AMid Suffolk Cesspool ServiceWe just moved to New York and Long Island less than a month ago. We have never had a cesspool before and didn't know what to expect. A few days ago, we noticed brown water coming through a wall in our basement. Not knowing what to, we called a plumber. The plumber recommended this "Mom & Pop" company and thank God he did! Robin came out the next day and gave us the news. Turns out, we have 3 cesspools, one that was old and sealed up and the other 2 were not in bad shape (one looks like it's new but they were not emptied in many many many years). What was in bad shape was the pipes going to the pools (they were literally deteriorating) . Another problem was a pipe in the house was not "capped off" rather then "scrunched closed" so literally sewage was being spilled throughout insulation of the house. All this being said, we had no idea how much this would cost us. Robin replaced all the pipes, emptied pools and even removed the insulation and clean the walls. All of this for a very reasonable price. Robin is meticulous with his work. He assured us everything will be good as new. He and his co-worker completed the job in 1 1/2 days. With no knowledge of cesspools, someone could have easily taken advantage of us and I am so happy his company was recommended. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using him in the future when it comes time to empty the pools again. One thing we did learn, anyone that owns a cesspool, use Scott's toilet paper only. No Charmin or quilted Northern. Thank you Robin for excellent work and most importantly, peace of mind!- Kim B.

ACityWide Sewer & DrainArrived less than 24 hours after the call. Thank goodness for their professionalism and persistence. A main clog cleared revealed clogs in lines leading to kitchen sink, bathroom sink, bathroom tub. It took three different auger machines, three hours, but all faucets ran for a half hour and drained. The professional insisted on cleaning the tub, all the sinks, and possibly diagnosed the cause. And a guarantee. Not free, but having all drains working is amazing! APerfect Sewer NY CorpI called Yishai from Perfect Sewer and he came to my house at almost 9:00 PM in a snowstorm! Immediately I saw that he was so professional and happy to help out. He felt terrible for me and wanted to do whatever he can to try to find my ring. He sent the camera up the sewer in the basement and through my toilet pipes, working for a total of 3 hours until he FOUND MY RING in the toilet pipe 6 feet deep in the wall just a mere foot away from dropping down a long pipe where I would never be able to retrieve it. He didn't leave my house until midnight when he came up with a plan to have the ceiling underneath the toilet cut open the next day to be able to open the pipe and remove the ring. I cannot express my joy when my ring was returned to me over 24 hours after I thought I lost it forever. If not for Yishai's perseverance and tireless work, my ring would be gone! AChris is truly amazing. He came to look at the project and provide an estimate for the job. He went above and beyond in purchasing the washer and bringing on the day of installation. In addition, he also provided recommendation on the washer type and size. On the day the work was to be done, he came prepared with all the necessary parts and also fixed a damaged part of the existing plumbing at no additional charge. We also hired Chris to perform another repair at our other home, which was also done amazingly well. We will definitely hire Chris again and also recommend him to anyone we know who needs a plumbing job.

FThis company came highly recommended but they were a disaster. They ruptured another pipe in the house while replacing the water line. The worker simply cut off the water and left the building. When I came home and noticed there was no water in the house, I checked the line and turned it back on. Water sprayed all over the boiler room. No one from this company called me to say there was an issue, no one would address it and they refused to fix it saying this was not their responsibility.

ACalled at 8:05 in the morning with a leaking water heater. Ismeal showed up by 9:50 and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, which I was ready to do. Ismeal gave me an estimate right up front. Ismeal drained and removed the old water heater and placed several rug runners down to protect the carpet. Set up the new water heater and added a catch pan. The job was complete by 1:00. Ismael patiently answered all of my annoying questions and was very polite.
