    Feldman, Dr. Hal D.
My family and I have treated with many physicians in the Township of Huntington. Dr. Feldman is "exceptionally knowledgeable and talented" while maintaining a caring bedside manner. His outstanding reputation proceeds him. I have and will continue to refer friends, family and coworkers knowing I am providing them the opportunity to have exceptional care. Thank you Dr Feldman! Hospital for Special Surgery
Nursing staff and PA's were beyond excellent. Everyone was nice. The aids varied. Some aids were superior in work ethic and quality of care and some just ok - but none were bad. PT was good with exercises, walking and stairs, but I wasn't really ready to go home to get in and out of bed - PT didn't focus on that at all really and has been really problematical at home. The Education Seminar really didn't prepare enough for challenges of going home after surgery - so that the home could be prepared. As for after surgery it focused on exercises, socks, commodes, and reaching yes. Unfortunately Sleeping needs sitting and laying down needs not focused on enough, other than the purchase of a cushion and toilet seat. The idea of having the education seminar was great, just could help more with the 24 our issues of sleeping or sitting. Hospital was absolutely immaculate. One person was nicer than the next. Not a mean person among the hospital staff I encountered bed side. They did a great job with pain management, with the exception when nurses had to line up to get medicine disbursed, and when a nurse from another floor who was working my floor had to get permission from a superior who was not immediately available, to get meds - the meds were unnecessarily delayed and pain increased. Thee were many exceptional nurses, I'd like to give a shout out to Colleen and to Whitney who were beyond exceptional.

    Wayne Altman MD
If you go on Yelp, there are negative reviews, and it is not true, I have gone to this guy for years. I think people go in and whine a lot. It is not fair. There is nothing that I don't like about him. He took care of my kid when he was in football and broken in bits and pieces, and I needed to have a knee replacement. He doesn't have a good bedside manner, but he is a great doctor. Whenever I have wanted to see him, I have been able to see him within a week, or immediately for an emergency. The wait time is just 10 minutes of your appointed time.

    McIlveen, Dr. Stephen J.
His specialty is knees, shoulders and sports medicine. He is good and came highly recommended by my regular internist. He is never wrong with the people he sends me to. I see him about twice a year.

    Marx, Dr. Robert G
He works on a lot of football and New York Knicks basketball players. My ACL was up and out and I was walking in record time. There was minimum pain; the work was done about six years ago and I have not had an issue since. I was able to straighten my leg out and begin walking within three weeks and within 6 weeks the brace came off. Within a couple of months I had full strength back in my leg. When you set the schedule, that is the time you meet him. His office is packed so availability can be an issue but he is worth waiting for. He has really top notch people working with him and is one of the most pleasant individuals you will meet. The administration is seamless and the doctor was absolutely brilliant. He has a great bedside manner and is funny.

Dr. Salob performed knee reconstruction on me in September 2013. He is THE best knee doctor I know. That surgery was the second time I've had reconstructive surgery on my knee. 12 weeks after surgery I was back on the treadmill and now I had 100% of my range of motion back. I'd go so far as to say that my knee is better than it was after the first surgery. He's amazing. I won't go to anyone else for my knee issues, but I have a feeling I won't have to go back to him unless I destroy my knee again.

    Crystal Run Healthcare - Goshen
I have a number of doctors at Crystal Run: dermatologist, internist (my primary physician), endocrinologist, cardiologist, two neurologists, three orthopedists, diabetic educator, a G-I doc, gynecologist, urologist, and an infectious disease specialist. I am a complicated case. One of the best things about this practice is that they cover everything, and that the individual's records are online and shared among all the doctors who work on you. I have gradually turned to them to cover all aspects of my health except for my pulmonologist (whom I've had for more than 15 years and deals with my allergic-related asthma and critical care, including sleep apnea) and my eye doctor down at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He cares for my diabetic retinopathy and narrow-angle glaucoma and has done a number of laser operations that have made living with narrow angle glaucoma not such a scary deal. It is good to have all the doctors on the same page so that they all know what else is going on. I have the two aforementioned docs send copies of my records to Crystal Run so everything is in the same place. Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded to an incredible facility. When I started going, in 2001, it was one medical building, then there were satellite branches throughout the county, now it covers all of two counties with immense new facilities and every specialty you can imagine. The employees are excellent, from their clean, efficient surgical suites, a complete rehab facility - including a massive salt-water pool - and sleep clinics, the care is the best. The facility is also very involved with the community, sponsoring many health issue educational programs, and healthy community events such as the Classic 10K run every June. You really couldn't ask for more in a medical practice. Crystal Run Healthcare is one of the main reasons I'm glad I live here, considering my existing health issues. My husband and I have always looked forward to retirement and moving out west again, but leaving my doctors is a little scary.

I was very happy with my experience with them. Dr. Archer was took time in explaining my surgery, performed it well, and was available for questions and concerns afterward. I would use them again.
