    Manufacturer of my high-end stove wanted me to wait potentially weeks to respond to a repair covered under the warranty (leaking gas valve!). Spoke with the owner, Carlita, about an emergency repair service call. Belgrove was responsive, fast and performed the repair in under one hour, not weeks. Yes I paid out of pocket, but safety first. No more leaking gas. Top notch service. I would highly recommend them. A++

    This family owned company is amazing and take great pride in their work! Very knowledgeable about my particular piece and because of this they were able to tell me what finish would really enhance the piece. They were really able to enhance the beauty of the trunk and helped me to understand the history and craftsmanship behind the trunk. With my special memories of my grandma's trunk and now knowing the work that went into it has really made an already special piece even that much greater and I will enjoy for years to come and one day pass it on to by own children or grandchildren. Very easy and fun to work with! You will not regret your decision or money spent working with this company in restoring your special pieces.

    I cannot stop raving about the Stove Lady and how much she is indulged our love for our owl American Crown 6 burner, two ovens, two broiler range. When I first got it the wiring was messed up and the ovens didn't light. Worse yet, the range was in California where it seemed no one knew how to make it work. No worries, the Stove Lady walked me through a rewire that I did my self. She helped me replace rusted parts with new ones, freshly restored and enameled, and, on a Sunday night, responded to a text with perfect instructions when one of my ovens failed. And she doesn't charge enough money for all this!

    My bid was not properly recorded so it appeared no one had bid. I believe the “minimum“ was added after, which may be reason for bid problem. The piece was offered for sale next day but only my initial email to confirm appointment request was answered. No address, contact phone not answered, buzzer to apartment didn’t work but Tracy made the issues my problem. “No one else complained “ was her answer. Offered table at very high price although I was only bidder & piece was passed during auction,

    A. Drori and Sons Antique restoration
    Matthew came to look at my furniture & told me that all I needed was for him to re-tie the springs and replace the webbing under each item, which he would do in my home for $500. He came with his father, Alex. They did not re-tie any springs. They removed the thin fabric covering the bottom of the sofa and chair, leaving staples all over my home. They did not remove the old webbing. They just stapled new webbing on top of the old webbing. I paid them. But their work did nothing to fix the initial problem. Both the sofa and chair was in the same condition as when Matthew first looked at them. When I complained, Alex came back. This time, he said that to fix the problem required taking the entire sofa and chair apart (as for reupholstery) to replaced the padding on top of the springs (under the cushions). In short, they charged me $500 to do less than the work they promised (they never re-tied any of the springs-- nor could they have because they couldn't access them because they didn't remove the old webbing!), for work they KNEW would not fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They WILL SCAM you.

    I was in what I'm sure is a pretty typical situation, but of course was so overwhelming! My parents had passed away, and I now had their home, filled to the brim with a lifetime of possessions. Living in Florida, I knew I wanted to keep the house, but where do I even begin to clear the house and prepare it as a rental? I researched online, and Artifacts Liquidators really stood out, not only for their positive reviews, but it was clear Jane and her team had years (generations!) of experience. But what I needed was more than the estate sale -- I also needed the house to be prepared as a furnished rental. So it wasn't a straight-forward "clean-out". Each room had to be considered -- which items should be sold/donated, and which should remain for the rental? Jane knew immediately what I needed, and after our first meeting, I knew that I could return to Florida and the sale and clean-out was in good hands. Although I wasn't present for the sale, I heard from my friends and neighbors how smoothly it was run. When I returned to the house a few weeks later, it was so far beyond my expectations, I couldn't believe it. The house was beautiful -- not only were the personal items cleared out, but the house was actually impeccably staged, ready for the rental! I also have to make an extra-special mention of Lisa, Jane's associate. I could tell that Lisa took such painstaking care to go through everything, preparing for the sale -- she even set aside family mementos that she came across, which I didn't even know existed! I hadn't even met Lisa until I returned to the house weeks after the sale, and yet she took such a heartfelt interest, I can't tell you how much I appreciated it.
