    I called Generation Kia who said it was indeed certified but over a week of my repeated inquiries and phone calls has been unable to provide any proof of certification. I spoke with Sales Manager George, Service Manager Luann, and someone in service named Manny. Now they are ignoring me completely and won't return my calls. I called Kia Corporate today and gave them the VIN. They don't have records that it's certified either. I was also initially told by Luann in the Generation Service Dept that her manager said to email her my emergency hotel, car rental and Uber receipts and I would be reimbursed, which I did but so far there has been no follow up or refund. I will update this review once I have resolution one way or another.

    My wife had an issue with 2 flat tires on her vehicle. We were expecting a big snowfall the next day. When we called John's the gentleman was very polite and explained it would be best if we could get the car to the shop before the snow started. We got the car towed to the shop and sure enough it snowed the next day. They looked over the car and it was determined the car needed an alignment and 2 tires. They explained the only tires they carried were expensive and if we'd like we could get our own tires and they would mount them for us. Everything worked our great. We got the car back on time and for the amount of money they estimated.

    Pros:I first used Consumer Reports to do my homework on the cars I was interested in. They have a feature that allows you to choose options on a new vehicle and get guaranteed low prices for dealerships within a certain radius. Since I was looking for an Elantra with a manual transmission, it was initially difficult to find dealerships that actually had or could get that car. I did find the car I wanted with the features I wanted at a north shore dealership.  They had one in stock, but they would not work with me at all on the price.
    Atlantic Hyundai did. While Atlantic Hyundai was not one of the dealerships involved with the pricing feature from Consumer Reports, they were willing to work with me. They were able to get the car I wanted, with the stick shift, and they were willing to match the Consumer Reports low price.
    Cons:
    1.) I learned that you don't really have to sit through the high-pressure from the extended warranty salesperson. If you don't want it, tell them you want to sign the refusal and go.
    2.) Their bi-weekly payment plan DOES NOT save money, the way it does with mortgages - it actually COSTS MORE!  Do the math yourself. (They use a middle-man company that charges fees!) Have them finance it directly through Hyundai Motor Financing and if you want to pay it off sooner, just give them extra payments. The people at HMF are very helpful, if you have any questions.
    I bought a Nissan Altima from Atlantic back in 2002, and as long as their pricing stays competitive, I will deal with them in the future.

    This Volvo dealership is worth driving to if you want to get a Volvo. They are not pushy. They sell quality cars. I love my Cross Country Volvo. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. They are wonderful and I feel so positively about using them. They charge fair prices and they treat their customers so well. I love them.
