    It went excellently. The carpet came out great and the cleaner was the most caring professional I've ever used in my life. He made sure everything was perfect for me. It was just excellent. He arrived on time and he and his assistant worked constantly. He even made sure that I was looking at heavily soiled spots to see how clean the carpet was becoming. The job was completed in a little under two hours. And I was able to walk on the carpet almost immediately afterwards. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to any private person or company who need the service. Their work ethic was great. And I couldn't be more pleased.

    Highlights:
    - The young lady came on time, even though my building is hard to find.
    - Excellent attitude, even after the long work day.
    - No complaints about the gritty jobs- and no hint of judgement.
    - Meticulous cleaning of the kitchen.
    - Worked quietly as my son took a nap, of her own accord- I found that very kind.
    - Asked before using any scrubber brushes, making sure they weren't for my son's bottles.
    Because my kitchen was so gnarly, it took a while to clean it (3 hours). So by the time she got to the bathroom and living room, it was on extra hours. I requested the extra time, because the scope of the work justified the extra hours. But it was a lot for one person, and I felt uncomfortable reminding her about sweeping the molding or cleaning the dining room table because of the fact she had to stay so long. I would not do a 5 hour cleaning again, but I probably wouldn't have to because the kitchen has been transformed, and only maintenance cleaning will be required now. I will certainly schedule regular 3 hour cleanings from here on.  Also, I would use my own solutions because I ended up providing most of them anyway (I have stainless steel all over the place).
    I am satisfied with the work completed, as well as the professionalism of the employees. The young lady who cleaned was cheerful and worked very, very hard and Violet who set everything up made everything run super-smoothly. I will be using them again for regular cleanings and I will be recommending them to my friends as well.

    Daniel is the young man who runs the show in USA. I called him because he had great YELP reviews.
    There was a prompt pickup of my call, we arranged a time and day to see the rug and take it away. The provider took a little time to get to my home that evening, as I am in Eastern Queens and he was in Astoria, but there was regular contact the whole while.
    When he took the rug I realized that there was no address on the receipt and the man did not take any deposit from me, and he did not take credit cards, so I got a little scared that I had made a mistake and they were going to clean and re-sell my rug. As I was thinking this, a second guy came to take the rug ( not the boss) and I asked if I could take his picture and he allowed me, nicely. I also asked for an address and he gave me a Park Slope addy as the main office. I texted later and asked about the place the rug was actually going and they gave me a full address in NJ. They also told me in a text  "I understand and if you don't feel right, we can turn around and bring the rug back, no charge."
    I let it go.
    It took a little over a week. I had been told 5 - 10 days. It was just after thanksgiving and going on 9 days and I had not heard back, so I made a phone call to check on things. I was very nice, but the guy sounded a little curt with me and said "Well it's the holidays." and I replied "You knew that when you said 5-10 days. I just am calling to see what's up. It's the 9th day today." He complained a bit more or sounded upset. I said that I am calling about MY property and that's all, and why shouldn't I? He chilled out, and then at the end of the call said, ironically, "Call me any time with any questions you have." Wow! That's what he told me when he first picked up the rug too, so naturally my head was spinning a bit from that one.  :)
    The next day he called me and said he had told the people who had my rug that it was a rush job. I got my rug back in another day or so and it looked gorgeous! I have to say they did a great job.  The boss stayed and chatted for 15 minutes. He was very nice and honest. All in all he did a good job and said he cared about his reputation and he apologized for the curtness from the other night. He gave me a discount off the original agreed price too.  I would use him again!

    Pettrina arrived before 9 a.m. (the scheduled time).  She is a friendly professional - with a bright smile but not given to standing around chatting.  I had the supplies ready for her and she was appreciative of the quantities available.  She spent about 20 minutes inspecting the house, taking pictures and coordinating with Appolonia Edwards.  She estimated the amount of time to be about 7 hours.  This was up from my initial estimate of 5 hours but I must say that the house required so much work that even seven hours did not prove enough. 
    Pettrina was very thorough and I learned a lot in terms of inspecting a room for dirt from her.  She managed to find dirty nooks and corners in between window hinges - a place that I would never have inspected.  She scrubbed the bathroom walls which had some gummy residue on them and the bathtub where the jacuzzi fittings were grimy.  She finished up with the kitchen (cleaning the cupboards (outside and inside), cleaning the oven,the stove and the refrigerator and of course cleaning behind these appliances.  She mentioned products that would let me do the job more efficiently and that has been useful in the days since the cleaning.
    I have a basement apartment to be cleaned and I will certainly be calling Appolonia Edwards and requesting that Pettrina be sent to help.
    Appolonia, herself was very professional and worked with me regarding faxing back the approval for the invoice.  ( My scanner malfunctioned and so I could not scan and send the form.  The terms of service were clearly explained ahead of time and I was given choices in terms of time and the supply of materials.
