    Big Bear Contracting & Electrical
I got an estimate from Big Bear Paul in 1 day! Work began two weeks later on schedule and was completed by 5 workers in one day! On time and on budget! I was impressed with how the estimator, Big Bear owner Paul, let me describe my electrical problems and how he explained several solutions, their cost and the local electrical code. The contractor's office kept me up-to-date and let me know exactly when the workers would arrive, how long they would be working and how long the house power would be out. I was also impressed by the 5 workers that did the project. They were all working TOGETHER not WAITING for someone to FINISH before they could START. Very refreshing to watch an efficient team working in my yard and basement. The Big Bear owner, Paul, pulled wires from the meter main panel to the roof! I added a few outlets and switches to the job and supervisor said "Home Owner wants to change/add this and that" and it all happened. No grumbling from any of the workers. My whole experience with Big Bear Electrical was +A . I would hire them again and have already recommended them to my neighbors.

    Credence Development Inc
I own a historic home that was recently condemned due to a small fire. In a panic, we got involved with a “fire engine chasing” renovation company. In the first couple of days/weeks, they exhausted almost a third of our coverage with no detectible effect. Once we ended our relationship with the first company, we hired Credence “to the rescue”. Credence not only repaired the fire damage, but they also emptied and refreshed every room, closet, and hall in the entire building. Credence worked closely with the insurance company, local government, and the building inspector to clean up compliance issues, get the utilities turned back on, and re-issue our C of O. If you’re planning to build a new home or renovate an old home…call Credence first!

This project was to completely replace our old 50's bathroom off our master bedroom. Simon was very helpful in the design & choosing tile, flooring, tile, vanity, etc.The crew did an awesome professional job, paying attention to every detail, very friendly and also came up with a few ideas to dress it up. I couldn't be happier with the result . Thanks guys for all your hard work and getting this job done on time.

    Roberto Rivera Construction Company LLC
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! ROBERTO RIVERA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LLC. He is a CON ARTIST! We did so to do some work in our bathroom and he talked a good talk but has no construction skills. His work is below that of a handyman. He is sloppy and messy. He damaged our tub and the guy he hired to do the job screwed up and the plumber he brought, who he claimed is his brother, did not have any knowledge of what he was doing!!! His PAINT job was the worst I've seen... he dripped the paint all over the light fixtures ...missed spots, just sloppy! He only cares about depositing the money!!! He left our bathroom messed up and unfinished. Tiles are uneven, sticking out and crooked...He told us on day two that he can't tile...why didn't he say that when he took the job? Would never have hired him! He will show you pictures of his "brother's house" that he claimed he did and the kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms, which after his quality of work he did for us, was clearly NOT done by him!! OVERPRICED, POOR QUALITY, TALKS TOO MUCH!! CON MAN!! HE OVERCHARGES SO HE CAN SUB- CONTRACT THE WORK OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE BUT DOES NOT DISCLOSE THAT.... LIAR, LIAR, LIAR!!

    Chad Henry Construction
We met Chad Henry, strictly by chance, in 2007. We were exploring the Washington County Area of Northeast Tennessee as a possible place to move to for our future retirement, after a vacation visit to the area in 2006. While looking at several new homes in the Joneborough area, we walked through a spec home that was built by Chad Henry Construction, and it was getting some last minute finishing touches by Chad's electrician. He directed us to a homesite on Stagecoach Road that Chad was working on that day. After many visits , and looking at homes that were available in the area, we were unable to find one that suited our needs, or could be renovated to accomplish our desires. Involving Chad in this process, we began to realize that this young man was driven by one thing, and one thing only: Our complete satisfaction of having our dream home become a reality. You see, we did this from 550 miles away. Chad assisted us in physically looking at over 100 properties that we found on line, as well as properties available through a local realtor. Being "out - of - towners", we had to rely on his judgement as to the suitability of the property, it's future potential (or risk) , and could only have done so with the high level of our trust in him and his knowledge of the area, which he earned. Try to imagine, if you will, having a Home Builder give you reasons NOT to buy a specific piece of property or house because of concerns he discovered through research, when his livelihood depends on you buying a piece of property or a house and contracting with him to build or renovate a house ! That's the caliber, professionalism, and integrity of Chad J. Henry. During construction, Chad sent us weekly updates with video and digital photo's of the process and the progress on our new home. We spoke to him almost daily. Anytime we called him, he called back immediately. About every 6 weeks (the full construction process took one year) we would make a trip down to meet with Chad, and various suppliers to pick out counter tops, lighting, heating and ac systems, cabinet makers, paving contractors, tile installers, plumbers, etc. Now that the house is completed (we are planning to move in full time later this year (2011) while I am still working), Chad is renovating a 1200 square foot utility building which was on the property when we purchased it, as my hobby workshop. The best descriptions I can provide of the quality of the experience are : 1. Chad builds everything as if it was his own and he was going to live in it. 2. His desire to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction is unequaled. 3. He has always been truthful in every aspect of the process (and has not allowed us to make stupid mistakes). 4. I would highly recommend his services, which range from repairing a deck, to building a custom home, and everything in between, with no hesitation whatsoever. 5. In addition to having built our dream home, we got the added benefit of having a new friend for life.

    Tandem Contracting, LLC
The transformation is incredible, they demolished an entire 1/2 bath, moved the washer and dryer into another room with hooking them all up to new plumbing, put all new wood tiles in, full bath rub with wall to wall tile, new over sized vanity with granite counter tops, built custom shelves, used existing features to enhance the over all project. Ryan is the best and he will not leave or finish until every one is happy including the family dog !
