    Initially, I thought I was getting a professional based on the reviews on this site. It turns out I was so badly mistaken. I have given RJC multiple occasions to redeem himself and his company, stand by his work and at minimum maintain some professional pride in his work. Unfortunately, he has failed miserably and shown me that he is not someone to be trusted or hire for any work. The saga began when I hired him to install security cameras at one property in Brooklyn. He came by, got paid and did the job. The cameras worked, however, he left a complete mess with the camera cables tangled up with my router/phone/modem/power cords. The box for the cameras/DVR was left behind and the wire ties kicked to the side. IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS!!!! See attached picture from 8/2018. Needless to say, I called him back and immediately, he began to tell me it was my fault. How? I am not sure. His premise was that there was already a tangle of wires. What????? My response was how did he manage to get the security camera wires completely tangled with the other wires so much so that I could not even begin to disentangle them. He did come back and untangle the mess and properly secure the camera cables with ties. It was a definite improvement. So I figured, well let me give him another chance and maybe this initial episode was a temporary glitch. After all this is a company with a 4.8 star review. I hired him for a second job at another property. Several canceled appointments later (for reasons that sounded bogus) he was able to come. As part of the deal he was to install five cameras at this site and return to the initial property and install an additional camera. He installed the five cameras, collected the majority of money owed and left. The day after he left, one of the cameras went dark and NEVER EVER worked again. I called him and he got nasty. As if I had a reason to sabotage his work. All I ever wanted was working cameras. To this date (three months later) he has never returned to troubleshoot the camera and it remains non-functional. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, he never completed the job to install another camera in the initial property. Essentially he took the bulk of the money ($100 remaining) and disappeared. Numerous phone calls (unanswered, of course), text messages (intermittently he will reply with promises of coming), emails (no response), he HAS NOT returned to complete the job. It is as if he has no pride in his work. All I want is working cameras and a completed job. It cannot be too much to ask. I have not treated him with disrespect and in fact, gave him two jobs. I have waited months to write this review because I couldn't believe that the person I met was this unprofessional, especially having found him through this website. Needless to say, I am disgusted. Be wary of Mr Robert Cacciola. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND HIM.

    I've tried 3 times to contact this company and they have failed to respond in any way. I sent 2 messages through the contact form on their website and also left a voicemail message at the main office number. No response at all. I'm giving up.

    The charge of the service was a very very fair price. I will hire them again in a heartbeat. The service was excellent and I have no complaint. It's rare to find such a high level of professionalism and dedication especially when a customer tried the company for the first time. I am beyond pleased with the employees at MPH like Terrence, Bryan, Ashley, and Sylvia. Manhattan is a very tough area to navigate especially when using a vehicle - there is so much traffic and so much construction, and yet they did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. And also I thanked them. I did my research and they had the best prices.

    I chose Brown's because of the positive reviews on Angie's list, which included clock repair. I didn't know whether jewelers near me do clock repair. It's not near where I live, but is in an area that I visit. They were as described in the reviews. It took just slightly longer than they estimated because they had to order a part, but they called me when it was ready. I'm very happy with the result.

    I am very happy with this service. I was prepared to bring my bags outside to their truck myself but he came in with the bin and took them out. I stayed outside to watch and shredding went pretty quickly considering how much there was. I would definitely use them again.

    A very good program. My nephew learned very quickly and enjoys reading. The program is good for the whole family. At 8 years old my nephew reads high schools books and understands much of the reading.

    The day of the move they showed up earlier then we agreed which was great because we wanted to get over the move already. They were very helpful and professional. The great thing about this company is that they also offer haul away and pest control services. In the future I would definitely recommend and use thier company again specially that we are looking to move in our first house next year.

    He came in and said I had a warranty for 6 months. Then when he was leaving he said their was no warranty and that they would only deduct the $225 from the overall cost. He then said that one of the chimes were worn out. I literally had never used them and in an apartment you can't. He then replaced it anyways without saying anything. I felt like they were dishonest. The clock is now running hours slow. Its not even usable. I have called him and left a message and he has not responded.

    One of the strings was the WRONG string, clearly not the brand I requested, does not match the other three violin strings. On looking at the company's website, all the strings should be red/blue at the tailpiece end, but clearly the E string is solid red, does not correspond to the wrapping color the manufacturer says these strings all have. Refused to correct problem, said "they came like that from the factory, so since you have a wrong one, you should contact the factory." Uh, no. You took my money; you make it right.
