    Dr. Mary P. Baker, MD
We just started with Dr. Mary Baker and I think she is excellent. She took the place of the former physician who was in the office. Last month was the first time we used her. She is just professional and easy to talk to. She came with good recommendations from a number of our friends.

    DeRoberts Plastic Surgery
My first consultation with Dr. Deroberts was May of 2011. I was in extreme pain and having several issues with my breast implants. Over dissected pockets, wrong size, and numbness running down my right arm into my hand, one breast refused to drop, one breast was traveling under my armpit, and I had a huge gap between my breast because high profile implants were used instead of moderate plus which is a wider implant.
Dr.Deroberts spent about an hour with me going over all my issues. He diagnoses me correctly and explained his game plan for repairs. For the repair work he was doing, he was actually cheaper than the disreputable plastic surgeon who created this mess in the first place. I felt confident when I left his office.
I did not have surgery till 4-5-13 as my work schedule was extremely hectic and the pain had subsided to mild numbness.
I awoke to limited pain and could not be happier. For the first time since spending a total of 12k I actually have cleavage. I am thrilled
and happy with my results. Dr. Deroberts is a well qualified skilled surgeon.
The office is nicely decorated, the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

    Auburn Internal Medicine/Peds
Their office has always been one of the most professional and punctual doctor's offices I have had the pleasure of visiting. This in no way affects the service I receive in the examination room as far as the time and attention given to my care. The staff is kind and courteous even when I'm sure there are those days when it is very hard!!! They always follow-up on tests and make you feel like a person, not a number! Today's experience was no different, they are a great team of people!

    Douglas W. Dr. Halliday
Horrible run from this doctors office.  Dr.Halliday should have lost his license back in 2009 when he was fined by the health department for injecting animal botox in customers faces.  All he cares about is the money.  There is no quality work.
His new plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Giuffrida has changed his offices over 5 times in two years in the PA area.   He has several complaints for burning patients faces off with the laser.
Animals at the SPCA get more quality treatment.

UPDATE:  Please do not  believe the lies from office manager Mary's response.  My contract with Dr. Halliday's name on it clearly states that if I was unhappy with my size within six months I could upgrade with a 50 percent price reduction.   Since Dr. Mackenzie took off and did not leave state 3 weeks after I was post op, Dr.Halliday is liable to uphold this contract of his employee.

According to Dr. Halliday's nurses there was a huge argument to which I did witness one, and she quit PERIOD .  She lives in Utica,  Dr. Halliday was expected to uphold this contract. To which they denied I ever stated anything about wanting larger implants.  Yet, Mary has clearly stated in her response that I did want larger implants.  Their new PS records state 5 months to the date that I wanted larger implants.  I did not sign off on any size.  My implants were Fed Ex one day prior to my surgery.

And this is not mentioning how much horrible pain I was in due to over dissected pockets and a hack job.  My new plastic surgeon had to take an extra hour at no charge to quote "fix the mess".  And yet Dr. Halliday seen me three times post operative stating there was nothing wrong with me.  He poked around my breast like he knew what he was doing.  NO ONE ever tried assisting me from this office.  I was told to eat up to 10 Motrin a day for the pain.

I was also misdiagnosed by Dr. Halliday and Dr.Guiffrida for having capsular contraction.  This is a very vague diagnosis and is actually hard to prove unless surgery is done.  Dr. Halliday was trying to rid his liability by giving this diagnosis.  I have since had revision surgery and it clearly states in my medical report  "There is no signs of capsular contraction".

After 6k more I am finally out of pain and look amazing.   Dr. Halliday hires quacks to come in to make a few extra bucks out of his OR room.

Dr. Halliday's new PS Dr. Guiffrida refused surgery because he was not competent enough to repair the damage done.  He said revision surgery was quote "Very bloody and yucky" and even wrinkled his nose in disgust.    And I am glad he did not touch me as there is another review from another person who was hacked up by Dr. Mackenzie, then used Dr. Guiffrida to fix the mess and is still having pain disfiguring issues.

This could have been easily taken care off.  Dr. Halliday should have wrote a check for 3300.00 (1/2 of the surgery fee) and I would have been on my merry way.

He took over for our other dentist. We like that he does everything so you do not have to go to anyone else. He is a relatively young doctor. He tells you step by step everything that he is doing and will show you with a mirror what he has done.

    Godishala, Dr. Rama M.
He is a wonderful cardiologist. I am fond of him because of his bedside manner and his thoroughness. He is just as thorough and he is kind. He has got me through some very difficult heart problems that were very terrifying initially. He is just very good. He has an excellent reputation. Everything is top notch with him. His office and his staff are wonderful. The equipment that he does certain tests with is all top of the line. Everything is the newest stuff. If there is an emergency, then I may have to wait a little bit, but that is not often at all.

    Bennett, Dr. Brian R.
He has been our primary care doctor for about three years. My husband has gotten sick a couple of times and he was able to get right in. They have a small lab right in the office for blood work. He seems on top of things. I have only gone to him for flu shots and physicals. My husband has used him more often. He has always managed to fit us in and answer a question when we call. We always get an answer quickly. Even if Dr. Bennett is not there when you go in one of the other people in the practice are willing to see you. The office is nice and is fairly quiet. I don't have to wait a long time to get in. The staff is always cheerful and they acknowledge you.

Quick care, NOT an ER. Excellent for what they do. Is not meant for critical care.
