    I bought the deal, spoke to Ula. She asked if we had supplies and I said No to be on the safe side. She charged 30.00 for supplies but I thought this was already included. I don't like how this was done and don't plan on using them again. I was in a pinch that day but I still don't care for it.

    It always goes well. Mitch has worked for me for about 8 years now. He dusts, vacuums, scrubs, gets to the hard-to-reach areas such as the tops of my kitchen cabinets, which would cause me physical stress, pain and strain. He's a god-sent. He is always on time and works efficiently and swiftly without cutting corners. If I have a complaint about an area that needs to be improved, he happily re-does the area, such as a wood floor smudge or dust that still remains in s small area. These slight corrections are rare and readily redone by Mitch. Considering the scope and totality of the cleaning he does, these lapses are easily corrected and of no concern to me in my overall praise of his fine work. It's a relief to know that Mitch does what would be hard for me on a regular basis. I can depend on his hard work, then I keep up with it on a daily basis. We're a good team, as he often notes. He says I have I clean home. I say 'thanks to you'.

    This was an awesome service and worth every penny. I called the number listed and picked a time and day that was convenient for my schedule. The first cleaning was a massive one!! The girls cleaned from top to bottom and movies furniture and when needed! They were professional and treated my home and items with respect. You provide the supplies for them: Bags, paper towels, cleaning sprays, and gloves. This was already explained to me ahead of time as they will only use what you are comfortable with (eco friendly products or traditional like Windex). This way it prevents issues with allergens/bad chemical responses. I have used this service now once every 2 weeks. They always perform the same standard of work and have never been late! If there were any issues they would call and let me know. I have and will recommend this service to many others!!! They are a great price and do not waste your time or theirs!

    The carpet hadn't been cleaned in some time.  Among other things, there was a recent coffee stain that I thought would be impossible to get out.  Jeff said that he would do his best but was honest enough to say that it might not come out!  He did the work and the carpet looks beautiful.  Coffee stain is gone and the rest of the carpet looks great.  I would definitely use him, again, in the future.  He did a great job!

    I had been using aaa home cleaning for over 10 years, they were local and reasonably priced compared to all the others. and what i considered honest so that i was able to leave the key for them to clean the home unattended by myself or my wife. They most all times did a thorough job although leaving many times things out of their original locations, leaving blinds that were cleaned then left out of position. They never changed the original price agreed upon over all the years which is commendable. We rarely complained and accepted those little nuances. But then they did something which was totally uncalled for and left us in a very unfortunate position. The day after they cleaned the last time (unattended by us), my wife discovered a row of 4 control button knobs were gone from our 15 year old built in double oven. We called immediately after discovering and were told by "sue" the owner we believe (who had been nothing but friendly and nice for many years) that she would look into the missing buttons. We were called back by a "john" who also was very apologetic and pleasant, that he'd checked with the cleaning attendants who came to my home and was told they "did not recall" removing any control buttons off our oven! This i knew was an impossibility, but john assured me he will try to rectify the situation, going to home depot, etc. i proceeded to spend countless time and effort 1st trying to physically locate the buttons inside the home, then over the internet, making phone calls, etc, to no avail. These buttons had been discontinued for years and wrre impossible to get. I asked john for a meeting at my home to show him the oven and discuss a remedy to the problem, that being because now i have no buttons, a dbl oven gas stove like ours is not even made any longer, i would have to buy a new one , in electric, which would not even fit exactly into my present wall oven cutout. This was now an extreme dilemma. John told me he was too busy right now, would talk to sue, and get back to me. After waiting for days, i heard nothing, i then decided this was a lost cause, and just sent an e mail stating their services are no longer needed. I know have makeshift "buttons" i have made myself from screw anchors which dont look too presentable and dont work very well , but its better than spending over $2000 for what would be needed to rectify the situation. John, who was nothing but pleasant to the very end, apologized again and added we are welcome to come back anytime. I doubt that will ever happen. Honesty is the best policy and clearly someone was not here.

    Not well. No upper shelves, photos, pictures, chair rails, etc. were dusted. I showed the lady who cleaned were my brushes for ceiling fans were but she ignored them and never dusted the fans.

    I use Maid Brigade of Manhattan, so when I got a home in Bay Shore, NY, I was delighted to see there was a Maid Brigade in Long Island.  I called and signed up with Bob.I have used Maid Brigade of Mahattan for years and I am a happy customer, so I was pleased to see there was a Maid Brigade franchise in Long Island.   I was happy to see I could use them when I bought a weekend house in Bay Shore, NY in July.   The house is approximately 4,500 square feet and is a beautiful old home built at the turn of the century.
    First, I had the team of maids come to do a pre move-in clean.  The first, time, they could only clean the downstairs kitchen and bathroom, because I was having all of the floors sanded.  I specifically told them to clean all drawers and cabinets.  I found hair in the bathroom drawers, which indicated that they were not cleaned.  The team apolgized and had to come back to reclean.
    The second week, after move in, they came to complete the job. This time, things were not put back where they had been before, beds were made in a sloppy manner and upstairs bathroom baskets for garbage were not emptied, and a mirror was not cleaned.  I complained at this was noted.
    The third clean was ok, but again, many items were not put back where they had been- I really don't have many things in the house- for example, candles and things on the fireplace mantle were not put back in orginal place.  I have never had this issue with Maid Bridage NYC.
     Tragically, this week, the Maids broke an irreplacable lamp from my grandmother that was sitting by the fireplace.  I have had that lamp for over 40 years- one of a pair and it cannot be replaced.  A note was left yesterday, but I received no phone call.  I had to call the office myself today- they did not even have the courtesy to call me.  I am speechless that they would break something so precious and so carelessly.  I have NEVER had a maid break that lamp in over 40 years.  I am heartbroken and it cannot be fixed.I am asking them to reimburse me via their insurance and then I will NEVER use them again.
    DO NOT use them if you have any valuable or breakable lamps or objects- they do not seem to be able to handle any type of upscale home or items.  They also do not understand cleaning throughly, and putting items back where they found them.  Not a professional job by any means and no professional follow up from the office when a truely serious accident happens.  I will update this review after we go through the insurance process for my broken lamp.
