  The  company did not  provide sufficient guidance on the  amount of material needed, when to order fixtures etc.. This led  to delays in time to complete the project  and over spend for us in terms of expedited shipping cost and excess materials purchased. GC refused to fix a problem that rendered the job incomplete. However the owner was very responsive and had the problem corrected.
   If it had not been for the aforementioned problems I would have given them a better grade.
  I waited this long to give the review because I wanted to see how the job held up. It's been over a year and so far so good, except for some of the grout coming out at the floor seams  every thing is working fine.

  I initially spoke with Mr. Rivera with whom I explained exactly what we needed done. It was a pretty simple job and Mr. Rivera quoted me a price on the phone and told me Samuel would be the person doing the job.  I was at work the day of service but my husband was home and said Samuel showed up onetime and was very professional and did a great job.

  Mr. Shaw came to my home with a pleasant professional manner to give me an estimate, "expert in his trade". He helped me with pick out the cabinet material and made suggestions for the counter top. I was only thinking about having the cabinets refaced, Mr. Shaw left the option to replace the counter top and replace the double sink for a single sink at a later date, no pressure from him. That is when I decided to complete the look and go for all three, I am glad I did my kitechen looks brand new. The plumber I was trying to hire to do the pipe reconstruction was giving me the run around, every question I asked Mr. Shaw he graciously answered . The level of professionalism of his company presents a breath of fresh air. Everything was done according to plan and on time, which surpassed my expectations. Installation was done with care and very little clean up on my part. I highly recommend U.S. Cabinet Refacing, Inc to any and everyone. One important thing I forgot to mention, this company is one of the few who refaces metal cabinets.

  WOW 1 DAY PAINTING - Bergen County

  I called WOW 1 DAY PAINTING because I heard they painted and glazed kitchen cabinets. I spoke with the General Manager, Tommy Jordan, and scheduled an appointment to look at my kitchen. He gave me an estimate upfront on what it would cost to remove the wallpaper and paint my kitchen and cabinets. This was definitely not a one day job because of the drying times of the paint, which Tommy informed me of from the beginning. He was a great in helping me select my colors and I cannot believe the transformation that my kitchen has gone thru! I AM SO HAPPY!!!
  Tommy and his crew were extremely professional and arrived on time every day. They were clean and courteous in my house and did everything they said they would do. I couldn't be happier with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.
  P.S. Don't let the "1 DAY PAINTING" scare you. Tommy informed me that not every job has to be done in one day and he was willing to work with me on a time frame that I was comfortable with.

  I am more than extremely pleased with the outcome of my kitchen renovation. It has been a dream of mine  for 15 years to have a functional and beautiful kitchen and now I have both. Efrain was there throughout the whole process never hesitating to tell me that all he wanted to do was make my family happy. Well we are! I can say that this has been the first time that I have done work on my house and have been completely satisfied with the work that was performed.   I was quite satisfied. They are extremely professional. They want to do good work. The thing about the painting that was so important was that they spent more time preparing the walls than painting the walls. They followed through. They were very careful to check with me all along the way whether there was anything that I saw that I wanted to bring to their attention. You felt like you could do that, that you weren't being annoying by doing things. All the workers were good workers and friendly and appropriate. The job is excellent. They made the doors in their shop. They did just what I wanted. They came and installed them and took away the old ones. It was a good company. I would recommend them.
