    Bethlehem's Little Helper Service
    Bruce is wonderful, he does all kinds of work from cleaning up in the yard to heavy cleaning in the house. Bruce's efforts have allowed my parent's to remain in there home.. I recommend him to anyone needing help in the house and around the yard.

    Due to the buyer of my townhouse not locking in his interest rate until the very last minute, I was unable to use any of the movers I had contacted for estimates. The last week of August is the busiest time of year in the moving industry since everyone wants to move before the beginning of the school year. I was left frantically calling around to every mover in the book until I was lucky enough to contact Bob of Rokjer Moving. He asked if it was possible for me to move on a Sunday and said he would ask his crew if they were wiling to work then. They were and we set up the move for August 30th at 9:00 AM. His rates were very competitive. I knew things were going to go well when my doorbell rang at 9:00 AM on the dot. Bob and his crew (Daniel and Dan) promptly started to load the truck and their speed and energy were nothing short of amazing. Before I knew it they were loaded up and ready to go and they followed me to the new location, about a mile away They quickly figured out which boxes went where (I had marked the room location on each box) and positioned the furniture where I wanted it.  They even placed seasonal items in the attic space over the garage. Nothing was left behind.
    By 12:45 PM they were done! Everything was there, nothing was scratched, nothing was broken. They even disassembled and reassembled the day bed for me.  I could not have been happier with their service and efficiency. I am grateful now that previous arrangements did not work out and wish I'd contacted Bob in the first place. Although I did not find Rokjer on Angie's List, I'm more than glad to post this very positive review for them.  My daughter and her family will be moving later this year and they've already decided that Rokjer Bros. Moving will be the company they will use.  Many thanks to Bob, Daniel and Dan for going the extra mile for me and relieving much stress!

    I still do not have service after about 10 different phone calls and talking with some 10 different people.  In several instances the individual called at the 1-800 number was not able to answer may questions about installations and would "forward" may call to someone else and in several instances the call was lost and I had to start over again.  This was suppose to be a simple transfer of services from one state to another and we still do not have service.  This is one of the poorest examples of customer service I have had opportunity to deal with in a very long time.

    I brought in the TV because I yanked out the cable connector while moving it. The picture was fine when we brought it in; the only problem was that the connector was loose but was receiving a signal and excellent picture. Right before I was to pick up the TV the store owner called to tell me that it was completely broken and could not be repaired. I asked him how that could be, since it was in perfect working order except for the loose connection. He said, "No, ma'am; you are trying to pull the wool over my eyes to get a free TV out of me." I couldn't believe I was being accused of something like that. I am a university professor and have no need for free TVs, and certainly can afford to buy one instead of dream up a scam such an elaborate scam as the the owner suggested. He said that someone in my home had dropped the TV before I brought it in, that the picture panel was broken, and wouldn't even turn on. I didn't understand how he could come to that conclusion if it didn't turn on. I asked if perhaps one of the cleaning persons or other workers might have dropped it without his knowledge. He said that was impossible. He was getting more and more irate by the second and slinging accusations. I was surprised to learn he was the owner. I don't know what exactly happened while my TV was in their possession; the only thing I could surmise because of the owner's offensive stance was that they damaged the TV and did not want to own up to it. It was also strange that he did not want to spend any time with me to explain what they did and how they attempted to fix it. To each of my questions he kept answering, "I do not have time to teach you television electronics."
