    Selective Sculptures
My kitchen has been totally transformed! All we knew was that we wanted a timeless white kitchen, but did not know how to make it all come together. We visited the Coram showroom and along with Bryans help our vision came to life right before our eyes The entire process was smooth & painless. From picking finishes, colors, setting up install dates, scheduling and payments. The team at Selective Sculptures was in constant contact with us and guided us every step of the way. They asked all the right questions and had all the right answers for all of the questions we had for them. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for any type of kitchen or bathroom remodel/makeover. Bryan, Scott, Michael, Donald, Diana, Jan and the rest of the entire Selective Sculptures team delivered!

    OZ General Contracting Co Inc
Oz did a magnificent job, well beyond our best expectations. We decided to go with OZ after speaking with some individuals my wife works with who has their kitchens done by Oz. After speaking with them and seeing their finished kitchens we hired Oz for the job. We had trepidation on doing such a gut renovation but after sitting down with one of the owners, Uzi, and seeing what could be done via a great computer simulation, we were sold. Lori, who was our design specialist, helped us pick out all the materials for the new kitchen, and she was fantastic. The job was done in a timely fashion within the time frame we were given and came out better than we could ever have imagined. The construction crew that did the job, led by Sergio, was top notch and professional. Everything was cleaned up after each days work and left spotless. The attention to detail was awesome and I saw that the rebuild that was behind the beautiful exterior of the kitchen was as well done as the outside, which is most important. All I can say is that Oz made our dream kitchen come true and we will be using them to do a total bathroom renovation in the bathroom in our master bedroom. I would recommend Oz to anyone thinking about doing a home renovation, they are simply the best.

    Class Carpet & Floor Superstore
Lonny was very helpful with choosing the color and pattern of carpet. We had brought in a paint swatch and bedding colors to match. The carpet was ready when he said it would be, about 3 weeks. In addition, we brought back an extra piece of the carpet for them to make a runner out of it. This was completed in about 1 week. Would definitely use them again. They also have other types of flooring besides carpets although we didn't use that service.

    All About Floors
Terrible. The person , beware of an installer names Paul who showed up to do the floor was imposing and totally unprofessional. The owners needs to spend more than 4 seconds with a customer. He obviously has no resources to do the work. They couldn't be bother trying to keep or satisfy a customer.

    Pro Source Contractor Services
This company did a great job on my bedroom floor.  They came and observed and went over everything with me.   I like to know all the details and process of the job and Pro Source Contractor Services explained everything to me.  They made everything so easy and un stressful.  The floor turned out better than I thought possible and I would definitely deal with them again.

    Class Carpet & Floor Superstore
I used Class based off of strong Angie's list ratings, but that was definitely not the case for me.

Initially the process went fine, the employees seemed pleasant and the installers showed up on time. The problems arose when I noticed shortly after the installers left that the wrong padding was installed. I was very clear when I ordered the carpeting that I wanted the best padding because the carpet sits on concrete slab which gets very cold in the winter, in addition quality padding extends the life of the carpet. The upgrade was noted on my invoice, I was charged for the higher end padding, but was given a cheaper pad. (Maybe an honest error, but I am not so sure after speaking to a very defensive owner.)

When I spoke with the owner Alex he tried to convince me that I got the right padding for the kind of carpet I had installed, and then told me that he already given me some mysterious discount ( which was an absolute lie),no discount was noted on the invoice. After a back and forth he then offered me 87.00 for my troubles. Apparently according to his math the difference in price between the two pads. When I requested a 200 refund he called me "unethical". Apparently overcharging someone for a product they did not receive and hoping they do not notice is okay though? Not exactly "class".

In the end I was refunded 125.00 which I reluctantly agreed to not because I thought it was a fair amount, but because I have a difficult schedule and was tired of dealing with it. It would have been far more costly for them to do a complete re-install.

On top of those issues the installers had to come back and tighten the carpet on the steps after staples began to pop out.

The only reason I did not give straight "F's" is because some of the employees I encountered in this ordeal were pleasant.

I would not recommend or if you take your chances make sure you get what you order.

    Bob's Carpet Mart-Venice
They were phenomenal. The installer was great, you wouldn't believe how hard and proficiently this gentleman worked. The material was in when they said it'd be in, it was installed and finished when they said they said it would be, and they cleaned up so you didn't even know they were there. We were thrilled with the work and we would recommend them to anybody.

    Raymond Kelly Contracting
It went very well!  Quality of a job is, of course, extremely significant, and Dave and his team met my standards in this regard; however, perhaps more important are professionalism and punctuality.  From the first phone call, Dave was understanding of my financial status as a new home owner, receptive of my ideas, knowledgeable when answering all of my questions, and always easy to reach/on-time.  I have already begun the process of having two other projects done at my house with Dave and his team because he proved to be talented at what he does and compassionate to the needs of a home owner.

We called Chris back after doing a great job on our bathroom renovation. Chris was on time and cleaned up before he left every day. He did such a great job. He paid attention to detail and helped us make decisions on how to redo the space. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional renovation.

    Harris Floors Inc
Overall, I could not be happier.  I called them to schedule for an estimate and they were able to meet on my requested date/time.  The project manager (sorry, I don't remember his name) arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and provided guidance that was well taken.  I wasn't sure if i was going to replace of refinish my flooring.  He assured me that the floors were in great shape and once they were sanded and clear-coated they would look like new.  My floors appeared to be the original flooring from 1950's that were hidden away under carpet for some time.  They gave me a very fair quote and we agreed upon a start date for the project.  Sure enough they arrived first thing in the morning on the promised start date.  The workers were very polite and made sure not to make any mess going in and out of the house.  They came back several consecutive days to complete the floor.  The finished product was as promised.  I strongly recommend Harris Floors, and will definitely use them again in the future.
