    After our rebate and trade in of one of our Olds, it was $13,500. Actually, I thought this sale was much better than the last two because they actually let me go out and test drive the car. This one was much better. They are very nice. You are there for a long time, so they have room for you to wait and they have refreshments for you. Very good!

    I thought they were very nice. They have a nice waiting room for you with a tv, donuts and coffee. It can’t get any better than that. The interacting with the staff was fine. They had offer to take you home if you wanted to go home and come back, or if you wanted to wait you could. It was very nice, I don’t have a complaint with them. For the past three cars, that is where we have gone.

    I've always been impressed with their efforts to diagnose a problem. In this particular instance, I was concerned that I needed a wheel alignment. I purchased tires from a 3rd party and had Hardmans install them. They test drove the car without an alignment and we had no issues. One week later we drove our vehicle more than 500 miles and it handled beautifully the entire time. I would recommend Hardman's highly because they have never added on work I did not need.

    My husband and I needed a new car...we have two children under 18 months, and our Toyota Matrix was too small and had too many miles.  Because I might be laid off in the next few years, we decided we did not want a car payment and we wanted a used car (Honda).  I researched all of the Honda dealerships on Long Island, but wasn't really happy with the prices.   I heard through friends that Frontline was a good dealership, and I found a car (Honda Pilot) on the website that we wanted.  it was sold, but Bobby (one of the owners) and Tony (salesperson) quickly found two Pilots.  We bought one as well as an extended warrantee.   We were treated like family, and I really appreciate that with Frontline, there are no hidden costs - no haggling, no surprises, and the prices are VERY competitive - much better than what you will find at large dealerships.  We were also VERY pleased with what we received for our trade in.
    I distrust dealerships in general, based on my experience of buying 5 cars, but I trust Frontline.  I HIGHLY recommend Frontline!

    I had a crack in my winshield which the dealership recommended competition glass. I had an appointment which they could not make it due to a hail storm that caused many cars with blown out windows. Received a call from the owner and ask me to come to the shop which he reduced the original price.

    Very satisfying experience. Usually at an auto dealer there is pressure to close the deal and a lot of back and forth from the salesperson to the manager to finally either get to an agreeable price to to say goodbye. Kenny Chan, the Finance Manager, worked with us from start to finish and gave us a fair price with some options such as a remote start and wheel insurance protection. I drove both the FX35 and FX50 and was sold on the FX50 immediately! Timing was good as they don't get many and the one I wanted, right color and options was available when I wanted it. Good communication and very professional / knowledgeable across the Infiniti product line. I'd definitely go back and recommend this dealer to anyone looking at an Infiniti class vehicle.

    My husband likes them. We trust them. They do good work. They don't seem to overcharge us. Almost nothing has ever gone wrong with the car except for basic maintenance, so I don't have a problem with the price. We don't have to wait too long to bring the car in, and they call up to let you know what's going on.
