I should have had a tighter contract. The patching was so limited that they barely made a difference in what needed to get done. I'm assuming they had just a touch of left over asphalt from a prior job. Prior to sealing the lot, they should have cleaned the surface. however, they just dropped some sealer over all the loose stone that was in the lot. It rained shortly after the application so he...
