The idea was to do the cleaning and guards together, but it didnt work out that way. They put gutter guards on gutters that actually werent that high. They seemed to do an okay job. The guards are still working good, cause theyre new so they better. I dont know how they stack up in price. Its like when people are climbing on your house, its more important that they be good. My son-in-law had used them so thats how I got them and he just got them off the internet.

I did purchase (and payed 149$) the coupon on Angie's list.
The provider promptly contacted me to schedule an appointment and we agreed on Friday 9/6.
A person came on time and performed an inspection, telling me a few things and saying "I'm sending you the complete report with pictures etc. on Monday".
After about a week I send an email to this person email address on the business card and he replies he needs about a week time.
After 3 weeks I send again an email - no answer.
After a few more days I send an email to the "info@honeydomen.com" - no answer.
I send again an email - no answer.
I call the phone number provided - fast busy as when the phone is not working.
I send an email through Angie's contact service - no answer.
I really wonder if they are still in business and, if so, for how long given their responsiveness to customers.
I can only suggest people to stay away from them and DO NOT purchase anything pre-paid since they disappear afterwords.

Storm Sandy caused damage on our roof and rain gutter, so we were looking for a reliable contractor to handle the repair. ARM roofing was recommended to us by a neighbor who had worked with them before. Mr. Fiore Jr. prepared the itemized estimate very quickly reflecting all issues discussed. Due to the winter season and the inclement weather, the actual work was carried out in mid January on a day with dry weather. ARMs team headed by team leader Bert arrived punctually and went straight to work. They were well organized and kept us posted on the progress of work; if there were several options to proceed they checked with us immediately.
The installation of the new rain gutter, new shingles and two Velux skylights was carried out between 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. During transportation one of the skylight frames had been dented, so when Mr. Fiore Jr. was made aware of this issue, he ordered the replacement part right away, which will be installed shortly.
We were very pleased with our experience and are happy with their work.

Honey Do Men Gutters & Roofing
I contacted three local roofing companies that were rated well on Angie's List. Two called me the same day I emailed them. (The other two never contacted me.) I arranged appointments with Honey Do and the other company. Honey Do was able to send someone out that very day, and afterward I canceled the other appointment because I was very happy with the meeting I had with a guy named Ed from Honey Do. He spent almost two hours climbing all over my house, taking pictures, analyzing where the leaks were likely coming from...he seemed extremely knowledgeable. The most impressive aspect of his estimate was the many options he suggested for every part of the overall job. My garage was in dire need of a new roof; Ed talked about everything from tarp to a strip-and-replace job. He was frank about the costs of each (I chose a relatively cheap, not-quite-so-long-lasting shingle overlay approach). Likewise, the leaks on my roof could be patched in a couple of ways, and Ed explained the costs and benefits of them all. Ed and I had a brief, friendly negotiation about a package deal for the four  or five different smallish projects (including replacing an old, ugly and leaky section of gutter), and the $2400 price we settled on was less than I'd anticipated, even without gutter replacement. (Was I mistaken about how much the job should cost? Would another company have been even lower? Maybe). A crew came out two days later, and when I got home from work it had all been done--if it weren't for the new garage roof and gutters, I wouldn't have known they'd been there. And here is the only part of the experience that bothers me a little: I expected Ed to follow up, let me know that the job had gone well, etc., but I never heard from anyone at Honey Do again. When I called the company a few weeks later to settle the bill, I mentioned my expectation. The woman I spoke with seemed slightly surprised: she told me that the crews knew exactly what to do and how to do it, so there wasn't a need to check on their work or follow up. I confess to little experience hiring home repair companies, so I have no idea if such following up is typical. I just know I would have appreciated it.
