Not good. Signed contract in November 2015 and job was to be completed by February 2016. It wasn't completed until December 2016. The job was so poorly managed that I had to be constantly checking and rechecking their work. Whenever I called Brian about workmanship, he came by, threw a tantrum and left. Work frequently had to be redone. Several of his workers were eventually fired, one after being on the job for only one hour. By July, his people just stopped showing up. Calls were not returned. When I finally did get a call back, I was told that Brian had blown out his knee and was out of commission for 4-6 weeks. I never heard back from them after that until I called them back 3 months later. I would not rehire this firm nor would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was exactly as i expected.  They're very professional and have experience and know what they are doing and the prices are so much better than other contractors i contacted. I will highly recommend they to friend and family.

they did a clean job, it took longer than we thought because after we started we found out all the inside walls were concrete.
willy explained me everything and charged me extra only for the dumpsters and not labor.
i gave them the construction job right now and look like they are doing a great job.

They're two brothers. I've been using them for 25 years. They're a small company. They come every year to clean my gutters. They've also done my siding. They gutted my sister's home last year. They gutted it and put up new ceilings and walls. They did everything but the electrical part. They've put closets in my house. They painted outside. Underneath my siding at the bottom of the house, they painted that. They're just fantastic.

Tommy came the very same dayafter I stopped by the Bonis storefront to inquire about their services. I was referred to the business by a few coworkers so I figured that I would check it out. My gutters were completely clogged, leaking and not attached in various areas after years of neglect by the previous owner. I agreed to the price and the next day he and his workers were at my home and ready to work. They arrived exactly at 8AM as he said, worked efficiently and quickly and they were extremely polite and honest. He then returned a few days later after the rain to finish the job. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need work done in the future I will surely use them again.

When we first hired them, they showed us better ways to do the job and at lower cost.  They showed up on time.  Their work was better than what we expected.  They cleaned up after themselves.  They finished on time.  Their price wasn't the lowest of the bidders, but it was better than most.  We couldn't ask for more.

Hired Seal Tite Builders (Nick Virello) to remodel our home.  Initially construction went well.  As the project pregressed it became evident that the company was not professional.  The work site was rarely maintained for cleanliness and safety.  Workers were left unsupervised without proper tools and safety equipment.  Any materials that were missing from the job became necessary for the oweners to buy or it would be considered, "extra".  The owner of Seal Tite even called the owner when he had run out of screws due to the fact that his workers had dropped them in the yard (cost of screws $20).  The owner of Seal Tite once got so angry over a $10 piece of pvc that he went into a rage and began shouting at the owner of the home.  The work slowed down once the money was paid in order for the company to move to the next job and demolish another home in order to secure the business prior to finishing  our home.  There were days when no one from Seal Tite would come to the job site even when there was a delivery being made.  That would leave the owner to meet trucks and off load materials or risk having them returned to the manufacturer.  Once the money was paid out the work on the home steadily declined.  The finish work that was done was poor.  Mouldings were done wrong, sheet rock was left unfinished and unsanded so the painter had to do extra work.  Plumbing and electrical contractors hired by Seal Tite left the job unfinshed.  The heating system did not function properly and the owner of Seal Tite made one Attempt to repair it and did nothing as we waited through the winter with no heat in our home.  Eventually we had to find another contractor to repair the system that had been installed wrong. The roof that was installed by Seal Tite was not done to the specifications of the architect.  Multiple attempts were made to contact Seal Tite and deliver punchlists with the unfinished items, however they failed to pick them up as they were sent via certified mail.  In the end the work was not completed and the roof needs to be redone.  Seal Tite was given every opportunity to rectify the problems but chose to take our money and not finish the job.

I went to check out the price for eight inch. interlocking bricks I was going to try to do it myself Mr. Nilton said its much harder then it looks. And was he right he sold me everything I needed no waste. He also took over the job and his men completed the work in one day. Cleaned up and it was like wow great .My wall was up and does it look great. I would have no problem in using them again. And Mr.Nilton came a few times to make sure the job was what I wanted, if I had any questions,or problems, concerns just ask. I did and he had no problem talking to me and showing me how this interlocking Brick works. He truly cared about his work.

The resulting coating is very uneven. It streaked all over the front of the house where they applied the sealant. Nardone was paid the $1300 they asked for the job and were to drop off an invoice for the work. Nardone never came back with the invoice, even after repeated calls asked for the invoice and now asking him to check his work for problems. My mother still experiences leaks coming into the house. Repeated calls to Nardone are met with no response.
If you are considering Nardone Construction of Dean Ave., Bronx to do any work be forewarned. The workmanship is shoddy. The owner is not  a man of his word and does not honor his agreements. This is the worst kind of snake to deal with. Beware of those who take advantage of older people. They are despicable.

The roof was not installed properly. Did not perform the work as indicated in the contract. Did not respond to complaints to repair defects in the roof installation. In total, not a dependable company.
