    Sears Appliance Repair
    Technician did check, said it needed a thermostat and that he would order it. Never heard from him or the repair service after that. I called Sears. They said they would send a technician. I told them one had already been here and no repair was done. Since it was less than two weeks from when I received the appliance, customer service replaced it.

    All Boro Appliance Repair
    The company said that my Bosch dishwasher needed a new control board. I paid $265 for the repair, which did not correct the issue. I called to make a follow-up appointment and waited all day and the company did not show or respond to phone calls. The company sent another repairman who said that he would call Bosch to figure out what the problem might be. I never heard back and the dishwasher has now been out of commission for a month. I called Bosch and got the name of a recommended repair service company. It was not the control board but another part that had broken. I've called All Boro Appliance Service Center for a refund and cannot get someone on the phone.

    Extremely poor experience. Please brace yourself, this was a very unpleasant experience. Hugh was trying to lock down the job on the phone before even coming here to see it. He asked me if he gives me a good price would I be ready to hire him on the spot? I told him no I won't be and that if that's what he wanted he should not bother to come. He reassured me that he would like to come anyway. He never asked me what I was looking to do. I was going to do two entire new flat roofs and all new gutters and soffits and fascia and wood where it needed to be replaced. My Roof was not in poor condition but it has been a long time So I wanted to be proactive and responsible And protect my fathers investment. Hugh wanted to put a layer on top of my existing flat roofs and oh boy was he pushing what he wanted. He kept telling me what a "great deal" he was giving me. I was not looking for a great deal- I was looking for Professionalism and a job well done and two New flat roofs not a layer on top of my existing. This experience gets worse. He tells me $7500. The other estimates I received were for brand new roofs with new wood and using much better materials than Hugh was talking about and it also included numerous more things included on the scope of work than what Hugh was offering. The prices quoted for all of that was not far off from Hugh's idea of shortcutting my roofs- I communicated this information to him as well. In the front of the house I have a very tiny area of shingles- Hugh sat there criticizing how cheap my shingles are and how they are the worst on the market. Fact- it's 20 years old and the other roofers said it was fine. I wanted it replaced while I got everything else done but nothing was wrong with their current condition. It gets worse. I am trying to get rid of him and tell him that I will discuss it with my father and get back to him at a later time. My father is technical homeowner but does not live here and in no uncertain terms wants to deal with any Contractors ever (I am Starting to see why) but hiring people to maintain the house is something I have agreed to do for him. Well Hugh loses his temper (in front of his teenage son also named hugh). He gets so nasty and says " I thought you were going to hire me Today but you can't even make decisions, you wasted my Time, I can't start the work Today, if I knew that I would have never come here." That's where I had to remind him of our prior conversation where I told him I was not going to hire him on the spot and that he is annoying me And that I can make the decision but wanted to Discuss with my dad which was none of his business anyway. We awkwardly argue for approximately 10 minutes where I had to assert myself and my energy into telling him how much I would never succumb to pressure sales tactics and that he has thoroughly annoyed me. He said "that's ok I annoy my wife all the time." Ahhh.. I was not a client- I was a woman and it was ok to disrespect me. He would not walk away and kept begging me for me to give him a chance and he kept apologizing (realizing he royally messed up) so I finally said "look send me the quote." He still didn't move- so I said I won't leave you a review just send me in email the quote and I told him "I will think about it but it is Highly unlikely that I would ever hire you because of Your behavior." Took so long to get him to leave. I get an email with scope of work and I decided I would give Hugh the Opportunity to do one thing we talked about. (A special Gutter situation for my backyard water issues) on a positive note, he came Up with a smart, creative idea and so I decided to give him The chance to do this small Thing since I felt bad for him (i was embarassed for him for how he behaved in front of His teenage son and he apologized profusely for how he treated me and it was his good idea so I was trying to be nice and give him the benefit of the doubt that although I think he is a jerk, he probably Would do a nice job with the gutter challenge in my backyard. I suggested we do just that and see how it goes from There. An opportunity for redemption that it turns out he truly did not deserve- I never heard back from him. He's total ******** artist, says he's Trying to save you money and then begs for the job and seems desperate and then i try to cut this jerk some slack and I never heard back. I'm so glad I didn't hear back from him. I am confident that I escaped potential stress and aggravation. Please be careful- do not just believe what Hugh says. Some People Have no moral Fiber and truly are out to take advantage of you while repeatedly telling you how much they do not do that. Hey Hugh, you tried to sucker me and bully me and I was not going to leave the review- I guess I too when put to the test can Say one thing and do another. I think you're a jerk and hope that people think more than twice before taking what you say to them at face value. Don't contact me And try to harass me or argue with me over my review. You, your son, me and my surrounding neighbors who heard you barading me all Witnessed your unprofessional harassing behavior.

    Sean came to my house and it seemed that we were communicating really well and it appeared like he was listening to me and what I wanted. He told me he doesn't see the bathroom costing more than $12,000 since it is 7.5 feet by 5 feet. The estimate arrived later than they told me it would. I had to call several times for it. I finally got it and the estimate was for $32,000. The estimate also had all my products picked for me and they were all not even close to what was discussed during our meeting. What a waste of time. Something very wrong with this company.

    Darius came to give an estimate for a roof estimate, but instead, found me right in the middle of dealing with a FLOODED basement!! My pipes had frozen and burst and I needed help getting the water turned off and dealing with the flood.
    He immediately jumped in and helped me manage the crisis, despite the fact that it had nothing to do with the roof and he had only just passed by for a routine estimate.
    The roof job ended up going another route, but I promised that I would be sure to let folks know that Darius and Kamco are clearly an honorable, decent organization and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, DECENT company to come to the rescue (literally).
    The price quoted, by the way, was also very fair and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced.

    Very precise and efficient. Told me on phone the price for visit that would go toward the work if done. Came and located problem immediately and gave me estimate. Very reasonable. He had the replacement piece in his van, so fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Very efficient. All the while, he was pleasant, very friendly, courteous, and clean. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely recommend.

    My wife and I dealt with Raul from Clutter Free Service. We had an amazing experience. Clutter Free Service is reliable, professional and inexpensive. After settling on a date and time, the company arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to both my friends and family.     The pricing with this company is a bit confusing.  They had a coupon on Angie's  List for one price which I brought but when I went to use it they claimed it was for my Long Island address not my Queens address.  However we workout a price of 40 per yard.  Our first appointment was set for 12 noon to 2 pm but they showed up at 10 am which cause my husband and I to rush over to the house.  The truck they came with was only for 10 yards so they cleaned the garage and took the large item we had in the backyard (i.e china cabinet, two large chairs). was all that could fit.  They did an excellent job on the garage. They broom cleaned it and I mean it was spotless at a cost of $800.  We then made arrangement for them to come back for the things in the basement and agreed on a price of 100 to take the reaming item from the basement.  It was written on my receipt 100 10  yards.  Two different men came on Saturday, then I was told that the 100 was fee for stairs in the basement not the coast of removing the items.  I called their office and of course spoke with someone who had no clue of my prior transaction. She finally gotten in touch the person whom I had been dealing with and once again I was told that I must have misunderstood the price, the 100 is a fee claiming stairs even through it does not state that on my receipt.    More confusion with price.  Because I'm on a time crunch with my contractor  I settled on the same price of 40 per yd and the 100 stair fee was waived.  However my husband and cousin brought all of the stuff out of the basement to the back yard so the guys did not have to use the stairs plus they did not sweep the basement as per their agreement.  This cost me an additional 380.  The guy who show up are professional and courteous.  They are fast and on time.  My only issue is pricing.  They need to be more straight forward about their pricing. Yes I would use them again and yes I would recommend them to a friend, with the caution of VERIFYING PRICING up front and in detail.
