    Western New York Dental
The cleaning was fine, but the communication about the billing for the service was terrible. I was very clear about asking if they accepted by dental insurance and was assured they did. After the service was provided I was billed and charge more than agreed upon. The billing department was rude and threatening. Would not deal with them again.l

It is very easy to schedule. The people in the office are always personable, and professional. You are in and out with no delay. I have gone here for about 3 years now, and would absolutely recommend.

    Williamsville Family Dentistry
I will freely admit that, when it comes to dentists, I am an absolute wimp. I've been to a number of dentists and have had some terrible experiences so when I came to Williamsville Family Dentistry, I wasn't sure what to expect. After my first visit, I now actually *enjoy* going to the dentist (which I never thought would happen.) The staff here is always upbeat and calming. They work hard to ensure that all of my dental care is taken care of and all of my questions are answered. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure that I'm getting the best and most comfortable care I've ever had. They're committed to doing things the right way; not just the popular way. I asked about dental implants and they let me know that they only do traditional implants because they've tended to find that they are more durable and last longer. This commitment to quality and patient care the right way extends to the way in which their office is run. You have the option electronically filling out all of the paperwork that's necessary for new patients online at your convenience rather than sitting in a waiting room filling out a ton of forms. They also have a service where they can text you if you're overdue for regular maintenance and an appointment opens up in the next couple days. Their waiting room also shows their commitment to patients by providing good Keurig coffee and a kids play area continue this tradition of patient-centered care. I've found that, since becoming a patient at Williamsville Family Dentistry, I've actually wanted to ensure that I keep up with my dental care (which I never in a million years thought I would ever do.) Both Dr Kevin and Monie have created a pleasant, efficient, and capable practice that keeps up with current dental procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity and honesty. If you're a "dental wimp" or have been putting off going to the dentist (like I did for a long time), I would strongly recommend that you make an appointment at Williamsville Family Dentistry as soon as you can. They accept Medicaid and won't judge you no matter how bad your teeth are. I'm sure you;ll be just as pleasantly surprised as I was at how much you'll actually like to go to the dentist.

    Douglas Hamill DDS
I've been very pleased with Dr. Hamill.  I've had multiple cavities filled and a handful of regular checkups.  He's usually on time and always very professional and polite.  I tend to ask a lot of questions and he seems pretty patient with my string of questions.  The waiting room is a little bit of a turn off (always loud reality TV on) but I've only had to wait an excessive amount of time once (in maybe 7-8 appointments).  Would highly recommend him.

    Maria Giglia Pieri DDS
Great! Love the staff and Dr. Pieri. She was super nice and non-judgemntal. Her staff is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Pieri! HOWEVER, NO NOT GO TO DR.SCOTT (another dentist in the office). I figured Dr. Pieri was so friendly that the other doctor would be too. Dr. Scott was very rude, unprofessional and judgmental of my teeth. I will definitely continue going there but only to see Dr. Pieri.

    Dr Mark D Powalski DDS

After explaining to the reception staff my problem that I fell and landed on my jaw they said they would have to order some supplies and would call when they came in and in just a few days I received a call that they were in and I made an appointment to go in.

Dr. Powalski then examined me and quickly resolved the problem as usual. Trust me he is the best, I have had Pre Army Dentists, Army Dentists  post Army Dentists and then came upon Dr. Powalski and have been with him ever since.

Dr. Bob's Dental Care - Elmwood Village Dental
I never knew that a visit to the dentist could be so pain-free, quick, and easy!  The staff there (esp. Courtenay!  She's the best!) is great and will alert you of cancellations when your making an appointment without you even asking!  They really want to run a good office, and they succeed with flying colors.
I have been to many bad dentists.  I have had, during numbing, dentists accidentally hit "zingers" (which are really nerves that dentists are taught, in dental school, to avoid!) so many times I can't even count.  I'll grunt in pain and they'll say "ooops!  Hit another zinger!"  Dear dentists, you are supposed to have the proficiency and skill to AVOID causing your patients unneccessary pain!
Dr. Bobs, all of their dentists/doctors, are LEAPS AND BOUNDS above the competition.  They will take their time with you, they are all very nice, and their novicaine injections are nearly pain-free!  I have never had a "zinger" from a mediocre dentist at Dr. Bobs.
This place is where I learned that there are good dentists in the world.  Seriously, go to this place, you'll understand.

    Dr Douglas G Saturnino DDS
Dr Doug is a great guy, good dentist but I think he is a little cheap with staff and work is not always the best.  It hurts to write this review but his dental hygienist chipped my tooth or he said some enamel.   I would think that after that happened and i told them they did not say it to me they would pay for repairing it.  No I will be billed.  I have also had fillings not hold up..  Finally he sent me to a root canal dr. who tried pulling a crown out and could not do so so drilled through the crown and broke it  Saternino does
beautiful crowns but the lack of other things ahhh I have to try a new dentist.  I left himt he first time because fillings came loose a lot.  Then I went back a coupe years later cause I like him a good guy.  But if you cant take care of wrongs and I have to ask forget about it!
His hours are also poor and I am starting to realize I like an office with more than 1 dentist.

    Bochiechio, Dr PV
I walked in 20 minutes early, and they had my paperwork ready for me to fill out. Once I was done, they immediately put me in the chair, and finished entering things into the system.
They carefully went over every item on my questionnaire, including the fact I have a pacemaker. They showed concern, but allowed me to show proof that my pacemaker is a newer model, and wouldn't be affected by dental tools.
They use modern equipment (first time I've been to a dentist with digital x-rays and ultrasonic plaque scraper), and clearly, Dr. Bochiechio is knowledgeable. Furthermore, he is unlike any other dentist I've been to - normally it's "let's stack every service possible to make as much money as possible," but Dr. Bochiechio has a more conservative approach that allows for proper treatment without killing my wallet.
He traced the cause of my pain (infection), and we quickly scheduled an endodontic procedure (root canal).
I'm happy that I picked the right provider this time.

All procedures were done with care. They,re not in a hurry, they always ask me if I need a break during the procedures. I hate going to the dentist, but this dental pratice is so good I don,t mind going.
