    Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge
    I bought a "Certified Pre-owned" Jeep from these guys and within a few months I found out that they had never fully completed the inspection, never even took off the wheels to check the brakes. As a result, just 6 months after buying the car from these guys I was forced to shell out $1,200 on new rotors and pads. It was past the time period to file a lemon law complaint but to be sure, I was sold a lemon. I tried working with them to resolve the problem but they avoided returning my phone calls for months. These guys are dishonest and will leave you hanging. Stay away, there are plenty of other Jeep dealers in the area.

       Sawyer Motors in Saugerties NY is the best car & truck dealer I have ever dealt with. From the first time I stepped into their show room and met Sal Misasi (sales person), my  experience has been great. This is the first auto dealership I've been to where the salespeople are knowledgeable about the product that they sell.  In my dealings with Sal Misasi, in sales,  Matt Davies in service, and the owner, Bob Siracusano, I have nothing but good things to say about them.  In addition to being a successful businessman, Mr. Siracusano is also extremely generous to his community, and goes above and beyond for his customers.

    Ireland Corners Garage Group
    My wife was driving our civic and noticed a sudden shimmy in the wheel. A lugnut (and stud) sheared right off the car! 2 popped off! Ireland Corners garage did the repair work and could only guess perhaps the lugnuts were on too tight. I returned 2 weeks later with another stud/lugnut that popped off! These two popped off a rear wheel this time so I paid for the service and suggested we loosen every wheel and re-tighten this time around! Another 2 weeks or so and more lugnut/studs popped off! This time they did the work for free because they stand behind their work. They did a bit more research and found that the car was equipped with incorrect steels that didn't fit right; so I took it easy until I could replace them fast! I also have bought a car from them. They didn't have what I wanted but would hunt at the auction. They didn't push me against my price range or desired vehicle and actually found me a great buy! Was very pleased with the car and service. A year or so later the sales department let me test drive a few vehicles back to back with no hassle. I went to this garage by recommendation in the first place from two other family members and now I see why they've been around for so long....

    Ruge's Subaru
    Service time slot was scheduled a week in advance to accommodate my schedule.  (I wanted to wait for the car) Although this was a simple repair event, I have had a number of pleasant experiences with Ruges Subaru.  I don't own a Subaru but rather two GM Buicks.  Both Buicks have had major repairs over the years at Ruges.  This dealership is well equipped to handle my GM vehicles, partially since the service team (and this location) was previously an Oldsmobile dealership and partially since Ruges also owns a formal GM dealership in a nearby town. The Service Mgrs have always been well versed on my repair and will recommend the safest route to take when potential issues arise during my vehicle inspection.  Prices are reasonable and the car is always returned to me clean. At times, I have had consultations with the Service Mgr and the Service Tech when appropriate, to discuss my issues.  I always appreciate the time they take to explain the auto issue and the best approach to be taken for the repair. I have always been pleased with the service process and professionalism at Ruges.

    Since we first took a car to Jeff we have kept him as our mechanic.  We always feel confident in his integrity and knowledge of our cars.  He is very fair in what he charges, and are often relieved when we see the bill.  We also like that he does not charge us for diagnostics if he has to hook up the car to get a computer readout.  We have to go out of our way a little to get to his shop, but we feel it is worth the peace of min

    Hudson Hyundai
    We had no problem with buying from Hudson Hyundai. We would have paid much more money if we had not gone in during one of their special sales probably. The gentlemen we worked with was very professional. We liked him because he did not try and force us into a sale. He kind of let us think for ourselves and form our own opinions. He also gave us time to talk with one another and left us alone at times, which we liked. Sometimes cars salesmen do not do that and I find it bothersome. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

    They are a really good car place. They always do what they say they are going to do. They do a good quality work. There is not a lot of pressure. I usually go in with my company discount and they just give me a lowest price when I buy the car. There is a sales person available. They give me the prices and what they have got in the lot. They showed me a few things and I told them that I wanted silver. They said it would take two weeks and they got the car. The mechanic place is next door. They have a nice waiting area. When I take my car there, I drive to the garage. I don't have to get out if it is raining as well. They ask a couple of questions. They have donuts and things like that.

    Walser Hyundai
    My husband's Hyundai Sonata (2009) was having trouble with the driver's side window not rolling up. Thankfully it was still under warranty, so I took it in to Walser Hyundai. I am SO glad I drove farther than the nearest Hyundai dealer, because this facility is excellent. There is ample parking, nearby shopping if you have to wait, and a very nice waiting area with free coffee and free wifi. The service advisor explained that the typical cost of them looking for the problem is $130 but that it could be covered under warranty; I signed off on paying the fee in case it wasn't covered. The other repairs and labor were covered, but I'm not sure how much they would have cost. I was treated very professionally, and I didn't feel condescended to or treated any differently than if I had been a man or if I had known something about cars. The repair was done in a reasonable time, and now the driver's side window rolls up and down perfectly! Kudos to Walser Hyundai for the great experience.
