    Mark was very professional and extremely neat. Even provided his own paper towels. Had to have outside of home drilled to apply poison. He drilled between the pavers where the cement was , as to make the holes as least noticeable. I would hire him again for any future pest problems.

    The cost was free. I pay annual contract. I gave them a C overall because I have many battles with them over the phone. Also because of the fact that I had a set time and the guy was five hours late. So being five hours late and I have to call to find out. Then when he called and said he was 30 minutes away he was really and hour and a half away.  Their price goes up every year for the annual contract. It started out at about $350 and now I am up to about $440 or $450. They get you in low on an annual contact and then over the course of time they just keep raising the price on you.  The quality all depends on who comes out, because they have different technicians. Some of them are really great and some of them are really horrible. The guys who are great are really great. They are not very responsive -- when I make a call and they are supposed to be here. You have a set time and they never follow through. And management never returns the call when you ask to speak to management.

    This is a rental apartment and I had to coordinate the appointment with the tenants.  Jason was very accommodating and the technician came promptly at the appointed time.  He was friendly  and polite and explained what he was doing.  He advised them that they may see some activity for a week and if they see more than that then he would return for an additional treatment.  There is a 30-day warranty.  To date the tenants have reported no activity.  Hopefully the problem is solved but if it recurs, I will be calling Exterminex again.

    Orkin Pest Control
    This company will make you wait weeks for an appointment and then not show up. Then when I asked for a refund they claimed the technician serviced the perimeter of my home. That is impossible because we have security fence all around us that is always locked. When I called to ask for a refund, they offered me half. When I said do what is fair and give me a total refund since zero service was provided, they refused and  told me to go ahead and cancel.
    Too bad since they did a decent job of wiping out our spider and centipede problem when they did show up. Although their product does leave drip marks on the walls so if you have flat paint be careful.

    I called yesterday morning when our contractor discovered a yellow jacket nest under the roof. Mark apologized for not being able to come that morning but came in the afternoon and treated the nest. He didn't make a fuss that we weren't there and said he'd send a bill. This is good old fashioned service. I will keep his card handy in case we ever have another problem

    Well it was trying knowing we had these uninvited guests but the tech from Arrow really knew what he was doing and we felt he would solve our problem, which was a relief. They also fixed the hole in the roof. Plus we got a 6 month guarantee. Arrow did a great job.

    Contacted Suburban Pest Control to secure exterminator services to deal with rodents and Albert answered the phone. Having never used this company, Albert thoroughly explained everything that is covered by their annual service plan (i.e. quarterly visits with three follow-ups; pests covered are rodents and most small pests). He was helpful, courteous and professional. Decision was made to go with the annual service plan (promotional discount made it the best choice). Appointment was set up for the following day and a 2-hour window was given from noon to 2:00 p.m.  The exterminator showed up on time, was thorough, professional, courteous and did a great job overall. A complete package containing the yearly service agreement and other relevant information was provided. The overall experience dealing with this company was excellent!

    Arrow Exterminating
    We were incredibly happy with them. If we needed them more they would come. The fellow who comes who is our contracted person who takes care of our area is marvelous. He is a great guy so we are very happy with him. We are happy to see him and he does a good job and he is polite and considerate. We have cats and he makes sure he takes care of all of the bowls and gets them out of the way before he sprays. He is a lovely man. We are very happy with him.

    For reasons that are not worth going over, here, I thought I had a bedbug infestation.  When I went to Magic's office, I was treated professionally and with courtesy.  The inspector arrived later that same day, when they said he would, and immediately proceeded to do a very thorough inspection as I observed him.  As it turned out, we did not have a bedbug infestation and he very graciously gave me a quick lesson on what to look for and how to respond should the problem arise in the future.  The inspection was free, no money changed hands, but I was treated at every stage of my contact with the company just as I hoped I would.
