    Ultimate Transport 123
    Auto Transport 123 was responsible for finding us a safe and reliable transport to ship our car from NY to LA. Unfortunately, Autotransport123 utilized a transport company that has a poor online reputation. Our new car was delivered with thousands of dollars worth of damage. When trying to reach a customer service representative who could handle our concerns, many of the staff members we were directed to were obnoxious and spoke to us in a condescending tone. The company does not feel they are responsible for the damage to our car that occurred, and that might be the case. But nonetheless, they were supposed to be responsible for finding us a safe and reliable company to transport our car, and failed to do so. If they did some online research, they would of been able to see that the company they utilized has a poor reputation. I hired them so that I didn't need to do the research. They failed to do their research and now we have thousands of dollars worth of damage to our car. This is where they truly failed to meet their customer service obligations.

    he calls to let me know. I have no hesitation to use this service provider.

    When I brought it to them, they couldn?t find the leak. I took it home and put cardboard and found the leak. I took my car back and they did not charge me to fix it. They treat me so well and I am forever grateful by them. They are just the best will never take my vehicle anywhere else. I would highly recommend them.

    I had a very good experience with them. I have a favorite representative and we've been using the same person for years, so he knows us and it becomes more like a family. I like the fact that the owner himself calls us after every service to see if we liked the service, if we have any complaints. They're reliable, meet your needs, they're open until midnight and open on weekends, and they're really accommodating to their customers.

    They are extremely honest and their recommendations for service are always right on target. I have dealt with mechanics whose approach was to replace parts one after the other until the problem went away. Not Venturi. They research problems thoroughly until they are certain they know the solution. I have never been disappointed.

    As usual (I've used this auto repair service before), FAS provided comprehensive, competent, reliable, professional service at a fair price. At least as important: this establishment treats everyone with respect. I've been to other businesses that have treated me condescendingly  or patronizingly because I'm not a gearhead, or male. That has never happened at Family Auto Service. Will use them again (and again).

    We have 2 cars and find Venturi one of the best ever. They do inspections, repairs, oil changes, etc. We have found them of the highest integrity and since my husband is knowledgeable about cars himself, he has been impressed by the knowledge and professionalism provided at Venturi. They are friendly and focus on the task at hand.

    While waiting, the mechanic came in and told me that my transmission fluid needed to be changed. He showed me a white cloth with clean pink colored fluid and next to that dirty black fluid which he claimed was mine. I agreed. Then they said that my air filter and a belt needed to be changed. I told them that I had my belts checked and replaced within the last year, the mechanic insisted that it had a tear, could break and leave me stranded and needed replacement. I said "OK" but managed to take the supposedly bad belt. All of this work was done in about 30 minutes. When I got home I examined the "old, bad" belt and it looked new and did not have any breaks.I think that I have been taken advantage of.

    Pete at Paramount is the absolute best. Personable, professional, fair. Each time I have brought my car in, he has discussed the work that needs to be done, shown me parts he recommended replacing, and treated me very professionally. He was recommended to me by a neighbor who's into cars as the best mechanic around. He has done really well by me and I would be happy to recommend him to others.
