FHired Jason owner of PRIDE construction to tile our two bathrooms. On the fourth day of construction JASON the owner decided to go drive around the neighbor and proceed to steal Christmas boxes out of peoples mailboxs. Unlucky for him he was being taped by home security Cameras. Cops wanted to search his vehicle , Jason refused them access. We asked him why won,t you let them, he told us quote I HAVE AN OUNCE OF WEED IN MY TRUCK. That night the Hoa and Police came to our home with 3 different videos showing Jason the owner taking boxes and putting them in his truck. Cops have asked me to testify against Jason the owner numerous times..Pride construction has been paid In FULL work Is Incomplete...below Is police case #...- Cynthia and Thomas V.

AAJ and his team were great. They were a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job. Never felt like they rushed anything and made sure it was perfect. Will hire again when ready for my next project. I’ve dealt with many contractors and this was the best experience. No hassle or stress.- Jill B.

ALiam and his crew (Antonio and Bernardo) went above and beyond and gave me the hone office I always wanted. Always on time, very professional. They made sure everything was clean before they left for the day, and worked in a way that didn’t disrupt our day-to-day life. Liam provided details every steps of the way to make sure everything was up-to par and how I wanted. Already planning our next reno with Liam. Highly recommended!!!- Denisse D.

AEd was a pleasure to deal with. When I told him I wanted him to do the job we didn’t really make a date for him to do the job but when I called him asking him to do the job ASAP because of a personal issue I was dealing with, he had quite a few jobs lined up and actually came to my home that weekend and did the job. Ed is very professional in every matter. The job came out beautiful and you never even knew anyone was at my house. No mess left behind at all. I really feel I got my monies worth for the job I had done. You really can’t put a price on peace of mind. I recommended Ed to all my friends!! Debby L - Bohemia- Debby L.

AWell, my electric bill is now $12/mth for a family of five. Down from $260/mth. Also, the roof looks terrific, and has a reassuring warranted. Jeff Homire was prompt, professional, and responsive throughout, and to this day. Just a fantastic experience.- James L.

AKeith the owner is wonderful. He is a pleasure to work with. He goes over and above to make sure you get everything you ask for with the best quality workmanship behind it. He is prompt always there when he says he will be. If you have any problems after he is done all to do I call him and he comes right over and takes care of what u need. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to have come into my home. Any work I need done in the future they will be doing. He is also reasonably priced. My house is gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier with the work he did.- Sandra J.

FI became a Fairway customer 3.5 years ago at the time they converted my home heating from oil to gas and installed a Navien energy efficient unit. I’ve had very little problems in the past years with this unit; however, recently I had to call them for service due to a water leak coming from the unit. The repair person could not find the problem. He cleaned a tube that looked dirty and said that maybe it will help the water flow better but if the leak continues, I should call him back. The leak did continue and when I called to have him come back, they told me I would be charged again for the call because it could be a different problem. Exactly…it could be a more serious problem (like a cracked heat exchanger) that should have been diagnosed the first time when the repair person came. They went on to tell me “out of the blue” years later that I had never maintained the unit and that it’s supposed to be cleaned each year. What a great way to cover up your own neglect for never telling your customer that the unit needed cleaning/maintenance every year, especially now that the unit is malfunctioning. When the unit was installed, I had specifically asked if it needed yearly maintenance, and they told me it did not. Even when the repair person had come a month earlier because I had no hot water, they neglected to tell me at that time that the unit needed to be cleaned. I decided to get a second opinion on my leaking unit and yearly maintenance. I called another authorized Navien plumber who confirmed that the unit needed yearly cleaning but more importantly, actually trouble shooted the leak with me on the phone and after I emailed several pictures and conducted several tests, the problem was clearly visible that I had a cracked heat exchanger. THIS WAS DIAGNOSED OVER THE PHONE BY ME and a kind plumber who took time out of his busy day to patiently troubleshoot with a total stranger on the phone. Unfortunately, the unit needed to be replaced. This kind gentleman advised what my next steps were to get the warranty process started and I took the first steps directly with the manufacturer to begin that process. I still needed to have the unit installed. I called Fairway on a Saturday to tell them that I had a cracked heat exchanger and that I already started the warranty process with Navien. I asked them if they could please give me an estimate on the cost for the installation for a new unit. They told me they would call back on Monday with an estimate. They never called me back. I called on Wednesday morning to follow up. I had to explain all over again because they acted like they didn’t know who I was. The woman who answers the phone is not a very nice person. She kept putting me on hold hesitantly answering my questions regarding my situation. I clearly got the feeling that they did not want to be bothered with me. She treated me like I had done something wrong. After their own repair person could not figure out the problem, they should have been thankful that I not only had the problem diagnosed but started the warranty procedure and came back to them as a loyal customer for the installation; after all I was their customer and I really wasn’t shopping around for another company. I trusted them to do the work. But instead of taking care of their customer, they threw me out to the curb; told me to find someone else to do the work. They insulted me and disrespected my integrity. I did not deserve to be treated this way. I was shocked at the way they avoided this whole problem. It was clearly Fairway’s fault that the unit was not maintained properly. There is no other company out there that does not send reminders to their customers for yearly maintenance/cleaning. This is a brand new unit, not even 4 years old, that needs to be replaced. In addition, to make the problem worse, had the nerve to tell me that Navien would not honor the warranty since the unit was not maintained. Well, Fairway, despite your negligence, Navien graciously honored the warranty and gave authorization to the NEW contractor to replace the old unit because they are a reputable company, unlike yourselves. Fairway’s negligence to advise me that I was required to maintain the unit each year was a contributing factor to the unit’s malfunction and a good reason why they probably did not want me as their customer. Fairway should be ashamed for the way they treated me. They should be ashamed for not taking responsibility. They should be ashamed for not helping me when they knew what my situation was, especially more so that I was their customer and had spent nearly $10,000 less than 4 years ago putting my trust in them to convert and install my heating system. They are not customer friendly and will throw you out to the curb before doing the right thing, because it’s easier. Please do not patronize this company. They couldn’t care less about their customers. If you need an honest, reputable and caring Navien authorized plumber who will make sure that your unit is maintained properly, call Mike at The Pipe Doctor. He got my business and Fairway lost out on a loyal customer.- Alisa F.

AAmazing. They fixed my (less than two years old, installed by someone else) sink/pipes that basically fell apart. Super courteous and quick. Will definitely hire them again--and may need to quickly as other things are going wrong with that bathroom.- Jennifer V.
