AAll Dry BasementIn all my years of hiring various contractors for work done on my own place, as well as for work done at some properites I managed for many years, (30)I have never had such excellent work done by any conractor. Not only did All Dry Basement honor their written estimate, they went beyond several times on other things not covered, but related. This was all done in Covid times. ACleanBright Surface RestorationMatt was and his team were amazing! To begin with he responded to my voicemail within 5 minutes and said he would come look at my situation in 1 hour. He was there in the said 1 hour. He looked at the damage I had and said he would leave to go get men and equipment from another job and return in 1.5 hrs. And, again he returned in the promised amount of time. By the end of the afternoon all the wet carpet had been removed, furniture moved and mold discovered. He suggested a mold expert (I had no idea who to call), called him and set it up for him to contact me. Once the mold expert came and did his inspection and issued his report Matt and his team returned and followed the report to safely and appropriately remove all the moldy materials. After that work was done, several days of dehumidifiers running and a follow up onsite review and report by the mold expert giving the all clear Matt and his crew started rebuilding my basement. He had good suggestions and the work was completed to my wishes and satisfaction! I found Matt to be honest, trustworthy and committed to making my finished basement the way I wanted it. He stayed in constant touch via text with me and got back to me quickly answering and questions I had. After the initial disaster discovering my flood I felt very fortunate to have found CleanBright Surface Restoration because with 1 phone call they did it all. From soup to nuts as they say. A518 RemodelSal and his Company provided excellent customer service, old insulation was removed, area cleaned and vacuumed. New insulation added and proper vents to the eves installed. Very professional and preformed in a timely manner. Excess materials from floors were cleared and cleaned. Would definitely hire him again.- arthur s.

AWorking with Joe and Excellent Exterior Deck Company was an absolute pleasure. Despite being swamped, Joe showed up quickly to our house to provide a quote for a new Trex Transcend deck. Additionally he tossed in a few extra services at no extra charge (shrub removal, box step from garage, gas line hanging). He also stopped by a second time to provide more guidance when my wife and I struggled to make up our minds. Joe’s quote was a little higher than we hoped, but significantly more reasonable than the other quotes that we had received for the same work. All in all, his price was more than fair. On day 1, Joe and his crew of 5 showed up to our house on a cold rain/freezing rain Monday for demo of our existing deck and removal of shrubs. His crew worked diligently throughout the day and were observed being careful around our house and property. The foreman, Ben, introduced himself right away and always made himself available to answer questions or talk about progress. We also spoke directly with another crew member, Ian, who was equally professional and attentive to our requests. By the end of Tuesday (2 full work days), the team had our old deck removed, shrubs ripped out, new deck constructed, and lawn seeded. They returned early Wednesday to finish up a few small tasks and clean up. By the end of the project, the deck was expertly constructed with attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. The team was professional and polite, despite working in less than ideal conditions (cold, wet, and muddy). We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking to install a new Trex deck.

AThe problem was with my sump pump & backup water sump pump; the backup sump pump was running constantly & when it shut off a loud thud was heard upstairs in the house. The day after I called Nick he came & expeditiously provided an estimate of work to be done. The existing sump pump needed to be replaced therefore the backup pump was running & the check value was slamming when the pump shut off. Nick installed a new pump and repaired leaks to the backup pump &installed a new quiet check value. After the work was completed in one day, Nick meticulously cleaned the work area. I am very pleased with the work Nick did and would highly recommend him to others
