    They said it would be 3 weeks & it was! The cost they estimated was right on target. They are friendly, punctual & seem to be able to do everything! Really amazing! I would give them A+++ & highly recommend them if you are going to remodel your kitchen. Great people, great company.

    I've been In the housing business well over a decade, as a landlord, a Realtor, and as a residential redeveloper ( house flipper ).  Liza and her crew are a breath of fresh air in a business full of liars and jerks.  She gives you the full experience , from help with design for the fabulous kitchens and baths we put into rehab projects and she also knows the other end of the spectrum when we need to get a rock bottom " down and dirty" price for a rental house.  I've had many suppliers over the years , and me and my wife sleep well at night knowing we ordered cabinets from Liza. We know they will show up on time, and be the right cabinets , and be the quality we expected. Thank you again for being you, and always looking out for our best interest over your profit. It's truly a pleasure working with your team !!!

    Delivery guys did a great job and worked together well. They were careful about setting things up and were very careful of my walls, doorways, etc. They arrived on time as well.

    Entering into the store is typical pressured by sales people about getting quotes if you were interested and following you around the store. I prefer to browse myself with no pressure and I will find someone if I am interested. I came back a second time with my husband to show him the set and we worked with the salesman on customizing the order.  Everything went pretty smoothly. Although the furniture here is pretty pricey (probably twice as much as big box stores) it is made in the US and top quality stuff.  We had to wait several weeks for our order to be finished and delivered.  When it came everything was in good condition. I noticed after however that there were a few scratches on the mirror so I contacted their customer service and they worked on ordering a new mirror right away and came and replaced the mirror once it came in. Great service and top quality furniture. The drawers are great and easy to open/shut.

    Lovely people - mom and pop business.  Their furniture is top of the line, high quality. None of that Ikea or Bob's furniture stuff that goes bad after a year.  They took a lot of time with me to accommodate me and help me make up my mind on the details.  I would definately recommend them to anyone.

    They are absolutely fantastic. They are in Walden and they do have a couple of stores. They are very nice people. It is a family owned business. They are very responsive to anything that you need to have looked at or fixed or repaired. If you have any problem at all, they are right there. They are wonderful. We have gotten almost everything from them for the past five years. We go there periodically and buy something. They are not inexpensive, but they are not expensive either. They are kind of in the middle. We spent $2000 for the mattress. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

    We had stored our furniture portable storage unit rented from a Red Hook, NY company while we refinished our floors and painted on the first floor of our house.  The portable storage pod leaked due to improperly finished caulking  resulting in a leak that caused our upholstered and wood furniture to develop mold.  We were forced to replace three rooms of furniture.      Cindy Riley-Dunleavy visited our home, listened, made some preliminary suggestions and then was present several times over a period of weeks to answer questions, suggest fabric choices, give pros and cons of particular pieces and generally to facilitate our decisions (very subtle and tactful mediator between spousal choices!)    All of the staff were helpful and encouraging.  We never felt a pressured to buy or make choices without being fully prepared.  The store's Tent Sale (Friday night with music and Snacks!) was a great event and a way to see even more choices.  We feel very confident that the store and staff will stand behind their word and their product.  We are looking forward to having a place to sit with my family and friends).  We will definitely be returning to supplement what we have already purchased. Update 3/15/12 - Riley's provided follow-up remediation for a ripped seam on one of the sofas.  They went over and above in providing replacement covers.  We appreciate their consideration and care for the customer.  We'll be back  for future purchases!

    Professional, courteous service and a wealth of information regarding  the furniture they deal with. Russell and Jonathan are honest  and do not have an aggressive sales pitch. Essentially, the products are of such high quality they sell themselves. They will provide input if ypu ask for it, they are not pushy , they are very thorough.  I would return in a heartbeat.. Gail

    We ordered a sofa at the Kingston branch of the store, Lounge, whose representative in the High Falls store helped us at first. Then we finalized the order with Don, the owner of the two branches. The sofa we ordered was in all $5,500, a considerable investment. We received it on time, the delivery company was prompt and courteous as well as efficient (AGS). When the sofa came, I noticed that the flanges on the knife-edged pillows were narrower than we had ordered. Although we had not specified a measurement we required (a mistake!), we did clearly specify (and the owner agreed) that the flanges be the same size as those on a model on the floor. When I called him to let him know, he said he would measure the model on the floor. He emailed back that the flanges were just 3/8".  Ours varied from 3/8 to 5/8," but I suggested we stop in with a pillow.  He said Lee wouldn't do anything, but he would try to make it right. When we got there, he steered us to a different piece with much smaller flanges to show us we were wrong. Maybe the edges looked different because of the fabric., he said. This had never been mentioned as a possibility when we purchased the sofa. In general, he made light of the problem and intimated that we were making too much of the matter.     As we looked past him, though, we saw the original model we had referred to. Indeed, the edges were much wider and provided the modern look we had hoped for. We pointed this out to him and again he referred to the difference of fabric and made it seem as if we were asking too much of him. He offered to give us a credit, which we turned down immediately, even before he said how much--we knew we'd never do business with him again! I asked if we could pick some pillows and he averred that some were too expensive. He picked one that was relatively inexpensive, then gave us another one after I asked for it. This amounts to a small amount (retail value $120 for the two) considering that for me the look of the couch is compromised. We seem to have no recourse, and so I've chosen to  write this review. If he had been more understanding of our position and willing to try to help us remedy the situation (we would have gladly sent the pillows back for adjustment), we would have been satisfied. Instead, his attitude was off-putting and not conducive to a pleasant purchasing experience.

    I have a two year old couch that is ruined and the insurance provided through Ashley Furniture of Poughkeepsie NY has made every excuse and lie not to repair this as stated in the policy I bought
