AHandy Andy's Detailed CleaningI found a real gem on Craigslist! My busy life has rendered me having no time to clean out my large rental unit in North Buffalo. I saw Andy Catalano's link to his professional website on Craigslist. After going to the sight, I was assured that Andy was no "fly by night" housecleaner. This is his business in which he takes great pride, is fully insured, and is quick to answer any questions on the phone, address concerns and set up a good time to meet. Upon meeting him, he was professional, punctual, highly communicative, and complete with written receipt and business cards. I needed Andy and his efficient worker to come into the vacant apartment and to get rid of all the recent contractor and painters' dust and debris. I also asked him to "tidy" the laundry area in the basement (something I hate to do, and it was clear that this area needed much help after not attending to it for three years.) Andy and his worker made the apartment sparkle, and "move-in" ready. The basement area? Well he did FAR MORE than simply "tidy it up," which was all I was really expecting. He downright did an overhaul cleaning of the basement area, and threw out tons of unwanted junk. I seriously wish I would have taken a before picture, so that I could show you the remarkable difference. ;) I was so happy with the job that I gave Andy more than was originally requested by him. When I told him how impressed I was, he said, "We really strive to live up to the business name: Handy Andy's DETAILED cleaning." AI called in March and was able to meet with Josh to come up with a plan. I had the estimate within a week and the work was all done within 2days in May. Tripi’s staff is polite, responsive and the work is beautiful. I am extremely happy with their service. I really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Josh while I was at work and would trust future work to Tripi’s without a second thought!

DThey came once when we had our first snow - after midnight. When I called the owners to suggest that was not acceptable in the neighborhood, I was told they couldn't control what their contracted workers did!! In January, when we had a foot of snow, nobody came at all. I called several times and left messages. They were total no shows. I had paid for the entire season.

AAfter 6 weeks of calling contractors based on newspaper ads, angies list, referrals, I had a problem getting contractors out and/or getting a quote once they saw the job.
My first choice, Joe C of A-1 came out but was unable to provide a quote for the work to be done immediately. Joe then recommended Chris Lengyel of Lengyel Enterprises.
Chris came in one day later, quoted, started the job on Monday and completed it on Wednesday.
Both he and his co-workers were fast, clean, quiet, and respectful of my property and myself. I went from being concerned that I wouldn't be able to repair my home before winter to having a first rate job done within one week. I would recommend Lengyel Enterprises to anyone needing structural work.
