My mother's treatment went very well. The communication could be better at the hospital.

    Vassar Brothers Medical Center
The whole experience was better than I expected and less traumatic than I expected. The staff on the floor was wonderful, especially Liz my nurse for the day and a half I was there. I was happy to go home but I must say my first real surgical experience went without a hitch.

    ST LUKE'S CORNWALL HOSPITAL
I had a good experience with this facility, if rehabbing from knee replacement can EVER be called a good experience. This was the second knee replacement but the first time here and I was very impressed with the overall facility. It was brightly lit with a full complement of machines, equipment and props to use. Most of all, the staff was attentive, dedicated and very helpful. Sue wins the award of all the p.t.'s there for her demeanor for her tough-loving and her cajoling-with-humor. If I must go through this again (and I sure hope I don't have to), I would not hesitate to use them.

The experience has been generally positive. They were reliable. They were essential in the process of dying. They were helpful in making that process as reasonable as it could be. For the services they provided, they generally sent decent people. Their billing and administrative capacities were as they should be. I would recommend them to some one looking for services like that. They were friendly and consistent in the care involved.

    HOSPITAL FOR SPECIAL SURGERIES
It’s a well known hospital for orthopedic problems and they take care of most of the professional athletes in the world. There were zero complications after the surgery. The office is excellent and they are very professional. They are very customer oriented and patient centered.

    Benedictine Hospital (HealthAlliance Hospital)
One week before my procedure, I was given an appointment to come in for an exam. At that time, I was briefed by a nurse from the orthopedic unit on what to expect. Then, representatives from the orthopedic unit and the physical therapy dept conducted a class during which we were advised how to prepare for the weeks following the procedure. All our questions were answered with kindness and consideration. In the four days following the surgery, all the nurses and assistents were uniformly patient and kind in their ministrations.

    ST FRANCIS HOSPITAL
I like the nurses there.  I like the health care services that they provide.  My husband does not like St. Francis because his dad passed away there, but I was a patient there few times, and I am pleased with their service.

    Vasser Brothers Hospital
I brought my father to Vassar ER in a December snowstorm. They diagnosed the cause of the problem and saved his life. There was an emergency procedure done and later he was placed in ICU for a week.
