If you live in the Baldwinsvillea area Lou's Car Care is THE place to take your car. We have been doing business with Lou's for about six years now and have never been disappointed. Compared to our previous car service Lou's has saved us money and provided excellent service quality. LAST WEEK LOU'S SAVED THE DAY FOR ME!!! With a trip scedued to Pennsylvania a tire went flat the day before. I called Lou's at 11:30 am and asked if they could look at the tire. A 1:15 pm appointment was set. Upon checking the tire I was advised that it was not repairable. I wasn't surprised since my tires were at life end. When I said I wanted to replace the tires with the same brand and model that came with my Prius I was told they could have them replaced by end of day. They were and I was on my way to PA early the next morning. LOU'S CARE CARE NOT ONLY PROVIDES GREAT AUTOMOBILE SERVICE, THEY UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEMONSTRATE IT EVERY TIME WE TAKE OUR CARS TO THEM!

They did a good job of doing it. They overcharged me. I was told that my alternator could go any moment and that I needed to get it repaired immediately and my car would break down and leave me on the side of the road. I went in for a door hatch to be fixed, a very small repair. They didn't fix the door hatch, they said they had to order the parts. Then they told me my alternator was about to go and quoted me a price of over $1000. After I got home, and they had already begun working on it, I looked it up and found that the estimated average repair job for replacing alternator on my car should have only been about $400. So they were charging me more than twice the price to fix it and then used kind of heavy-handed tactics to get me to agree to have it checked immediately. So it was very unprofessional and a very bad job. I wouldn't recommend them again to anybody. I would not recommend anyone use them in the future. They have an automated call saying that I would be receiving a chance to survey, to respond to how I felt I was treated and that that survey would be coming out in a day or two. I never got the survey, which sounds to me like they already kind of knew what I was going to say. So they made sure I didn't get it. They did agree to lower the price down when I complained. I think the eventual price was in the $700 range. But that was still almost twice what it should have cost if I had it repaired anywhere else.

After driving 20 miles on tires, heard awful noise.  Turns out our lugnuts were not tightened and we could have lost a wheel.
I feel like they tried to trick us into returning for unnecessary repairs.

Maintenance was performed, but I had to endure 2 sessions of high pressure sales to buy more services.  I was called at home when my car was being serviced at Ziebart and again pressured to agree for more services when I went back to pick up the car.  Although I said NO several times to having more work done, the salesperson continued to pressure me.  I told him I couldn't afford to have other things done to my car.  He kept lowering the price and telling me to charge it or go with 6 months interest free.  I was starting to get really angry before he finally took NO for an answer.  I really dread my yearly maintenance visits because of these high pressure sales tactics.  However, if I don't go, my Ziebart warranty is voided.  That is why I noted that I would use this provider again since I am forced to do so.

I called at 11:48 AM and talked with Luigi about an estimate to replace a rear wiper motor on a Subaru Forester. He told me that they were getting ready to go to lunch and he would call back after lunch with the estimate (Not very good customer service).

At 3:27 PM after not hearing from Luigi, I called back to get the estimate. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes, Luigi answered the phone and said that he was still working on the estimate and would call me back in a few minutes. REALLY !

Well, it is now 8:40 PM and I have not heard from Luigi. (EXTERMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS POINT).

To put this experience in perspective, I contacted 3 other service centers for the same information and was called back within 15 minutes to 1 hour with an estimate. If this is how the average customer is handled with just getting an estimate, I don't want to experience what it's like to actually be a customer.

I will not have my car serviced here because of this experience.

The survey asked for the address where service work was performed. I checked went to providers location because there was not an option for someone who just called in for service information.

The person answering their phone took all my information, Including the name of my insurance company (I had not called them yet)and pertinent car info. I had the choice
of having the work done at my place or theirs. (I selected my place). The next day the very friendly technician showed up on time and replaced the windshield.RT. They did all the work of contacting my insurance and since I had full coverage glass there was no charge to me. All in all they did a great job with NO EFFORT on my part. They will definitely get my future business and my high recommendation to others.

    Nobles Tire City
I had previously gone to Nobles for a car inspection, and the man who waited on me (not the owner, Jim Nobles) told me I could save a lot by bringing it back for its 55K inspection rather than take it to the dealer as I usually did - so I brought it back to Nobles, which was considerably cheaper.  The tire pressure light had come on, so at that time they filled the tires.  The same man told me whenever that happened, to just bring my car in and they would check and fill the tires for me at no cost.  A month or so later, the tire pressure light came on again.  I am a very busy woman and Nobles was just a couple of blocks from where I worked, so I called to arrange a time to bring my car in and was told to bring it by anytime, no appointment needed.  I brought it to Nobles that afternoon after work.  Seeing that the waiting room was busy, I talked to the same man who was at the desk.  I reminded him that I had called about my tire pressure light, and asked him if it would be less busy first thing the next morning.  He said that would be better, so I came in shortly before 8:00 the next morning.  I parked in the only spot available, and went into the office where the same man was behind the desk.  I told him what I was there for, and he asked where my car was.  I told him and he grumbled "that's about as far away as you could park".  I said I wasn't sure if he would want me to leave the car so he could fill the tires when convenient for him, and I could come back.  He told me to drive the car up to the open garage, which I did.  As he filled my tires, he kept complaining that I could do this.  I politely reminded him that he had encouraged me to come back any time the tire pressure light came on in the future.  He continued to snipe about how I could do it myself.  When I repeated that HE was the one who told ME to come in anytime for this purpose, he said "You're a big girl, you should know how to do this yourself".  At that point, I told him I would NEVER bring my car back to Nobles.  He made a comment that he was just trying to educate me.  I sent a confidential letter to the owner, Jim Noble, the next day about my experience.  He did not reply, which disappointed me.  I do not like to complain about the entire business because of one rude person with misogynistic attitudes - but this is the person who represents Nobles.

Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems Inc
I like that they have good cleaning. The line at the Delta Sonic is always very long but it moves very quickly and they do a good job. They offer various offers in terms of the external cleaning of the car and then you can have it internally cleaned. The price is reasonable for the option you will choose.

They are very honest, their price are very reasonable and they're always good to us. We've gone there for years and that's where we continue to go. The guy Mike, who runs the front desk is incredible and he's really nice to everyone. The accommodate you however they can.

Transporter driver called 24 hours before pickup and confirmed time and location.  Pickup went well.  Driver called receiver day of  delivery to arrange delivery location.  After several phone calls a suitable location was agree on and the vehicle delivered in excellent condition.  This was the first time using this service and it went very smoothly.
