I booked the appointment with them and they confirmed it. They are charging what I consider to be a very fair price.

    Nesconset Fire Department
They were here in no time. It so happened that they were coming from another call and they were passing our house. They were caring and listened to what I had to say. They were very efficient about everything. The technicians were very professional and the man I dealt with was friendly.

I have used them a number of time for my husband and myself. They were marvelous and caring. They are here in split second timing. They left me in no time in the hospital. They have been marvelous with my husband too. They took good care of me. They were comforting, caring, and efficient.

    Ainslie, Dr. William H.
It is very difficult to describe in words how much I appreciate Dr. Ainslie and the services he provided me during my pregnancy. He watched over me from the beginning of my pregnancy until he performed my C-section this past October. I was very impressed with the manner in which he cared for me; I felt as if he was a member of our family. Dr. Ainslie's main concern was making sure my baby and I were healthy. The treatment he provided me was focused on achieving that end. He was always available for any questions or problems I had during that time, day or night. Dr. Ainslie was extremely compassionate and constantly reassured me that my baby and I were absolutely fine. In addition, the surgery he performed during the birth of my son was outstanding. His confidence and assurances allowed me to be relaxed, making the procedure very easy. He also provided me excellent care following my surgery. My son and I were extremely blessed to have him as my Doctor. Dr. Ainslie has been my Gynecologist for over 20 years, and during that time he was always concerned with my health and well-being. His knowledge and profesionalism is beyond exceptional in this field. I have and will continue to highly recommend him as a provider of these services.

    Hatzolah EMS ambulance services
The member of the team who was taking information from me was extremely abusive, yelling and screaming at me constantly. I was put in a soft chair and wheeled out of my apt. With every step they took, I was kicked in the upper back exactly where my injuries were. In addition, a belt was placed so tightly around my abdomen that I received bruises on my liver and ribs from the kicking in transport. The screaming man continued to yell at me in the ambulance and falsified my medical documents. When he asked me if I ever had a stroke, I said no, then tried to explain to him again that I was being taken to to hospital for a stroke--but he yelled at me again, and quot;I'm not changing the answer, It's going to be and quot; No.'and quot; He was so abusive and yelling right in my face, I had to cover my ears from this assault. Then when I arrived in the ER, this representative of Hatzolah, leaned over my body from behind my head with his arms laying on my breasts, and attempted to perform a medical test on me. This man's interference prevented me from getting any care at all in the ER. I was there for five hours and I was never triaged, nor had my vitals taken, or nor saw a doctor. I was just pushed into a corner and forgotten. Two days later my symptoms were even more severe, and again my doctor insisted I go to the ER to be evaluated for a stroke. This time I dialed 911, but because of the misinformation given by this man from Hatzolah, I didn't receive any care when I went to the ER the second time. Needless to say this was a horrifying experience for me. I had always trusted Hatzolah in the past. But I will never take them again until I know this man has been removed from their employ and that their volunteers have some training on how to treat patients and take a decent history.

    Alert Ambulance Service
They did not communicate to me that the ambulance service wasn't covered. They also sent me to small claims court. They have poor communication and they kept billing me for services I thought was covered by my insurance.

    ACC Medlink
I absolutely do NOT recommend ACC-MEDLINK for transporting elderly people long distance. I engaged this company to bring my 94-year-old mother from Florida to New York. I chose them specifically because they could provide the 24x7 oxygen care she needed. She had COPD. The trip was uncomfortable, excessively long, expensive, and took a terrible toll on my mother’s health. She died shortly after arriving in NYC. The van bed was like a hospital gurney, extremely narrow. The van was not as roomy as the pictures indicated. The ride was terribly bumpy and painfully uncomfortable for my mother. ACC-MEDLINK never discussed any health concerns with me. Very soon after they picked my mother up in Florida, they realized that the oxygen in the van was not working. This should have been checked BEFORE picking up my mother. They provided a backup tank for the short term, but lost over 4 hours driving to switch vans. The 20-hour estimated trip ultimately took 27 hours. I believe that the additional 7 hours riding in a very uncomfortable van took a toll on my mother’s health and exacerbated her condition. The drivers and nurse on board were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I had paid in full in advance for the trip. ACC-MEDLINK was very unresponsive to my calls. The fact that the oxygen was not in proper working order was completely unacceptable and negligent on their part. After having to continually call them, they ultimately offered me a mere $100 refund out of the $7,100 I had spent. Before transporting anyone that is not well, have a detailed discussion about health concerns and make a more informed decision than I did. There are many other companies that provide similar services. Do NOT choose ACC-MEDLINK.

    Premier Ambulette
I called this company without the benefit of any customer reviews.  I needed to transport my wheelchair-bound cousin to a restaurant just two miles away to celebrate her birthday.  The driver was (1) rude; (2) took a crazy route, for no apparent reason, that must have totaled at least 15 miles; (3) drove a ramshackle van and (4) drove at outrageous speeds, hitting bumps hard.  Our return ride was somewhat improved in that it did, in fact, total just two miles and about ten minutes.  Nonetheless, the van was ramshackle.  I would strongly advise people to stay far, far away from this enterprise.
