    When i bought the car It came with toyata care and i take it to the dealer and they will take care of anything it also comes with one free detail a year. I also bought an extended warranty so if anything goes wrong with any computer things in the car they will fix it. The process was pretty easy i usually hate car shopping. First three years i get the toyata care for free.

    I got there and apparently they gave me the brush off and didn't give me good costumer service. I wanted to try to keep the 2013 car I had. They wanted to work something out with me but the sales person that was supposed to do the leg work to work something out with me didn't do a good job. The person that originally got me the car had retied and left. After he left the customer service went out the window.

    The sales man Joseph Cooper was awesome a good guy and did the right thing was very knowledgeable and attentive. I have nothing but great things to say about him. But that is the last nice thing I have to say. After his portion of the experience was over it was a nightmare. I waited 4 hours day 1 and 8 hours day 2 to get paperwork done and processed. Then once the paperwork was done you better check it because they add in additional fake fees and change the price of the negotiated deal. I was looking at the new price they put in for the vehicle and they added 3k to the vehicle then added 1800 in optional after market expenses. If I wasn't buying this for my fiance I would have walked out. They couldn't explain the mysterious fees or additional costs. then tried to claim they weren't really in the price they are just listed in the price. which by the way we're added into the price. They attempted to add 5K extra dollars and when confronted and demanding explanations they changed their tune and took them off. It almost seems like they make you wait so long so when you get to the last part you just want out and sign anything they throw in front of you and they hope you don't read it. Well they got me. I hope that this isn't a standard practice because they are taking advantage of people and getting away with it. I will never use this dealership again and will steer any of my friends away from them. besides the original asked guy. He was great.

    I found the salespeople at Baron to be very unresponsive. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was allowed to look at the cars without anyone approaching me. I asked a salesperson a question and I received a response, but there was no attempt to create a sales relationship with me. This was a long time ago, but the memory still sticks with me. I don't think I would ever return to this location again to buy a car.

    I was there on Saturday. They are very professional as far as appointments and how they treat you. They try to be as prompt as possible. They will give you a loan of a car. I have always been satisfied with their professionalism. I have never had to deal with any issues that will cost me out of my pocket as I am covered.

    I was in the market for a new Pilot and did some research on the internet first. I am not the type of person who enjoys this type of thing so it was not something I was looking forward to. I was planning on getting three prices and just picking the lowest one. I went into the first dealer and received a fair deal. I should say I wasn't thrilled with the salesman or the establishment, but at this point it was all about the pricing. I then went to Babylon Honda and was immediately comfortable the moment I stepped in. I sat down with a salesman named Phil Harvey. Phil was great. He was amusing when it was tme to be amusing and serious when it was time to crunch the numbers.He was able to beat the first offer and ease the entire process,which to me meant a lot. I didn't even bother getting a third quote. We shook hands and the deal was done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a Honda.

    It is expensive but I know that I can trust them to do the right thing. I like that I can have a one-stop-shop for all things regarding my car so if anything goes wrong I know where to go. Plus, this is where I originally purchased the car.

    He wanted to give her a deal that was horrible and he was taking advantage of her being a nineteen year old. He called and left a message that sounded as if she was getting in trouble and she had done no such thing. He called again to know if we still had the car. I was wondering what it was in the car that they wanted back. She called back and asked them to take us off their call list. It was an unusual situation and just an unpleasantness with them. I think it was just that guy. When we bought the car, it was fine. The last call that we got was yesterday. My daughter had looked the price up in the blue book and what he was willing to offer was far below. It was a poor deal and she wasn't just going to give it up for that. I think it was just the one guy being like that. The other people we dealt with were okay. The salesperson we dealt with when we got the car was fine. She was a little not satisfied with the actual servicing at one point because they hadn't taken care of a window. I wouldn't say to watch out for the company because it would be unfair to say anything about them. It was just that overzealous sales person. She just didn't like anything about them. She was completely disheartened by all that. Their responsiveness according to me was poor. It was harassment and it was scary. He sounded like he was threatening her. It was very uncomfortable. We wouldn't use the company or the individual in the future.

    Hal Hickey is the sales guy I dealt with over at Newman s. I liked him and the manager. I cant recall the managers name but he was really good. I think they rolled out the red carpet for me if that tells you anything. I was valued and given a good price for my car. Now, because this is such a new make and model I have had some trouble locating a windshield piece that I want. Otherwise though, I have been really pleased with my purchase and also I have been very pleased with the customer care over there.

    They were very friendly and not too pushy. I was pleased with the service. They did not have me wait long either. I was impressed with the way that they handled their business and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and buying future cars from them, as well. They are great.
