues when it would rain with water backing up into my basement. I gave a call over to Cellino Plumbing, I explained my problem to the nice young lady on the phone and she agreed we should have someone come out to take a look. I was giving a four hour window of time that the plumber would show up and they came right in that time frame. Once the plumber arrived I went over my main concerns and a few other minor problems that I was having. The nice gentleman got right to work with cleaning out my lines, once he was able to get through most of my sewer line he explained to me exactly what was going on and that my pipe had either collapsed or shifted and that he would get a sewer camera to my home asap. The next morning I was greeted by yet again another great and knowledgeable technician. He was able to show me right on his device what was going on in my pipes! We set up for them to come back to my home early the next week to fix my issue, I had to work the day of the service but when I came back home I was so impressed. Very small amount of dirt from where the work was performed was all that was left! I had to give a call to the office again to let them know how great everything worked. They explained to me that customer service is always a number one goal of theirs and that if I had any further trouble to give them a call back. Thats exactly what I will do, the only plumbers I will use is from Celllino Plumbing.- Donna L.

ACellino PlumbingEverything went better than I could of imagined. I have owned my home for close to 30 years and never had a sump crock in my basement, well after the second floor to my basement in the same year I knew it was time to fix it. I set up an appointment to have a free estimate done at my home, Adam and the guys did a great job at explaining to me exactly what was going to happen. Everything was professional and done to my high standards. I have not had any issues since I put the crock in and will continue to have many more nice and dry years at my home. I will give them a call in the future if I need any plumbing work done.- James T.

ACellino PlumbingEverything went so great! From my initial call to the office I was greeted by a friendly voice who helped get the right plumber out to my home the same day. I had a nice gentleman come to my house later that day, he performed a cleaning service and later was able to camera my pipes to see exactly what was going on. Turns out my sewer line was damaged and that it was in need of repair. 3 days later I had a dig crew at my home ready to go promptly at 8am to begin work. I can't even believe how fast my sewer line was replaced and how professional the crew was. The crew was very careful when digging around my landscape. It has been a week now since I had this underground repair done and my sewer has never worked better. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!- Angela T.
