I would use them again, in fact I'm going there again in December.
I've been going to her for at least 20 years. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She's taken me through years of two cancers and whatever else has been going on with me.

I'm going next week for follow-ups. They're good. I have a problem with their availability. It's a clinic. By phone, it's not good. You can walk in to see a nurse but not the doctor that treats you. The staff is nice. I'll use them for the moment.

They are comprehensive since you can have your blood tests and general medical treatments there. They are very courteous, they are patient and they have a nice environment. You don't have to wait long, they try to schedule appointments so that there's no long waiting and they are very responsive. If call them for an emergency they get right back. They keep their appointments and they honor the time. We've only had experience with one doctor and he has been wonderful. At the end of each appointment you get a print out of what the important elements of the visit was and they make an appointment and then they call to remind you.

    Patel Lalit MD
He's a very good doctor. He's always there. He's open seven days a week which is unusual for most doctors. Anything that he is concerned about, he goes through every step possible. I like the fact that he does a thorough examination. They're not modern but they're clean. His staff is great. His hours are very convenient for me. I asked him why he's always there. He said he really loves his job. He loves being a doctor.

    Kaiser Permanente
The best part about Kaiser is that they all talk to each other. So like if you need a prescription you can email and then you can also do a lot of stuff online. So, you can email to renew your prescription and they mail it to you. There's a lot of making things more seamless. From your home using your phone or the internet, I really appreciate that I can ask my doctor questions that way. They are all connected. All the departments talk to each other. It's comprehensive. You don't have to keep giving them the information. They all know each other and I find it really easy to interface and renew a prescription because they do it by mail. I can email my doctor. One thing that I wish they had was more holistic approach and I wish that they had a service called thermography.

    Dr. Jeffrey Vieira, MD
I have seen the doctor one time so far. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and concerned. He was prompt and responsive.  They were receptive to my calls and good about calling back. They are good about calling in prescriptions. I had no problem scheduling my first visit.

    Dr. Bella Zimilevich

My last experience was okay. Usually I don't wait for very long. She is thorough and very personable. They went above and beyond. I was supposed to have surgery and they had done the pre-admission testing. But the hospital did not have it and the secretary went from where she was to the office the day of the surgery because they were not going to do the surgery. So she went into the office and faxed them even though the office was closed. She did not have to do that and had to travel about 40 minutes. I was very impressed. It was their mistake but she really did not have to do what she did. She fixed it.

    Gafanovich, Dr Marina
Went to see the doctor a few days later. The office is quite new, lots of space even with more than a few people waiting in the line. Dr. Gafanovich is a very friendly doctor who immediately won my trust. She guided me through all the possible health concerns in India, based on her personal experience and experience of her patients. Dr. Marina made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, and the checkup went very smoothly. I had my blood tests delivered to me within 48 hours. Fortunately, there was nothing to worry about and I didn't have to come for a follow-up. Overall, I think I will continue to have Dr. Gafanovich as my primary care doctor. I liked her attitude and professional skills.

    Dr. Roger K. Boyce
His personality stands out. He's another person who has been in his profession for a very long time. His knowledge base is just everywhere. He is up-to-date on things. The first thing that you notice right away with him is his big smile that you get as you walk in and he treats you. He's ready and he's willing. He looks like he doesn't have a bad day in the office. It's a clean office. The staff is attentive and polite. He's my doctor for life.

    Crenesse, Dr. Anne J.
With an appointment I only waited about ten minutes, Dr. Crenesse recently changed her practice so she recently hired new staff, so i'm unfamiliar with them. I am in constant contact with the staff so they know my name and they check in frequently.
