• We are very pleased with the product and service.  It does take a week of dedicated training to ensure that the dog slowly gets used to the fence and doesn't get spooked. We started the collar on a very low level and slowly increase. Nothing is 100% and our 8 mo. old puppy did escape once when she was scared by the yard workers. We have watched her closely for a week and she shows no interest in escaping again. This was worth the price because it has made the family and the dog a lot happier because she can go out and Provider name locked. and run around the yard without us. I have been very impressed with the responsiveness to questions when they have come up.

• They were great to work with.  From the time of the initial quote to installation was about a week.  They installer finished the job in a few hours.  Then they placed the flags & started training my dog.  They came out once a week for 4 weeks to ensure my dog was trained. It is the best investment we could have made for our labrador.  He loves the freedom of running around the yard without a leash.

• Overall the project went extremely well. Very good quality work on the wooden fence. They were punctual, reliable, with their manager checking on progress several times a day.
  They used concrete to secure a couple of posts that could not be buried deep enough due to rock water table being close to the surface.
  The painting was not as good as it did not last, possibly a side effect of wood that was not seasoned yet? Not sure. I painted it again myself after 3 years (thus the B for quality otherwise they would have had As everywhere but on price)
  Anyway, 3 years later, the fence is still in pristine condition. They aren't cheap but they did great.
