AA+ Contractors of WNY LLCI had a roof leak that damaged drywall in three rooms, called A+ and made arrangements to do the work. They were very professional in their preliminary arrangements, came promptly on the day agreed upon and finished in exactly the estimated time. They were extremely competent and conscientious in the work they did on the drywall repair and painting all three rooms, including high vaulted ceilings. They repaired missing pieces of popcorn on the ceilings as well. They were very engaged in the work and made excellent suggestions, which I followed, as well as doing other little jobs that came up along the way. They were very informed and intelligent about everything connected with their work. I couldn't be more pleased. I plan to call them for more jobs that need to be done in the future.- MARY H.

AIntegrated Home ImprovementsI am very happy with the work. John was great to work with. He explained everything to me in detail and evaluated all my options with me. We actually exchanged about 20 emails before he started the work because I kept coming up with questions and he always answered right away. John was extremely professional and I am very satisfied with the work. The work was done on time as promised, and he even did a couple little extra things for me free of charge. FEKOVA Construction LLCresponse was within 2 days. I was told by owner he would get back to me in a couple of days. After weeks of not hearing back from him after repeated phone calls and texts from me I then informed him through his answering service that I was moving on as I needed to get this work done and with him NEVER having had the courtesy to respond back I needed to get the work done befor I had further damage to my property. I also informed him I would go ahead and write a review of my experience with him-and he still didn't care to call. I have no idea what his problem was as ayer the initial contact I never heard any thing from him further. I would never Refer this company to anyone.- g w.

FALL THAT GLITTERSHe said he could do it in 3 days. (Other contractors estimated a week). He did not guarantee his work. He used his family to help him with the job. He peeled off the old stucco and replastered. 3 hours after he left the ceiling started coming down around our ears. He came back the next day, said that he could do nothing more but refused to give us a refund, stating the time and effort he and his assistants (family) had put into the project. AGary and crew of three arrived early every day and got the project done ahead of schedule. Gary was on-site for the entire project and resolved unexpected issues after wallpaper removal. He even went the extra mile and painted an upstairs hallway that adjoined a space that had wallpaper removed. He said it just wouldn't look right if that was not painted. Cleanup was thorough and even had trash out at the curb in time for pickup. Highly recommend DeLuca Painters!

AFinished result is wonderful and we are very happy with the work performed. Toly and his team worked quickly and were honest and reliable. He coordinated with a few other contractors well (we hired separate electric and HVAC contractors). He took reasonable care to protect the carpet and walls while carrying materials into the house, and kept us updated with progress. We left town for a week and his team continued to work on their own - there were no issues. There was a hiccup in the permitting process which was due to them not being as familiar our town's restrictive system, but apart from a few weeks of delay was not a big issue. Once we had all the proper permits, the work proceeded smoothly. There were no surprises in terms of costs, and what was initially quoted was the final cost of the project (not counting a change we added midway through the process, replacing a window). His prices are very reasonable. He also went above and beyond helping us remove an old countertop that the countertop company refused to remove, and hooking up the plumbing after they installed the new countertop. During the permitting process we found out that we would need a larger window in the room to meet light and vent requirements. We ordered a custom floor to ceiling casement window from Andersen, and Toly and his crew (he brought in a few extra people for this one job) had no problem removing the old window and installing this extremely heavy window for us.

AIf you are thinking about going with Romeo’s Superior Home Improvements for work on your home - do it! In October of 2020, we found our selves in a pickle after a different contractor had damaged our property during the installation of a patio which resulted in him walking away from the project before it was finished. I reached out to Romeo that same night looking for someone to finish the project and by the next morning he was at the house to give an estimate. Not only was Romeo an absolute god-send but he’s timely, professional and passionate about his work. I know that we will have projects in the future that will need a professional and when that time comes you know we’ll be calling Romeo!

AWho’s the pro?... CertaPro! Professional company all around that we would use and recommend time and time again. From the initial price quote with Steve, it was obvious that CertaPro hires the best. Steve was knowledgeable and really took his time to give us a thorough quote, that was put together and printed on site. Who doesn’t love a hard copy?! We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of our whole house. Emily came out to help us with color selection and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. Luis and Phil showed up on time every morning and worked meticulously through the week to transform the walls of our home. It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do! I just about drove them crazy with touch ups, but never once did they give me a hard time. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they are willing to go above and beyond to please the eye. Sean, the project manager, showed up several times each day to check in with the guys and to make sure that everything was meeting our expectations. He was even there at the very end to do a final walk through. Overall, we were were pleased with the company! Thank you for a job well done!!!

DThe installation was done in two days. It appeared to be done well. The job included warranty by CertainTeed with a SureStart PLUS Certificate until 2061. Warranty proved completely useless, see below. I had leakage on one section of the roof over a bay window just before Christmas 2017. I called and Jim Martin came out the day after Christmas to take a look. Since there was 5 ft. of snow in the yard and an 8 in. ice dam on the roof no action was taken until it was possible for inspection in the spring. I had to call twice in April 2018 before Jim came out again to the house in May 2018. No ownership of the problem was taken by Switala, even if I had not requested any compensation for the damage done to local ceiling, wall and floor. After that I tried to have them come out and provide me with a repair to prevent recurrence. I received no response to any of my requests after May 2018, which were made by email and certified letter. Stay away from this company.
