  • Melissa was very straightforward and clear in her presentation of my health insurance options in a market which can be very confusing and overwhelming to the layperson. She answered all of my questions and offered opinions and suggestions based on her experience which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend GMG Brokerage, I had an very good experience and plan to use their services in the future.

  • Dorothy responded to all my calls and emails very promptly. She showed me the different choices I had, and suggested what plan was best for me. She also explained in detail what the benefits were and answered all my questions. She was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also very kind, thoughtful, and patient. She was one of the best professionals that I have worked with. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a health insurance broker without any hesitation.

  • Unfortunately, the company did honor their word. A luxury ambulance did not arrive. The male and female transporters seemed rushed and did not really seem to care regarding my mother comfort. For example. As they transferred her from the chair to the stretcher- it was done in a rough manner by the female. My mother hurt her right elbow the metal arm rail of the stretcher. They did not apologize. The stretcher was old, the ambulance was old and not exactly clean. In addition, the female EMT took my mother's blood pressure and shocked up with the low reading. Our privately paid LPN was shocked and afraid that my mother was dying. (After arriving at the hospital, my mother's BP was check. The City Wide EMT made a grave mistake.) The actual ambulance ride was extremely bumpy. It would seem to me that the suspension and the shock absorbs were in need of repair. It would appear that we road over partially every pothole imaginable making the trip more uncomfortable for my ailing mother. To be fair, however the Male driver was extremely diligent and tried very hard to navigate though traffic jams because of the low BP rating, thinking my mother was in dire straights. This whole scenario caused undue stress, and it would have been greatly appreciate if a City Wide Representative would have call and told me that the luxury ambulance was not available. Had they done so I would have opted for another company.

Once my mother was settled in the Emergency room, after being placed on an IV. I placed 1-4 telephone calls to City Wide Mobile to complain about the terrible service and the unnecessary pain cause to my mother. I inquired about the luxory ambulance for which I had paid, that is when I was paid quote unquote "The luxury ambulance is in Pennsylvania." As luck would have it, I was told the owner of the company was in the office and I was advised to call back. Now, here I am with a sick mother in a strange environment having to play phone tag with the owner of the company. After the fourth phone call, I gave up.

After this horrible experience, I would NEVER recommend City Wide Mobile to anyone. It's a shame that they conduct business as they do.

  • Antonio Vito a physical therapist par excellent, is a confident professional who goes above and beyond duty. Hes exceptional with physical therapy no matter what your age and condition. Antonio is extremely compassionate, very patient, and very polite. He works at the patience pace according to physical condition. He treated my 88 year old mom who had Alzheimer's and told her everything before he did it. Most health care professionals don't go to that trouble. My mother remarked "You are the best physical therapist in the whole wide world!". When he came to the home to do private physical therapy, my mothers face lit up, she enjoyed the exercises and Antonio jocular manners. She enjoyed tossing the ball with him, she enjoyed exercising; he made it a very pleasant experience for my mother. He even took the time to teach me the exercises for my mother and I so we could exercise even after he left. Unfortunately my mom passed away, of all the health care professionals who treated my mother privately or in an office setting, I would have to say that Antonio Vito was the best one. He is utterly consistent!

  • They are good and I would recommend them. I have been using them for years. They are on time and they have an automatic system and I don’t have to call them. They will call and tell me when the medication is coming and I don’t have a problem with them. They are very nice and they take my Medicare and I get a discount.

  • They're great. I did business with them for years, when they were under a different name. Those people retired and this man who worked with them took the store over and made it his own business. I've been going there since 1962. They go out of their way to order what you want and to order what you need. Of there's an obstacle, they plow right through it and get the job done. I needed an inhaler and they got it for me, and it was like a miracle. They're just so good.

  • I didn't have any problems. The appointment went great. I saw a nutritionist and she recommended something for my allergies that worked great. I would tell family and friends that they will take good care of them. They won't be turned away unless they want to be seen for something that they don't handle at the clinic.

  • Diamond in the rough. Labor and delivery had amazing doctors, nurses and midwives. I would recommend them to anyone. Lowest c section rates in the state of NY! Dr. Wu (anesthesiologist) was VERY (unnecessarily) slow to get to me, however, everyone else was outstanding.

  • The staff, from physicians to maintenance, were wonderful, caring, compassionate, and efficient.
E-mail communication about what to expect and how to prepare began 6 weeks prior to surgery. Pre-surgery consultation at the hospital was excellent, including terrific communication with the anesthesiologist, surgeon, and physician assistant.
Nurses and therapists communicated effectively throughout my stay, including: describing each medication before giving it, asking about comfort, showing concern for pain. A physician specializing in pain talked with me about pain medications: scheduling, determination of need, and adverse events for which to watch. The pharmacist visited me to discuss ways to get a rather expensive medication needed for home care. Physical therapists were excellent. A social worker visited to ensure that planning for home care was in place.
Since returning home, a nurse from the hospital phones weekly to see how I'm doing, and I feel encouraged to phone with any concerns or questions. Staff has followed up in regard to home care and out-patient physical therapy.
This is an excellent hospital, which provides competent, compassionate care.

  • I was with my daughter while she went into labor. They didn't have a room for her, because they were full. She labored in the hall way for 2 hours, and had to beg for an IV. She was in hard labor. The nurses were rude to her. She was complaining about feeling dehydrated, and the nurses were ignoring her request on top of asking her if they could move her around while they were working around her. She also had hired a Doula, and she was doing a great job, doing the best she could do since we were in the hallway. They were speaking of other patient's medical needs/history out loud in front of us and others, against HIPPA regulations. After my daughter lost it with them about to pass out, they finally tended to her, and then moved her to triage. There were plenty of open beds in triage. I am not sure why they wouldn't offer that in the first place. Then they moved her to an operating room to deliver on a very narrow bed like a stretcher, and because of the room they were only allowing one person in the room with her. So since the Doula was paid for, neither myself, or the father of the baby could go in. They didn't allow for him to stand in the back of the room. After she had the baby, a male doctor bursts into the room without knocking, and my daughter was not appropriately dressed for him to come in with the baby of top her. He spoke loudly about the importance of needing the OR emptied for emergency. Basically the hospital is very old school, they are doing things the way they were done 20 years ago.
