    Throw Me A Bone Pet Sitting & Dog Walking
    I very much appreciate and rely upon TMAB services for both of my golden retrievers. I have utilized their services for over 3 years now and quite frankly, is one of the most professional organizations I have worked with for my dogs. Caring, convenient, and caregivers for all pets, they are just the best with my goldens, and I can see that when i watch them react to Veronica���s arrival at my house. Playing ball, running around, and just providing the necessary affection and attention when i cant be there, i appreicate Jessica and her team more then they know.

    Carm's Dog House
    Carm's grooming has provided our dog grooming service for several years and though the service for our pet is generally good, the customer experience is horrible. Though over the course of time there has never been an issue with payment Carm's cancelled an appointment today because the service was not paid in advance. When I returned home today at the time of the appointment there was a message on my answer machine to call their office and at that point I was told the appointment was cancelled because it wasn't prepaid. After waiting a month to get the appointment and then to have it canceled I asked to speak to the manager. The manager explained they do not take checks or credit cards on site when doing mobile grooming. The only way to pay is either by cash or to call their office and provide the card information over the phone ( which is when someone answers the phone in their office how we pay). She then indicated that they called (when I was not there) to collect payment by credit card in advance and when no one returned their call they canceled. When asked her why when there has never been an issue with getting paid would they cancel she hung up on me. Clearly a company that does understand customer service in any manner what so ever. Frankly not feeling like a valued customer, certainly hope they treat the pets better than they do the people they serve.

    They are fantastic.  They have all kinds of extra things that they could offer for someone who has a dog.  They have a play day, all kinds of day care and all kinds of weekend day.  They are wonderful.  The veterinarians are wonderful too.

     The groomer met me at store and wanted all details on what I wanted done to my dog.
    I was invited to stay and watch the grooming but chose not to.
    I was called when dog was done. When I went to pick her up the dog was in a great mood!
    The groomer was there to make sure I was happy with the work done.
    The price was reasonable for the work done (an excellent job. perfectly clipped)
    The last place I went they just shaved the dog...she looked nude.
    I will definately be back !!!

    I like them very much. There are many doctors so I don't just go to one. They seem very up-to-date, and very, very technology savvy. I've done 2 visits there about 2 1/2 months ago today. They are average when it comes to pricing. It is always expensive to me. Their reception needs a little work.

    The groomer did a fantastic job on the haircut doing exactly as requested. What was not good was 1) the nails were trimmed to the quick - so close I had to make a trip to the vet the same day ($40). 2) within a few days discovered the dog had an ear infection ($40 again). That was his first infection as he was only 5 months old. I went to another Groomer for his 2nd haircut and it was nice and no other problems but I might still go back to the first Groomer. Just instruct about the nails and talk about putting cotton in his ears before the bath. We'll see.

    Have been taking my two small dogs to this facility for 8 years. Nothing but the best care and treatment. Price is comparable to all vets. Dr lender takes great pride in her work and treats them as if it they were her own.

    Penny's Dog Grooming
    Sadly I was disappointed with the service provided.  I hate to write a negative review about a local
    business but considering that my dog was injured and traumatized I felt it was necessary to warn
    other potential consumers about this business.   
    Upon entering I noticed a strong wet dog odor and copious amounts of hair about the store. 
    It was very warm in the building.   After being met by 'Penny' who was courteous, she began to clip
    my dogs nails.   When the dog yelped she did not stop trying to clip and was bending my dogs hind paw
    in a contorted fashion.   She then said she was going to take the dog into the back.   She continued to clip
    her nails in the back room and she was yelping.   She returned from the back room asking my help to ''restrain''
    my dog while trimming her remaining nails.   My dog began to struggle and yelp.  I asked her for a break for
    the dog and she said ''the more you baby her the more she'll mis-behave.''   My dog was so distressed
    she was scratching and trying to bite ME and the attendant as she continued to clip her nails.  I again asked
    her just to take a small break for the dog and she replied ''I have other dogs I'm attending to that need me.''
    She finally finished and I paid for the service.   As she returned to her back room, a large black dog came from the
    back room and looked very threatening.   I left.  
    I would not recommend this provider to anyone.   The treatment my dog recieved was horrible.  Today she is VERY sore
    and yelpy with any touch.

    CADY'S KENNELS
    I called and spoke to Trish to reserve a kennel for my dog while we went on a family vacation. Trish stated that the price per day would be 11.00 a day and I would need to show proof that my dog had his vaccines. I also explained that this would be the first time my dog was boarded and he gets nervous. The day came for my dog to be boarded. The answering machine stated that they open at 7 AM but Trish stated no we open at 8 AM. We were a few mins early dropping our dog off and he was ancey. We took him out of the car for a few mins until 8AM. Trish came out of the house and was standing in the driveway. She did not even say hi how are you? She ignored us which I felt was rude then 8 am came and she disappeared. I started walking my dog toward the back yard and found the kennel area. opened the door and waited at least 10 mins and she came in and apologized for the wait. I filled out paperwork and explained that my dog needs medicine everyday which I did tell her per phone conversation she said its no problem because she used to be a vet tech for many years. We took our dog in his kennel and he seemed ok. I called a couple times to see how my dog was doing and I told Trish who I was and long pause. It seemed like why are you bothering to call? The day we picked up our dog we went back to the kennel area and the door was locked, and we were in the pick up/drop off hrs. All of a sudden Trish came walking back to the kennels she said I had you down for tomorrow pick up not today and I have someplace to go which I thought was rude. The price ended up being 16.00 not 11.00. And 1.00 extra per day for medication which I was not told about. Trish seemed like she cared about my dog as she gave us some advice, I just did not like some of the rudeness and the fact that the prices were different than what we were told.

    Our cat is older and has problems walking.  Her front shoulder is arthritic and causes a hitch in her stride.  She has trouble jumping up and down requiring assistance.  Dr. Fitzpatrick correctly diagnosed the condition and prescribed medication we've been using to help alleviate the cat's discomfort.
