This shop is reliable and reasonable. I have taken our family cars there on several occasions and each time service was timely, communication appropriate and work completed was excellent. This is my family's go-to shop for auto repair. I feel confident in their skill and honesty.

He gave me a quote and a very good price. I called him and he was there in about 10 minutes. He was very good and fair.

They got the truck into the shop quickly, repaired it quickly and charged a fair price. This was my second experience with this shop and I will definitely return when the need arises again.

I pulled into Joe's shop with the muffler dragging under my car. I've been his customer for a long time and he always has a big smile and a kind word. Joe said he would look at my car right away and pulled it into the garage. Now I don't know anything about cars. He could have told me I needed a whole new exhaust system, but not Joe! He is always honest. He came out and told me I needed a new muffler strap--everything else was fine. He put the strap on and I was on my way. Joe is the best!

We were in a fix and needed someone to come out right away to get the van to our collision shop. They came right out and took care of this, towing the vehicle there without a problem. The man was professional, very prompt, and I will be using them again if ever the situation calls for it. Also, the price was included in the purchase warranty by the dealer, but it came to around 125 dollars in total.

I sold my non-running car to Brant Auto Parts. Towed it in myself because he said the tow truck was busy for a few days. He quoted me 190 a ton for the car over the phone - didn't mention any other costs. I checked the information that came with my car and found that it weighed between 2500 and 2800 pounds. The low end would mean I'd be getting $237.50 for it. Got there, weighed out on the scale (no weight reading for the customer to see in real time), removed my plates and went inside. Signed the title over and the less-than-friendly man behind the counter printed me out a check for $196 ($218 minus $20 for tire disposal - never mentioned before that). I was just happy to be rid of the car and left with the check. I did what I was supposed to do and mailed in the plates to the DMV and cancelled my insurance. Two weeks later I got notice in the mail that my license would be suspended if I didn't provide proof that my plates had been mailed in (after callin the DMV I learned that the plates were received, the mail just got crossed). But before learning that...I couldn't find the USPS receipt or the sales receipt for the car. I called up Brant Auto Sales and asked if they could provide me with another one. The man on the phone, friendly at the time, took down my information and said his office girl would have to look it up and it would take a day or two. Oh, and it would cost me $30. I couldn't believe the gall. The greed. He said it would take her an hour to find the information. I retorted that it was either filed in a cabinet on the specific date of sale or in a computer. He responded that it was my problem for losing the receipt and it would be $30 and to call him back if I wanted it - and hung up. Unbelievable from a company that touts itself as having won small business of the year in Brant a few years back. Greedy business of the year more like it. Lucky for me I didn't need the receipt in the end and I learned whom to never do business with again.
