    I could not even get the people at Ray Sands to return my call. I left my contact number and what I needed done on voice mail. I also spoke to a secretary who assured me, and quot;Oh, I'll make sure he gets back to you today!and quot; After 4 tries, I gave up and called Geneee Glass who immediately came out and did a great job!

    Nu-Look Collision Inc
    I drove it in and the front fender fell off. They wouldn't let me drive it out. Nu-look made sure to clean the inside and outside of the car before they let me have it back. I think that shows attention to detail. I noticed a scratch on the driver door and the salesman came right out with the paint and touched it up so it doesn't show at all.
    Tom and Jacob were great about calling me every other day or so to let me know what the status was.

    At first they said it would take 2 weeks.  I rented a car and waited for contact.  No contact so I called about picking up the car.  It was not done.  They were missing several parts and would let me know when I could pick it up.  How long will that take?  We don't know.  We are having trouble getting the parts.
    Next contact was 2 weeks later and I had to physically go to the Dorschell Nissan dealer.  I was very upset (not good for the sales floor) and the manager there talked to the manager of the Collision shop who then authorized for them to pay for another rental car since they still did not have the parts. 
    2 weeks later I finally got my car back. 
    Just so you know, I hit another deer and took my car to Nu-Look Collision and i had in back in 2 weeks.  No parts issues at all.

    I purchased my vehicle from a private party and one week later, I was stranded with an overheating engine in a snowstorm. I got my car to Ferrel's two days later, unannounced and they didn't hesitate to offer their help. I was called quickly with an estimate for what was wrong and they went right to work on it. They had my car done faster than I would imagine. All of the work was great and Paul even took me to work and picked me up (I work downtown). They were just all around great guys and provided excellent work and I had no problem paying for the service and repairs I received. I will DEFINITELY go to them again and I am happy to say that I found a trustworthy mechanic in the city....all based off their Angie's List rating and reviews!

    They didn't catch it the first time because I didn't bring it to their attention. I didn't notice it after work. It wasn't their fault. I brought my car in because my car started getting loud and they said that I had a problem with my exhaust system. I never had a problem. I think they're wonderful people.

    I can���t think of anything about them that I dislike. They did the work that they said they would do, they gave me a ride and picked me up, and I have no problems with them. One thing I don���t care for is that they only have one or two loaner cars available. They seem to do decent work.

    From the moment I walked in the older gentleman was friendly, but almost falsely so. I don't know that it was because I was a woman, but I felt I was being talked down to. When I returned to pick up my car that was brought in for an oil change, I was told by the same man that my air filter was filthy and I needed a new one. It struck me as rather fishy, because I was pretty certain I'd had it changed less than a month earlier. I didn't have my records with me, but declined the service, although he felt a need to lecture me on what problems not having the filter replaced could cause with my car. When I got home, I checked my records and sure enough, the filter had been replace a month prior. Hmmmm..... The following year we gave them one more chance. Once again I went in for an oil change and was given the same story about a dirty air cleaner. I'm not sure if this is a little something he does to make extra money off unsuspecting customers or not, but it was a little too questionable for my tastes. I won't be going back.

    I've used this branch of Firestone several times. They're always friendly, professional, and willing to work around my schedule. Their repair costs are generally higher than my normal car place, so I generally only have quick maintenance items performed here and their coupons give me a break in the cost. They always give me a list of what items my car may be needing, but never pressure me to have those items performed. When I was in need of wipers, they suggested that I purchase them elsewhere as it would be significantly cheaper, and they'd be happy to install them for a small fee if necessary. When I did bring my new wipers to them, a very nice employee came out and did it for no charge. It's those little things that keep me coming back.

    Not certain of exact price as it was over a year ago, but I had three estimates done and BP was the least expensive. Others were pressuring me to have body work done. Since insurance didn't cover, I was more interested in just getting the headlight assembly replaced so it was drivable. Bud was very nice and performed only the minimum work necessary to get me back on the road, which was what I wanted. I appreciated the lack of pressure.

    I was new to Rochester and when my car needed help I took it to Dewey's since my fianc had been using them for years. They were very professional, low key, no pressure and were able to get me in within a few days. The night drop off worked with our schedule and they were willing to accept credit card info via phone when we weren't able to pick up before they closed. I often take in the list of suggested maintenance that Firestone gives me when they do my oil change and ask Dewey's to go ahead and do the items that really NEED to be done since, they are much cheaper than Firestone for labor fees. Even when presented with the opportunity to perform more work, they ended up only changing and air filter once. Honesty gets return business.
