We had a late afternoon appointment. As it turned out, they had a cancellation and I was free, too. They came right when they said they would. I had a team of two men, both appropriately in uniform shirts. They were very professional. One of them went room to room with me and discussed the appropriate options for each room. We purchased a new home that was neglected for many years. The widow that sold it to us had pets that weren't very well trained. The carpets were good quality, but had odors and bad staining. The company came in, and in about three hours' time made the whole house smell better and look better! We found this company when our previous moving company sent them out to repair some moving related carpet staining. We were so impressed, we called them back on our next move.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Two gentlemen arrived on time and listened to our concerns. They cleaned the carpets in three rooms and hallway/stairs. There was no residue left in the carpets, stains were gone and the carpets dried in quickly. They also cleaned our ceramic floors. The grout was scrubbed and the floors were professionally steam cleaned. I liked the care they took to be careful of our furniture and be thorough. We previously hired Stanley Steemer and were disappointed in their careless attitude and pressure to add extra services. We like the fact that Carpet Care Services employs the same crew and appreciated their professionalism.
