AAs soon as I was in the chiropractic servicing room I was studied by Dr. Adrien Catania, so he could analyze what was ailing me. Within 4 visits I am feeling pain relief that I think had accumulated over a 10 year period. I feel like I did 10 years ago, which mean I am feeling great again. My work performance is a lot better, and quicker with less struggles, The only thing I have to go in for now is maintanence up keep so my health doesn't falter backwards. He is an all around A +.... and yes, I recommend him to everyone I know that has alignment and back problems.

Cprovider actually caused more pain. I've never had a chiropractor cause more pain. He told me he participated with BLUE CROSS. He said if I paid him in full and he would submit to the insurance and they would reimburse me. In fact it does not work that way and he does not participate in Blue Cross. I was ripped off. My blue cross does cover chiropractic if they are a participating provider.

AThere have been occasions where I have had to go several times a week, other times I am able to space out my visits. From my first visit to my most recent, there is not one thing I could think of that may have been done differently. There is nothing I would have wanted to be done differently. I am thoroughly happy with all aspects of Dr. Kolwaites practice and will continue to go whenever necessary.

ADr. Helmer uses rollers over my tight muscles and educate me on what excercises to do. The place is clean and they are all very friendly. Dr. Helmer is the best chirpractor I have ever had. I use to go to the city and had a good chiropractor there, but now I do not have to travel as far, and have a better doctor. I would highly recommend them and will continue to see Dr. Helmer.

AOverall, it was an excellent experience. He is very businesslike but also friendly enough that I feel comfortable. I like that he doesn't keep you coming back, but just tells you to call if you need to see him. He requires an x-ray before he will treat a new patient, which made me feel confident in his ability.

ABack In ShapeI started with his wife, Megan, in Clinton years ago. I found them because I live in Clinton and she was recommended to me by a friend. I went to her because I had a back issue and she was just absolutely awesome. Then I started going to her husband later. They are so wonderful that you feel like they are your friends. I immediately felt very comfortable going to him. My husband and my daughter and daughter-in-law also started going to him so I recommended this practice to anyone who had back issues. They do really work with you and the results were great when you went with them so that is why I am not going right now although I should because I have some issues. What I am saying is the issues are taken care of promptly and they are just great people. I highly recommend them to anybody. They are people I would highly recommend.- Bonnie M.
